Wir waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist recht großzügig, alles sauber gewesen und die Betten sind sehr bequem gewesen. Waren im Aufgang C, da war es auch sehr ruhig nachts. Tiefgarage mit ausreichend großen Parkplätzen, problemlos zu befahren und gesichert. Nur Bewohner kommen da rein. Frühstück wie üblich in Frankreich eher einfach, aber ausreichend. Wer ein 5* Büffet braucht muss halt auch in ein 5*Hotel gehen. Einzig die (Auszieh) Couch ist alt und ein Fall zum Austauschen. Lage für Sightseeing gut, da in unmittelbarer Nähe die U-Bahn Station ist. Möglichkeiten zum guten Abendessen gibt es auch in der Nähe. Mini Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, da kann ich nichts drüber sagen.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, il y a très peu de places de parking en extérieur et tout est payant à Toulouse. Peu de restaurants mais un accès au métro très proche.

Très bien accueillis, chambre propre et au calme, Petit déjeuner complet , accès rapide au métro et/ou à pied du centre ville. Garage bien pratique. Juste la literie qui est un peu trop raide à notre goût, mais cela est très subjectif. Ce n'était pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel et je n'hésiterai pas à y revenir.

Très bon accueil l'avantage d'avoir un parking souterrain payant dans l'établissement mais de toute façon le parking est facile autour de l'hôtel malgré les travaux. Avantages on est pas loin du centre-ville et du grand parc.

Somos una oareja de 70 años activos y fuimos en coche al llegar sorpresa no teniamos parking la chica nos manda hasta la terminal que son cerca de 10 km no se da cueta decia que hablaba español al final en inglés para estacionarnos ,lle pregunto si hay plazas de parking y nos dijo que no al final dejamos coche en la calle.Sorpresa al otro dia 7 am la otra chica hiperamable nos dió parking y habían varios vacios . Creo que se debe d etener enc uenta esot y si no hay darnos má sinformación y que no diga que sabe español si al final por suerte lo hicimos en inglés Resto trato espectacular todo muy bien limpio y ajustado al presupuesto , si volviera no desearía me atendiera esta chica.

Hormis une chaise bancale et une lumière défectueuse l'appartement est propre et calme. Pour une ou deux nuits à 4 cela suffit. Pour un séjour plus long c'est un peu petit.

La limpieza del cuarto no la han realizado. Dejamos el cartel para que hagan el cuarto y no lo hicieron. Al día siguiente lo pedimos en recepción Lo único que hicieron fue dejar un papel higiénico ( del cual eran pequeño) y éramos 4 huéspedes en el apartamento y se llevaron la basura Nada más. Desastre

J'ai reservé un studio. Les photos sur le site sont trompeuses. Surprise en arrivant sur place: Il n'y a meme pas de lit pour dormir. Il y a juste Un canapé lit , très inconfortable. Je demande une explication à l'acceuil , car aprés 9h de routes j'avais envie de me reposer dans un lit. La seule réponse de la dame c'est de rajouter 20€ pour avoir un lit . Je ne trouves pas ça correcte du tout et je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.

Pour commencer avec les points forts : les personnes de l'accueil sont très gentilles, l'appartement est PROPRE et assez spacieux, avec beaucoup de rangements. En revanche il mériterait d'être entretenu : réfrigérateur en panne, plinthes et papier peint arrachés par endroits, canapé défraîchi et affaissé....

Very spacious room, extremely quiet considering the city centre location. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and it was a great price, I couldn't ask for more! It was 20 mins drive from the airport and such a fantastic location for exploring Toulouse.

1ère chambre occupée : le lit était, en fait, un canapé-lit qui occupait la moitié de la pièce, une fois déplié, et qui grinçait. La chambre était au rez-de-chaussée, donnait sur le parking, et il n'y avait pas de rideau à la porte-fenêtre. Pas très agréable !!! Quand j'ai demandé à changer de chambre, on m'a répondu que ça n'était pas possible, ou alors qu'il fallait rajouter un supplément pour avoir une chambre plus spacieuse, à l'étage. Pas très commerçant !! Au final, je paie le supplément et je me retrouve dans une chambre ... sans rideau !!! Au 2ème étage, c'est moins gênant ... Pour finir, je leur demande de garder la carte de la chambre pendant que je vais courir, dans le but de ne pas la perdre. Ils l'ont fait, mais j'ai eu l'impression, les 2 fois, que ça les dérangeait. Pas très accommodant !!! Bref, l'apart'hôtel est plutôt bien situé. Mais il n'a rien d'exceptionnel. Je ne suis pas sûr d'y retourner.

But there is a huge road repairing at the main avenue which is not that nice at this moment Otherwise, it was a good stay I'd suggest if the hotel can change the lighting at the corridor, it looks like in a hospital than in a hotel In my room, the door of the bathroom has a hole and the shower holder is broken, some renovation would be nice

Des chambres sans rideaux ou voilage permettant de bénéficier de la lumière du jour. Le frigo en pleine nuit qui se met en route Salle de bain poussière sur le radiateur . Chasse d eau il faut être vigilant pour aider le bouton a se remettre en position. Douche les pieds baignent dans l eau car l écoulement est trop lent , rideau de douche qui colle et qui est trop court. Chauffage bruyant... Et dernier soir dimanche l odeur du repas des voisins dans l appartement. J avais choisi appart hôtel pour l espace , l autonomie, la possibilité de faire son thé son sandwich... Car j avais prévu 4 jours à Toulouse et donc je suis partie le lundi au lieu de mercredi perte financière. J ai aime l hôtel belle luminosité et nettoyage même le dimanche , proche des transports, personnel attentionné , pour la plus part... Merci

A little construction work going on in the street should be done soon. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk away from the tourist areas grocery store across the street and a few restaurants close by. Logan at the front desk was professional and courteous making us feel welcomed.

L'hôtel ne remet pas de facture sous pretexte d'un problème d'imprimante mais quand on insiste pour avoir une facture manuelle là il te donne la facture imprimée. Et leur système ne permet pas de transmettre par mail une e-facture. A croire qu'il se moque des clients.

Very spacious room, extremely quiet considering the city centre location. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and it was a great price, I couldn't ask for more! It was 20 mins drive from the airport and such a fantastic location for exploring Toulouse.

Wir waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist recht großzügig, alles sauber gewesen und die Betten sind sehr bequem gewesen. Waren im Aufgang C, da war es auch sehr ruhig nachts. Tiefgarage mit ausreichend großen Parkplätzen, problemlos zu befahren und gesichert. Nur Bewohner kommen da rein. Frühstück wie üblich in Frankreich eher einfach, aber ausreichend. Wer ein 5* Büffet braucht muss halt auch in ein 5*Hotel gehen. Einzig die (Auszieh) Couch ist alt und ein Fall zum Austauschen. Lage für Sightseeing gut, da in unmittelbarer Nähe die U-Bahn Station ist. Möglichkeiten zum guten Abendessen gibt es auch in der Nähe. Mini Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, da kann ich nichts drüber sagen.

Très bien accueillis, chambre propre et au calme, Petit déjeuner complet , accès rapide au métro et/ou à pied du centre ville. Garage bien pratique. Juste la literie qui est un peu trop raide à notre goût, mais cela est très subjectif. Ce n'était pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel et je n'hésiterai pas à y revenir.
