My wife and I are from the US and wanted to visit Rüdesheim. We called the hotel the day before our arrival to confirm our reservation and talked to the Sweetest lady. She provided great information and told us we were all set. We arrived by train and were allowed to check in early. The check in process was easy, loads of helpful information was provided. They gave us a beautiful room on the German first floor (2nd floor) with an amazing view of the Rhine River. The room was so spacious and clean. The bathroom was a little small but had everything we needed. Other reviews mentioned the noise but we didn’t notice anything to complain about. We are staying in Germany for another five weeks and my wife is begging me to take her back to the Krone hotel for another three night visit. We highly recommend this hotel for location, breakfasts, cleanliness, friendly staff, wonderful rooms but most importantly the value.

The manager/owner Katriana was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location in Rudesheim am Rhein. Right on the main strip accessible to all the shops and restaurants. My room had an amazing view of the Niederwald Statue and the vineyards and cable cars. 5th generation owners who were very nice and informative. Great price, highly recommended.

The elevator was a great feature due to mobility issues. The owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay again when I return to Rudesheim.
