The worst thing was the false advertising. They advertised a pool which was one of the main reasons I booked the place at 500 a night. When we got there they said no pool but only a jacuzzi that was not working. It was 104 degrees outside - we needed a pool. I feel they took my money because there is no way I would have booked it without a pool. Beware. Otherwise - good AC, ok rooms but a fire alarm went off one evening at 1 am = not fun.

Hotel is advertised as a hotel and spa, including pool and gym. Upon arrival we were told that there is no pool, only a jacuzzi. We were also told that there is no gym at all. We booked this hotel for the spa and gym facilities of which we were very disappointed to find that this has been falsely advertised. The room conditions were very good inside but the noise from the street was unbearable and ruined the whole night for us. Room Downgrade & Logistics: We booked 4 nights and paid in advance via Hotels.com. A few days before arrival, we were told our original room wasn't available for the first night. We were forced to stay in an inferior room and move the next day. Even worse, on the day we moved, we had to check out by 11:00 AM but couldn't access the new room until 2:00 PM, leaving us without a room for a midday rest. Serious Privacy Concern (Spa): As compensation for the room mix-up, the hotel offered us free access to the spa (which usually carries a fee). We booked a private slot at 6:00 PM and were told the area was reserved exclusively for us. Naturally, we felt comfortable undressing. After 30 minutes, we discovered a security camera that no one had mentioned. When we asked, they claimed it was "only for security," but we felt our privacy was completely violated. Room Layout: In the second room we moved to, the sink was located inside the main room rather than in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. Lovely, clean hotel with amazing staff. We were in the annex, and we had about 5-6 flights of narrow stairs to climb to get to our room. It’s fine if you are aware of that, it was a bit of a struggle for my senior dad. And there is only a bath tub in our room, which was not the most convenient for cleaning up after a long hot summer day. But the staff brought our suitcases up which was incredibly kind!! Breakfast was nice in the main hotel, and they stored our luggage until our room was ready. Overall lovely stay, just be aware in the annex of stairs and potentially just having a bath tub.

The rooms are clean and comfortable The hotel has 2 buildings one with stairs only no elevator and the other has a small elevator this is important specially if you stay at 4 floor Also some rooms has tubs without shower head so you need to make sure from the booking if you want the shower head . otherwise the hotel location was very good we didn’t rent a car the streets in front of the hotel are small and fits only one way enough for one car no side parked cars I am not aware if they have a nearby parking area

The service was very good, very clean property. Location was great! ( the street looks kind of shady, but a block away from the resort you have everything accessible ) The only negative part was that you have to walk 3 floors up (45 steps) to your room in the resident side, they do have someone to help with the luggage. The room was small and the mattress in the room was very uncomfortable.

Our room was so moldy. The ceiling was leaking and it smelled so strongly of mold. I would have expected much better because of the price and what the reviews and pictures portrayed. We also had someone unlock our door by accident and tried to enter our room in the middle of the night which was terrifying. It sounded like an employee but we still never got answers as to why that happened. The follow- through to make things right was not great.

The rooms were spacious and spotless with all the amenities. Enjoyed having coffee on the little balcony. The decor was absolutely beautiful. The spa was spotless and offered many options. The staff were friendly and attentive. Prime location in the heart of the city, with all the shops and restaurants at your feet. I highly recommend this hotel.

My experience was really bad. When I entered my room there was a terrible sewer smell. The receptionist tried to fix it but it was the only room available. The place was very noisy and breakfast disappointing. I would not suggest this hotel based on my experience.

Excellent renovation on the room. City view was of a building under construction therefore the balcony was useless. First room was facing a busy street and was very noisy but they changed our room upon request. The foyer to the residence rooms smelled liked sewer gas but the room did not smell. No elevator to the residence room so 3 flights of stairs!

Beautiful, large room, very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows (nothing too hard or too soft). Very close to Monastiraki and the metro station. Lots of cool restaurants and cafés nearby. Reception and staff were very helpful and nice. The only 2 drawbacks are that 1. There's no elevator in the Residence building, so you have to trek up and down the stairs, which is annoying with luggage (though the staff offered to help) and 2. The shower glass doesn't do a good job of isolating the water from the toilet, so you end up with wet floors no matter how much you pay attention.

The staff and communication were amazing. Property is clean and elegant, boutique style. In an excellent location close to everything by foot. Comfy bed and beautiful room. The only thing we didn't like was the bathtub shower. Its elevated and hard to step into and there was only a hand-held shower sprayer and no curtain which made showering difficult.

The room was very small. I had to move furniture in order for me and my friend to make space for our bags. The staff was very nice and helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and tho gs to due. The room while small was very clean and in a great location.

Our stay at this great hotel was fantastic. The location is great, staff are friendly and our room was modern and with a great view of the Acropolis. We would use this again it's an ideal base for sightseeing

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Location in central Athens is outstanding. All the staff is extremely friendly and responsive to anything you need. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Front desk manager Kalina was especially helpful when my purse was lost and I needed to contact the tourist police. I couldn't recommend this hotel higher.

We arrived early at the hotel after a cruise. While I expected the room not to be ready? The staff was not very friendly, welcoming or accommodating.. We did not receive or was told about VIP access perks relating to the reservation .We were never invited to visit the restaurant or spa. They told us they would contact us when the room was ready and we never heard from them so we randomly showed back up at the stated check in time. The hotel was clean however it always had a weird fishy smell in the hallway or whenever the AC turned on. The location is close to tons of restaurants and shopping areas.

This residence is very nice overall, clean rooms, modern design, and a perfect location in Athens. The only major downside is that there’s no elevator, which wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. Our room was up a steep, winding flight of stairs, and while staff helped bring our bags up at check-in, no one came to assist us at checkout despite confirming a time and calling down for help. We ended up struggling with heavy suitcases ourselves as two small girls. To make matters worse, as we passed by the lobby, the same staff member was sitting there alone with no other guests waiting, choosing not to assist us. This left us feeling dismissed and disappointed after what was otherwise a lovely stay. Beautiful property and great stay otherwise, but not very travel-friendly if you have large luggage or mobility concerns.

My cousin was checking in and her backpack was stolen from the lobby. In the backpack was money, identification, medication, etc. We had been there 5 minutes- the hotel had cameras, called the police but ultimately took no responsibility for the situation. The lobby is a part of a private business; it should be a safe environment, especially when checking in. What a horrible start to our vacation!

Great hotel, surrounded by lots of restaurants and right in the middle of the city so city smells, city issues like being a little more dirty. BUT the hotel was awesome, quiet and staff very friendly. The hotel was a little hard to find off of Aiolou. Just look for glass door with black lines and a small area to eat outside.

( the street looks kind of shady, but a block away from the resort you have everything accessible ) The only negative part was that you have to walk 3 floors up (45 steps) to your room in the resident side, they do have someone to help with the luggage. The room was small and the mattress in the room was very uncomfortable.

Fantastic two night stay. Wrapped up a two week cruise in Athens and we wanted to explore Athens few days before flying out. Wonderful breakfast and great little bar on main level. Location is excellent if you want to be in the center of Athens within walking distance to the Acropolis. Room was very nice, cold AC which is a must for the summer. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The staff was very attentive and nice.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Location in central Athens is outstanding. All the staff is extremely friendly and responsive to anything you need. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Front desk manager Kalina was especially helpful when my purse was lost and I needed to contact the tourist police. I couldn't recommend this hotel higher.

I really appreciated the staff and free breakfast. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel was very nice, beautifully decorated. The only issues I had was that we were placed on the third floor and there was no elevator in that part of the hotel. If you are differently abled or have physical limitations that prevent stair climbing do not get the third floor - if you have heavy luggage this could be an issue although the staff helped take up the luggage. Be aware that this hotel does not allow tissue to be flushed in the toilet and if you aren’t accustomed to a bidet that might be awkward. Also the big spa tub was nice but we had no stand up enclosed shower. There was a handheld spray faucet but you end up getting water everywhere. All in all I would recommend for a short stay if you don’t need an accessible room. I don’t think this was made plain in the hotel description or booking with Expedia it should have been. I can only speak for our room the main hotel rooms may be different.

Beyond a couple room hiccups like some minor uncleanliness that I was initially able to move passed, I ended up having to move rooms at 12AM due to the power outage to my room. I emailed the hotel regarding my experience and never heard back. Staff was great, but the experience was hardly relaxing and I got all of 2.5 hours of sleep because l had to leave early for the airport.
