Overall excellent experience. Plenty of parking to accommodate my 26 foot U-Haul truck with auto carrier in tow. Individuals at desk were very nice. Casino was fun and bar staff took good care of you. Food was good. Smoking is allowed in casino.

This is a fabulous hotel! Brand New and beautiful! So clean! The pool is incredible! I love that you can get to everything without having to go to the casino - it's great for family stays! I'll definitely be back!

The hotel advertises a fitness room. When I arrived they said it was closed due to water leak and the only equipment they had was a treadmill and another similar machine. No weights, no dumbbells', nothing. They said they had not had any since corona started. Also, you are not allowed to bring beer in to your hotel. But they stop serving at 12 am. The casino smelled like smoke. Only two gambling tables were open on Sunday and the others were only open on Friday and Saturday. The toilet (which I did not report) did not flush correctly evertime.

This was a great property! The pool was amazing with staff occasionally taking drink/food orders. Someone came out each day to offer pool towels! No smoke smell. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the room. Getting ready for a wedding with multiple people and no mirror was more difficult. Overall, I'd definitely stay again!

Perfect and great price for the area! The food was also a good price. Don’t be worried about staying at a casino if you don’t gamble, just don’t play, walk in and out the door! Last bonus, it’s secure. Room key for elevator to get you to your floor and security personnel roaming the area inside and out. Plenty of parking

The place was great. We found it last minute while traveling across the country. It was clean, cheap, and comfortable. The only draw back was that the pool was highly anticipated but when we arrived, it was closed. The next morning was raining so we never got to use it. Super disappointing!

Overall, the stay was pretty good but very disappointed. The spa heater was broken according to other guess it has been broken for months. Very rude individual in the Buffay. Everybody else staff wise was amazing. The staff member in the café had the attitude of I’m a gatekeeper, and you have to do as I say. Room was amazing shower was amazing bed was amazing. Machines are pretty tight not much. Winning band was great. Drinks were great grab and go with what I expected and even was able to get Starbucks coffee.

Beautiful hotel! The unfortunate part was the shower smelt like urine and the hallways smelt very perfumed. Throughout the night smoke smell was present. The staff were friendly and aware of these concerns.

Clean large room. Nicely appointed. Large shower with good water pressure. No noise heard from neighboring rooms. Plenty of parking available. Appreciate the water bottles. Plenty of outlets throughout room. Only suggestion is lighting was a little dark.

We stayed 3 nites for a family wedding and actually had 3 rooms. The front desk was very nice to put us all on the same floor and close together. The rooms are large and very nice. Our 1st nite was great and quiet but Friday there was a lot of noise and commotion starting about 3:30am! Saturday was fine until the person next door started talking on the phone loudly at 6am Sunday morning - walls are very thin. There is no housekeeping unless you are there multiple nites, they will bring fresh towels and extras if needed. They only supply shampoo, conditioner and lotion. A plus is a fridge and coffee maker in the rooms. If you leave a tip for your housekeeper be sure to leave a note or they can’t take it. The location was great for our wedding venue and not far from DT Ft Smith. The staff were all professional and friendly.

We always stay here when visiting our friends in Muldrow! Always clean and comfy beds! The only downfall this time was no water pressure in our shower! Maybe since we were on the 8th floor. We really have never had any issues before.

The beds are like bricks & pillows need to be replaced with better ones. At $140 a night I didn’t expect to wake up with a horrible back ache from the bed & my neck killing me from the pillows.

Room was clean, shower was huge, bed was perfectly comfortable, AC was so cold! Give 5 stars to the room! Check-in took 20 mins. Multiple people trying to check in, with only 1 attendant, finally after 15 minutes another atendee showed up.

Check in with employee was intimidating. We are an older couple 70+ and he keep stressing no partying and don't break anything. We got to room, lamp was broken and stuff wasn't working. We thought, i hope they don't blame this on us.

There was a need to call Expedia in order to get checked into the hotel. Front desk staff was unwilling to cooperate and had a matter-of-fact attitude. I travel on the road often for business. Therefore, there times when I may not make the 4PM check in. However, I pay for the room in advance. This lady told me that because I missed checkin time they cancelled my room. Even though I paid.

The room was nice. Reserved through Hotels.com, so they say the receipt should come from them. However, they took my credit card for “incidentals” - which is not a complaint. $50 is taken out of my account to be returned anywhere from 10 - 30 days. My complaint is their refusal to provide a receipt or documentation of the transaction. Anytime someone takes your card and manipulates it - something should be provided to the customer.

I like how clean the entire property is. The pool and hot tub are the main reasons we keep coming back! I like how the casino is located close to Fort Smith and Van Buren. There so many things to do and see in the area if gambling isn’t your thing.

Went for a night away with my husband for my birthday. Tv in room offered on demand service through google cast, but you have we to connect with wifi which keeps saying failed. Front desk said they couldnt do anything about it. Water pressure in shower was horrible. Tried to upgrade to a suite when I arrived and was told because I prepaid I couldnt upgrade which seems crazy to me. There was only one place open to eat. The huge buffet was closed on the one night a week we went. Rooms were clean and comfortable overall. Not happy with staff acting helpless, and entertainment options in room. Would be nice to make it eadier to try to connect a roku etc. They have little for channel selection selection

Overall, this is a nice place for a small town. But, compared to others, it is lacking. Would be nice to have a decent restaurant. The bar service is lacking. I have stayed here twice and the front desk staff is not welcoming.
