Tout s’est bien passé, seul points négatifs : Ne répondent pas aux mails (j’avais fait la réservation d’une place de parking 2 jours avant et on ne m’a jamais confirmé! J’ai quand même obtenu une place de parking mais impossible de savoir si elle était bien réservée) Odeurs d’égouts dans l’appartement à notre arrivée, nous avons ventilé et fait couler l’eau dans les éviers et le problème a été résolu mais le personnel d’entretien aurait dû s’en rendre compte.

J’ai quand même obtenu une place de parking mais impossible de savoir si elle était bien réservée) Odeurs d’égouts dans l’appartement à notre arrivée, nous avons ventilé et fait couler l’eau dans les éviers et le problème a été résolu mais le personnel d’entretien aurait dû s’en rendre compte.

L hotel appart city est très bien situé . Il est possible de tout faire à pied. Les appartements sont très spacieux et propres. Il y a un parking que je conseille de réserver à l avance.

Excellent location to visit Valence with everything on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable apartment, useful to have a washing machine and dryer on site. Very good wifi and very pleasant staff at reception. If you bring a car, be aware there is a height limit of 1.85m for all underground car parks in the centre (so not for big cars or cars with a roof box). But open-air public paying parking (€18 for 24h) in the next street.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Kaffe wäre wünschenswert da es eine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine hat. Leider haben wir nie eine Antwort auf unser Mail bezüglich Checkin und Parkplatz erhalten. Dafür ging der Checkin sehr schnell

Zimmer sauber, leider war kein Parkplatz buchbar. Zum Frühstück : im Baguette Land Frankreich so ein hartes trockenes Baguette zu bekommen hatten wir nicht erwartet! Auch vom Brie keine Spur!! Petit dejeuner ist halt tres Petit!

Personnel très sympathique que ce soit à l’accueil ou au petit déjeuner. Malheureusement l’état de la chambre était très moyen: -chauffage qui tient au mur par une seule fixation, du noir tout autour de l’intérieur de la douche… Bref je ne déconseille pas cet hôtel car c’est peu être seulement cette chambre qui pose souci mais je conseille à l’établissement de la rafraîchir sérieusement!

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Apartments haben eine vernünftige Größe. Die Lage ist Zentral, was generell super ist, allerdings fühlt man sich Abends als Tourist, auf den Straßen ziemlich unsicher. Eine Erkundung der Innenstadt bereitet daher eher weniger Freude.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé cet appart hôtel. Je l'ai trouvé du tristesse à mourir... Ma chambre étais dans une pièce sans fenêtre (genre un grand cagibi avec un petit lit (1place), je voyage beaucoup et c'est la 2ème fois que je tombe sur ce genre de lit. Matelas de mauvaise qualité, lit qui fait du bruit quand on bouge et oreiller trop dur. Petit déjeuners très basiques. Point positif la propreté où il n'y a rien à redire.

Der erste Eindruck war ok, Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und Dusche mit WC. Das wars aber auch schon. Im Zimmer ist die Matratze zu klein für das Bett, rundherum steht der Lattenrost 10 cm über, so dass man ständig drüber steigen muss. Kein Nachttisch, kaum Steckdosen ums Handy zu laden, Fenster zum Innenhof der die ganze Nacht von Klimaanlagen rundum dröhnt. Die Klobrille ist nicht mir dem Porzellan verbunden und liegt lose auf. In der Dusche schimmelt es. Für eine Nacht aushaltbar aber dafür zu teuer.

La chambre aurait pu être plus grande, mais c’est surtout la propreté de la salle de bain bain, et l’état de la robinetterie qui ont besoin une amélioration. Par ex. la poubelle de toilette n’a pas été vidée après la personne précédente qui y à séjourné, le join de la pomme de douche devrait être remplacé pour ne pas fuir et le robinet de lavabo nettoyé.

Accueil correct. Problème avec l'éclairage de la chambre qui a été indiqué à la réception immédiatement. Puis rappeler le lendemain; A aucun moment cela a été solutionné. Du bruit les 2 nuits avec les clients du dessus. Signalé également mais pas solutionné non plus. Canapé lit très inconfortable. Déçu dans l'ensemble par rapport à nos séjours précédents dans le même établissement

Mauvais souvenir pour nous qui étions sur la via Rhona en vélo. Rien à redire sur l'hébergement... Mais nous avions demandé à garer nos vélos dans le box prévu à cet effet. Un des vélos ne logeait pas à l'intérieur. Nous l'avons donc garé sur un râtelier prévu à cet effet à l'intérieur du garage . Le lendemain, vélo inutilisable avec roue voilée! Probablement par une voiture qui a manœuvré dans le garage. 3 semaines après notre passage et après plusieurs relances, nous apprenons que l'hôtel n'a pas encore accédé aux caméras de vidéosurveillance, et qu'il ne se sent pas responsable l'incident. Aucune considération ni prise en charge! Nous avons du changer nos projets de formation nnde vacances, nous sommes très déçus

Excellent location to visit Valence with everything on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable apartment, useful to have a washing machine and dryer on site. Very good wifi and very pleasant staff at reception. If you bring a car, be aware there is a height limit of 1.85m for all underground car parks in the centre (so not for big cars or cars with a roof box). But open-air public paying parking (€18 for 24h) in the next street.

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Apartments haben eine vernünftige Größe. Die Lage ist Zentral, was generell super ist, allerdings fühlt man sich Abends als Tourist, auf den Straßen ziemlich unsicher. Eine Erkundung der Innenstadt bereitet daher eher weniger Freude.

Prima overnachtingsplek op doorreis naar het zuiden. Het is een basic appartement en lekker ruim. Vooral de locatie is leuk: midden in het centrum van Valence met leuke barretjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Kortom: aanrader!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Kaffe wäre wünschenswert da es eine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine hat. Leider haben wir nie eine Antwort auf unser Mail bezüglich Checkin und Parkplatz erhalten. Dafür ging der Checkin sehr schnell

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé cet appart hôtel. Je l'ai trouvé du tristesse à mourir... Ma chambre étais dans une pièce sans fenêtre (genre un grand cagibi avec un petit lit (1place), je voyage beaucoup et c'est la 2ème fois que je tombe sur ce genre de lit. Matelas de mauvaise qualité, lit qui fait du bruit quand on bouge et oreiller trop dur. Petit déjeuners très basiques. Point positif la propreté où il n'y a rien à redire.

Zimmer sauber, leider war kein Parkplatz buchbar. Zum Frühstück : im Baguette Land Frankreich so ein hartes trockenes Baguette zu bekommen hatten wir nicht erwartet! Auch vom Brie keine Spur!! Petit dejeuner ist halt tres Petit!
