There is no AC working in the hotel. The staff doesn’t know about the facilities. fans are not provided.The wash basins are clogged. Noisy neighborhood. People screaming and shouting loud all night. Burning fire crackers at the middle of the night.

El desayuno “buffet” horrible, tienen una máquina de café y una bandeja de croisants y dos tristes tipos de cereales no hay más, no vale la pena pagar los 7€ de desayuno, la ducha con la cortina amarilla, la cama sucia y toda la habitación llena de polvo , hace un calor horrible porque no tienen aire acondicionado y te dan un simple ventilador y nosotros eramos 4 y nos metimos 2 en cada habitación , y no se podía dormir del calor y había un olor horrible a pintura, no me gustó nada, no vayáis en verano porque os ahogáis.

Break and Home is on a newer university campus on the north fringes of Paris. It’s served by the metro and busses and offers boulangeries, grocery stores and a few restaurants nearby. However, you should know that its accommodations are spartan and although there is a kitchen, it’s not functionally great. An elevator bell rang most of the night but it was otherwise quiet. Our bad experience was leaving early when the main doors were locked as well as an after hours door that (unmarked) had to be opened by an unlabeled electric button. Scary and unsafe is right. You get what you pay for; no clothes hook in bathroom, no soap in the shower dispenser, etc.

Es war ein ruhiger Aufenthalt in einem Vorort Paris. Gut Anbindung zur Metro. Alles in Ordnung. Einzig die Zimmer waren relativ kalt weil Heizung nur lauwarm war.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights 3 days, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. However the overall atmosphere of the rooms were very clinic, no rugs no personality, a bit like a prison. The room was clean in general, the shower presented a few black mold spots. And there was some staining on the shower curtains in the room, the noise wasn’t bad at all, warning that you do hear the elevator beeps though, which can be annoying while you sleep. The room was well equipped, though our tv remote had no batteries at all and when we requested batteries they had none. Bit disappointed. Honestly though for the price/quality ratio it is a pretty good deal.

- The address on the listing isn't actually open after 8 pm. We spent over 20 minutes hunting for the entrance. - The telephone of the hotel in the listing DOESN'T WORK. Staff are aware of this but have done nothing to fix it. - We only found the place by going onto its website and finding the night address - 4 rue des fillettes, 93300 Aubervilliers. - Inside the rooms, the WiFi is glacial, effectively unusable. - The mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable. - Asking for extra pillows or towels is like pulling teeth. We asked for some and got one towel - which turned out to be a bath floor mat! and one pillow. We had 4 people in the room. We asked for a second pillow and got a sofa cushion instead. Definitely not recommended.

Würde ein Zimmer weiter weg vom Fahrstuhl wählen. Bad hat kein Fenster, Abluft funktioniert nicht, somit Schimmelbildung. Fazit: für reine Übernachtung ist es prima.

Overall, good aparthotel with very nice staff! Room was spacious which is great with a toddler. The mattress could be more comfortable in the room as well as the cleanliness of the sofa bed, but it is a pretty good bargain for your money!

Very hard to locate building. Doesn’t Home and Break on the outside. After hours checkin was terrible. All the gates leading in were locked up with a chain and intercom not working. Not until we found a door on the back of building with a note saying yes this door did we get in. Not acceptable for a hotel on this site. Better signage needs to happen. Also on Sundays all restaurants in area are closed.

The man who worked at reception was extremely rude about my card not being valid though I had prepaid. The floor seemed very dirty, dirty tea towel and most importantly there is no bolt on the door which made me and my friend very uncomfortable. I was grateful not to be travelling alone but as a solo female I would have felt very unsafe and uncomfortable there.

Property was very close to Transportation the Metro is a few steps away. There is a grocery store two stores down there are two pastry shops that sells the best tasting pastries and baguettes. There is a pharmacy around the square, a fruit shop and lots of bus stops. The room itself was more like a dormitory a college dorm room not at a hotel. Nothing fancy just the basic necessities a television with only French channels. No washcloths but nice fluffy towels. It had a kitchenette that was adequately stocked. We stayed there twice. The second time they gave us a room where the bathroom sink was clogged but they immediately switched us to the room that we stayed in the first time we checked in. The breakfast is what you would typically get at a French hotel the baguette the croissants the lunch meat the cheese coffee fruit and very reasonably priced. But the best thing overall was having the metro station to entrances actually within a very short walk of the facility. It's located in a square and getting the train and the bus from the airport took about an hour or you could take a faster train that'll cost you about 15 to $17 more to get there within like 20 to 45 minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a very good experience staying here and highly recommended. Very commute friendly as metro is just a few steps aways. There are 2 shops and 2 bakery nearby and a short walk from an asian supermarket selling hot meals. ;)

Grandioses Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück ausreichend. Hat den Charme einer Zelle (keine Bilder, keine Teppiche etc). Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde ein Zimmer weiter weg vom Fahrstuhl wählen. Bad hat kein Fenster, Abluft funktioniert nicht, somit Schimmelbildung. Fazit: für reine Übernachtung ist es prima.

El desayuno “buffet” horrible, tienen una máquina de café y una bandeja de croisants y dos tristes tipos de cereales no hay más, no vale la pena pagar los 7€ de desayuno, la ducha con la cortina amarilla, la cama sucia y toda la habitación llena de polvo , hace un calor horrible porque no tienen aire acondicionado y te dan un simple ventilador y nosotros eramos 4 y nos metimos 2 en cada habitación , y no se podía dormir del calor y había un olor horrible a pintura, no me gustó nada, no vayáis en verano porque os ahogáis.

Missing the Boulangeries right next door. The supermarket as well and the Restaurants around the corner . We took Uber which was so convenient to Paris . Uber to Airport too which didn’t costs that much . There were 4 of us so Uber is way cheaper and convenient. The room is spacious with a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed . So affordable. Will stay here again .They have breakfast which covers your choice of coffee, croissant for 7 Euros. They have beer on tap too at the reception which has plenty of sitting area . The room has a kitchen with all the amenities. You have to ask for a hai dryer . Bring your toiletries. Bed , comforter and pillows all great . Spring blooms all over the grounds. It’s quite hidden , very secure. Good WiFi in the room too.

On the first day, the room I was given had a broken fridge, and the bed sheets were dirty. However, after I reported the issue, they moved me to a different room. The weather was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning or any other cooling system. The only thing provided was a standing fan, which didn’t really help. The room itself was clean and of generous size with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The hotel is on academic campus and seems optimized to accommodate visiting scientists, so for longer stays. Biggest downside is poor main entrance signage, the right door is hard to find, especially for newcomers after dark.
