Traveling from Costa del Sol to Copenhagen and found this wonderful hotel in the hills just across the border from Luxembourg. Friendly staff and very helpful and food and beer was excellent with many locals coming to the hotel for food and beer. Excellent Wi-Fi and very clean room and good bed and shower. Will stay again when travelling in that area.

Sehr ruhige Waldlage, sehr gutes Restaurant - empfehlenswert - Fahrradschuppen und eBike-Laden möglich. Das Hotel selber sieht etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus, unser Zimmer war aber in Ordnung für das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Wir fahren dort nochmal hin.

Es war so lala. Rezeption getrennt vom Haupthaus. Das Hotelzimmer war ok Sauberkeit im Bad hatte besser sein können. Schön gelegen es muß dringend Arbeit und Geld investiert werden.

Et rigtigt fint sted på sin egen måde. Det er meget lidt moderne, og forvent ingen mobildækning. Men fin service, og man kommer helt ned i gear. Kunne sagtens finde på at tage tilbage.

Malheureusement, cet hôtel est formidable pour la chambre familiale 13-14. Néanmoins, notre déception vient du fait que nous avons pris procession de la chambre fenêtre ouverte, et que pour la chambre enfant le radiateur est hors-service et il manque un rideau.... Le matin, calamité : pas de petit déjeuner, une salle inoccupée à 8:30 et j'ai tenté une machine à café à 2€ qui ne m'a rien servi ! J'aimerais avoir rencontré quelqu'un du personnel... Ensuite nous avons dû chasser les cafards! Bref un rabat aurait été bienvenue pour ces raisons.

Leuke, rustige en groene lokatie in het bos. Er moet wel gemoderniseerd worden. De kamers zijn wel netjes, maar wel wat gehorig vanuit de ruimte erboven. Het is nu wat smoezelig op de gang en trappenhuis en etensgeur uit de keuken. Maar binnenkort gaat het hotel verbouwen en als dit wordt verbeterd zou ik dit hotel en deze lokatie aanbevelen. Dit hotel heeft veel potentie, dus veel succes !

Das Waldhotel Albachmühle liegt, wie der Name schon sagt, mitten im Wald . Es ist familiengeführt, und das merkt man im positiven Sinne !! Das Essen war hervorragend, auch das Frühstück, die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, einzig die Kissen und Matratzen sollten erneuert werden.

Das Waldhotel Albachmühle liegt, wie der Name schon sagt, mitten im Wald . Es ist familiengeführt, und das merkt man im positiven Sinne !! Das Essen war hervorragend, auch das Frühstück, die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, einzig die Kissen und Matratzen sollten erneuert werden.

Ich war hier vom 22. bis 24.05 und bin absolut begeistert! Das Hotel liegt idyllisch inmitten der Natur – perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Restaurant-Team: Der Service war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit echter Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Atmosphäre einfach nur herrlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team <3 ihr macht das Waldhotel Albachmuehle zu etwas ganz Besonderem!

Sehr ruhige Waldlage, sehr gutes Restaurant - empfehlenswert - Fahrradschuppen und eBike-Laden möglich. Das Hotel selber sieht etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus, unser Zimmer war aber in Ordnung für das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Wir fahren dort nochmal hin.

Das Waldhotel Albachmühle liegt, wie der Name schon sagt, mitten im Wald . Es ist familiengeführt, und das merkt man im positiven Sinne !! Das Essen war hervorragend, auch das Frühstück, die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, einzig die Kissen und Matratzen sollten erneuert werden.

Das Waldhotel Albachmühle liegt, wie der Name schon sagt, mitten im Wald . Es ist familiengeführt, und das merkt man im positiven Sinne !! Das Essen war hervorragend, auch das Frühstück, die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, einzig die Kissen und Matratzen sollten erneuert werden.

Generally fine - decent value. Rooms were clean, bathrooms simple. A little tired. Restaurant was much better than it initially looked, although portions were a bit on the small side.

Ich war hier vom 22. bis 24.05 und bin absolut begeistert! Das Hotel liegt idyllisch inmitten der Natur – perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Restaurant-Team: Der Service war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit echter Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Atmosphäre einfach nur herrlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team <3 ihr macht das Waldhotel Albachmuehle zu etwas ganz Besonderem!

I would not recommend this place, it's overdue for a total renovation, and while the location seems idyllic on paper ('forest hotel', right?) in reality it's just remote and weird. It's also overpriced for what it is. There is a restaurant on-site (not sure if it's part of the same operation, though?), with a pretty basic menu, although the service was friendly and fast. Important note: the self-check-in requires a confirmation code which Hotels.com does not provide. Without it, you're kind of stuck. If you happen to find a staff member, and if you share a common language, you'll probably get to check in, otherwise possibly not. Good luck!

The location was very cool and off the beaten path. The check in process was a bit different then what we were use to but did get checked in. There was an elevator but only to the 2nd floor and had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Our beds were a bit firmer then what we were use to but sill okay. The location was beautiful and very quite. Breakfast was wonderful and worth the cost.
