Over all a surprisingly good hotel to be a 3*. Breakfast is with warm dishes as well as fruit and yoghurt and bread. Used the transfer upon arrival and it worked without issues. Fire alarm sounded one evening several times. One good thing is that it actually works, but since it was caused by smoke in the kitchen I didn’t try eating dinner there. In general friendly staff and clean. Close by a two minute walk to a small shopping center area with grocery, sports stores, and restaurants.

Lovely hotel well postioned near shops and restaurants in a very safe area . On site hotel free basement parking . I would have given this hotel best rating all around had the airconditioning in my room worked . The airconditioning unit just blew uncooled air while temperatures outside were sauring. Sleep was impossible !! Complaints to management fell on deaf ears .

The location was safe and convenient with restaurants within a minutes walk. All the staff were lovely especially on check-in and our waiter. The pool is small and was chilly but we arrived in early September. The room was clean but a little tired hence 4 stars but we would stay here again.

Room 565 had two gigantic roach bugs that I was able to unalive with my shoe. However as I begin to relax for sleep I heard some noise near the floor under the window and saw a small mice go from behind the curtain on the floor to behind the desk. I was not able to sleep in a room with all these pests.

I liked the area the property was in, I enjoyed the night scenary as well and safety of the surrounding area. I didn't like the fact that my room didn't have a microwave and the air-conditioner was of poor quality as it didn't get hot in a reasonable amount of time.

This was a very convenient and easy location in Lynwood. The grocery across the parking lot was very convenient and made things very simple. I was only there one night but easily could have stayed a week. Breakfast was hot and good and very easy and affordable.
