We loved the pool and cleanliness of the rooms. The pool was the perfect temperature and nice and clean. It also has a great outdoor area you can relax and enjoy. The room was very affordable and tidy. fresh paint job and shower worked great. plenty of space inside the room too. Very convenient for coffee shops and other shopping. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to changing dates without any fees. thank you for our stay.

The pool looked incredibly well kept and clean, wasn't freezing either (suspect they use their solar to heat it). We had breakfast in the Bistro - great produce and everything really well cooked. Also ate at the front bar one night - nothing to complain about, decent schnitty and fish and chips. Add to that, it is walking distance to several wineries and the distillery.

Excellent accommodation right in the centre of Nuriootpa with easy access to everything in the Barossa Valley. Such a surprise to find 30 rooms tucked away. No traffic sound. Very well presented area with parking, bbq and laundry rooms. Rooms very comfortable

The overall experience on our first visit to Vine Inn was fantastic, on opening the door to our room we were thrilled.. The room was exceptionally clean, (pat on the back to the cleaning crew) spacious in the living area and fabulous bathroom, dont forget the bed!! OR the fluffy WHITE towels.. All i all I would say to anyone looking.. Go to the VINE INN Barossa you wont be disappointed.

Receptionist was lovely, very friendly. Room was spacious and nice but really dark old fashioned lighting. If downlights were installed it would have been so much nicer as it felt like a cave. Bathroom was nice with good water pressure.

The shower has great water pressure. The single bed mattress is worn and the springs stick into you. We were in room 21. All the basic facilities were functional and operational. Could do with a lick of paint.

Walls are very thin and we were booked to go hot air ballooning the next morning. When the 3 people in the next room kept talking , laughing, swearing until 3 am I wasn't impressed. Unfortunately they may have had the same problem when my alarm went off at 5am, and my husband and i discussed packing up and our days adventure.

The Vine Inn is pretty okay as a no-frills motel. The rooms, which are mostly 300m away on the other side of the road, are adequate and all the physicals work well, water, AC and the little kitchenette is fine. Parking too, is right outside the rooms. But, oh dear, the feeble WIFI is virtually unusable unless no one is around. But there is a cafe, Keil I think is the name, that has a good signal for the price of an excellent coffee.

It was clean, but the representative at check in was unpleasant. At check out there was someone different and they were much more polite and helpful. The room had a loud refrigerator that sounded like someone was working on the room next door. We didn't need it either, as we didn't have anything in it. At check in they offered others in front of us with milk for their tea. We were offered nothing.

I was disappointed about the lack of options for gluten free food, some hotels offer a gluten free chicken schnitzel, gluten free salt and pepper chicken or a gluten free option for everything on their menu. Also decaf tea and coffee not available with no gluten free biscuits and only full cream milk. I paid the same room price and meal price with no or very little choices.
