A different way to book in but all good. Close to airport and a club and shops nearby for meals. We will return next time we fly out.

Very good, easy access to the airport. Room was clean and presentable.

No staff at reception. Had to scan q code to enter. Terrible service. Took an hour to get into the room. Restaurant was under extreme pressure to cope. So had to walk to find somewhere to eat. Never again!

There is no reception desk. You need to download the hotel app to do a checkin before you scan the bar code. Arrived on a Fri. There were multiple family staying with same last name so when I tried to sign, there were multiple names and didn’t accept my booking number. Finally sorted after trying for half an hour. You use a code to get into your apartment and if you don’t get it right you have to wait 5 mins. Book a hotel room, was upgraded to an apartment, this was up a steep flight of stairs, which didn’t do my knees any good, room stank of onions, smelt horrible. discovered the shower was in a bath, which is worse when you have bad knees. Rang to sort this out and apparently there are only 2 rooms that have walking showers which was a lie as other family members had a walk in shower. Then there was water all over the bathroom floor, on all the shelves under the sink running into the drain. Rang and yes he came within 10mins. Couldn’t find where the problem was but then proceeded to advise if it leaks again, they would put me in another room. There weren’t more leaks. Then no shower gel in shower or by the sink. Then there is a restaurant for dinner but the person there couldn’t do 13 people as he was by himself. No breakfast over the weekend and Mon public holiday. If you want fresh towels, you have to ask for them when the cleaners are around and only if you’re in the motel room, no fresh towels in an apartment, you have a washing machine! Do not stay at this place,
