The check-in staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of storage space and there was a desk with a chair - useful for working. The hotel is at the eastern end of the main street so it is a stroll to the shops and restaurants - of which there are many. Altogether a good place to stay when visiting La Bourboule.

Despite it being offered for every room - Mountain View’s are really not available from any bedroom- however this does not detract from the Hotel’s excellent location nor its simple but adequate rooms. The breakfast although extra was well worth it. It is a budget hotel so the rooms were without frills but the shower water was instantly hot and always available, the bed was comfortable and the room was peaceful. The staff were very helpful and everywhere was clean and tidy. La Bourboule was a lovely town with much to see and many good walks - with the purchase of a local map €10 from the Tourist Office the whole Monte Dore, Puy de Sancy area and its walking is available on the many marked paths accessible from the Hotels Front door.

L'accueil, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, tout était très bien. On peut se garer facilement , aller en centre ville à pieds pour certaines visites , restaurants et boutiques. C'est aussi le départ de randonnées.
