We were disappointed with the condition of the room upon arrival. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned. There was a noticeable urine smell coming from the couch, the floor was quite dirty, and the door handles were very loose, which raised some safety concerns. In addition, the cups and plates provided were not clean and needed to be washed before use.

Hello, the room was very small for $130 - maybe advertising the size would assist. The TV wasn't working due to no internet access. Otherwise, the grounds and facilities are fantastic.
