Localisation idéale pour le travail mais appartements mériteraient d'être rénovés (carreaux sdb cassés, literie dure, rouille sur les robinetteries et les plaques de cuisson ... ) au regard du prix. L'agréable équipe sur place relève le niveau moyen de l'expérience.
