Customer service was exceptional. Staff was able to fix our clogged sink right away; thry were very friendly and welcoming. The heated pool was a great place for the kids to cool off after our hike. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

La chambre grande confortable! J’ai prit la chambre 1 avec bain tourbillon. Frigidaire avec four micro onde aussi. La propriétaire super gentille. La vu sur la montagne du Mont Blanc avec piscine chauffer .table de pic Nil ainsi qu’un magnifique terrain qui permet même de faire une belle réunion familiale. J’ai adoré et certainement je vais y retourner. Un gros 9/10

Misleading, no hot tub, it was an en suite jacuzzi. Door lock (deadbolt) did not work, tub floor was filthy, towel was used to stand on. Shower curtain was grimy and filthy. Plant pot was broken, furniture was a hodge-podge mis-matched mess. Definitely not recommended for the price point we paid.

Bonjour, L’hôtel était bien situé vu sur la montagne. Bien que situé près la rue on entendait pas les voitures circulées. Mais je trouve dommage de payer pour une chambre avec jacuzzi et que le Jacuzzi fonctionnait pas ! Car si on prend une chambre avec jaccuzi c’est pour avoir un jaccuzi fonctionnel et pas un jaccuzi hors service j’ai été déçu pour cela. Sinon la dame de l’accueil est accueillante niveau propreté je donnerais 07/10. Sinon le lit était confortable,mon séjour était pas si mal que cela sauf un peu déçu car le jaccuzi hors fonction car dans ce cas c’est comme ci on a une chambre normal donc pour le prix payer cela vaut pas la peine ! Juste la prochaine fois si je viens j’espère avoir un jaccuzi fonctionnel et pas un jaccuzi hors service. A bientôt .

Horrible ! Des profiteur ! Dès le départ la porte d’entré de la chambre était sale, noir comme si des gens avec leurs mains avaient salie partout sur la porte. La porte d’entrée n’était même pas barré ! Une fois à l’intérieur il y avais un cerne de saleté au contour du bain ! On voyais très bien des traces de moisissure au contour du bain et alentour au niveau du bois qui tient le bain ! Les murs on des ship de mur de briser sans compter encore là des traces de main de saleté ! Dans le sale de bain, le fond de douche est briser, plastique écaillé ! Je suis immédiatement retourné a l’accueil pour lui dire de me rembourse et elle n’a pas voulu ! Elle m’a dit que c’est expédia qui doit me rembourse malgré que c’était elle qui a pros mon paiements 3 min avant ! Expédia eux doivent lui demander la permission pour nous rembourser et elle n’a pas voulu ! Donc 170$ pour rien d’autre que d’aller voir une chambre en décrépitude et sale ! N’allez pas là ! Vous perdrez votre argent et votre temps

The motel was clean, but our room at least was in terrible condition, bathroom door is coming apart, paint peeling from walls, and dirt behind tv, and cobwebs on the ceiling. For the price we paid, it was disapointing.

As one person said you get what you pay for. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Older motel needing TLC we stayed 3 night in September to do the ptit train du nord trail. Enjoyed our stay. Not exactly soundproof. The view of the ski build from the front window is beautiful Book early in the week for better rates

An older motel that had some renovations. The mattress and bed frame were relatively new, and it was very clean. Wifi was fast. Some areas show signs of wear (one power outlet broken, fan on ceiling missing a blade, etc). The room we stayed in had a faint smell of stale smoke, but nothing intolerable. Hostess was very pleasant. Decent option on a budget.

I made this reservation in a hurry and should have read the reviews first. This motel is old, dirty and very noisy. There is hardly any hot water for a shower. People were making noise outside all night long and very early in the morning, and also smoking cigarettes and weed everywhere. There was no coffee maker in our room, not even any cups. I always make my own coffee with my Hario brewer, but there were not even any paper coffee cups. The lady in the office was nice. Don't stay here!

We just stayed there for a couple of nights and it’s pretty decent. Bed are comfortable and is close by to Tim Horton’s and A&W. it is just right off the highway and overlooking the mountains. Mont Tremblant village is just about 15 mins away and so with the Casino. I would recommend it if you just sleep there and do stuff and spend your time at the village during the day.

Piscine extérieure chauffée vieille mais grande avec partie très profonde (12pieds, les enfants ont adoré) Très vieux motel mais les chambres avec plancher en bois son propres. Aucune pression dans la douche (cheveux longs, oubliez ça de vous l’avez les cheveux) Propriétaire est très gentille. Pas de resto à l’hôtel mais resto aux alentours pour livraisons.

I absolutely loved staying here! While it’s an older property, the amazing view of Mt. Blanc from my room, along with the spa bath and fireplace, was exactly what I needed to spend some quality, relaxing ME time-and for an affordable price! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and they had logs on hand to buy, which made it really convenient. Their recommendations for food nearby was also spot on. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!
