2nd year staying there and absolutely love the place. However, this was the first year using their cafe. The only thing I didn’t like was the cafe wasn’t a real cafe, they serve packaged frozen foods. The indoor pool is huge and very clean. The hot tub was very nice as well. I will always stay at this hotel!

The room was very nice with 2 bedrooms,2 full baths, a kitchen and a pull out sofa in the living room area. It also had a nice deck with table and chairs. There were multiple indoor and outdoor pools to choose from on property. The pools were all open until 10pm.There was a gaming room with a snack bar, pool tables and electronic games. They even had a male your own stuffed animal and decorate your own hat room. You'd just buy the stuffie or the hat and they had decorations to choose from. The staff was really friendly. The 4pm check in with 10am check out was a bit odd but other than that we had a great stay!

Indoor pool was big and nice. Hot tub was really good but both could use a good cleaning. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Good experience would definitely come back.

I don’t even know where to begin. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was absolutely filthy! Furniture was broken the moment we walked in the door, wads of hair on the bathroom floors, my kids feet turned black just walking around the room barefoot, I placed clothes on top of the cabinet in the bedroom that holds the tv and they were caked in dust when I took them off, the pools were DISGUSTING and clearly unkept, there is no laundry in the room (only in presidential suites) and the laundry facilities were an embarrassment to say the least. 4 washers and 6 dryers for hundreds of people!!! Every reason we choose to stay here was an utter disappointment. They even wanted to charge us $8 to wash our towels provided for our use in the room!! We will never again stay on a Holiday Inn Club Vacation resort, and I’m sure there are many better places to stay in Branson for the price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The family and I had a great comfortable stay. The environment was great and so was the staff. Definitely worth booking for family. A huge indoor pool/spa plus also outside pools with grills nearby. Back of property has tennis and a half court basketball ball court, also with a grill nearby. Onsite food establishment plus a fun mini arcade with movie theater with movie times.

I like that property has game room and indoor pool with open windows to fresh air, but would be great if water in the pool was heated, so kids can swim there. Since water is cold kids dont want to swim in the pool and all sits down in jacuzzi. Jacuzzi timer needs to be fixed since it doesnt work properly and doesnt stay for set time. This place little too far from main attractions in the sity. Also, we found couple dead bedbugs in the room and that was so upsetting.

I never thought that I would buy a time share. There are just too many problems that I have heard about. I rented a suite (really more of an apartment) for my family vacation. When we walked into the room my daughters walked right back out so that they could video their entrance and a tour of the rooms to show their friends. We had an amazing experience there.

The room was large with a small kitchen area. It was great for having multiple families with their own space for an affordable price. Didn't love that at check in they try to basically sell a time share option to you for other locations. It was no real hassle though and could easily just say no thanks. The pool is in a separate building and is set up a bit like a greenhouse so due to the excessive heat outside the pool was closed during the day as the building gets very hot. Overall was a great option and close to Branson Landing.

Property was definitely dated and needs upgrades. Tried to use “guest laundry” which is not in the rooms several times. Many machines were broken and the one or two working machines were being used. Also charged a $115 deposit on top of resort fees, NOT LISTED ON EXPEDIA. It took the full 5 days to come off my card upon checkout. We have definitely stayed nicer places much cheaper and NOT PAID A DEPOSIT. Plus it’s a timeshare so they make their pitch as soon as you walk in. The pool closed, property said it was too hot for the employees.

The property was nice but our condo could use some TLC. The vent behind TV was gross with piles of caked dust. The bathtub and shower was right next to bed. The carpet had an awful smell and needs replaced. Patio was dirty and was pictured with fireplace. There was no disclosure about all the extra fees until we arrived. You should tell people when purchasing rooms.

Room was dirty. Blinds had layers of dust. Tons of dust and crumbs under the couches, on the tv stands beneath each tv. Mismatched dishes. No place to store food in the kitchen. Beds were rock hard. Tub worked but when you looked upwards at the walls you could see the yellow grime stains and the marks left by cleaner running down the walls around the tub. Absolutely no noise reduction from units above. Had to ask 3 times between 2145 and 2300 before they agreed to take care of the issues with the room above us. It did not quiet down until 0030, which leads me to believe they did nothing. It was 0200 the previous night. Their timeshare people are pushy. Not impressed in the least. Generally you get what you pay for but we most definitely did not. The grassy areas around the pool by our building had not been mowed or cleaned up and readied for use in any way shape or form. Large limbs down. Grass up to my knees in some areas.

Location was absolutely perfect for a last minute get away. Room was quite dirty but nothing I couldn’t clean up. Price was a bit bit for the quality of the place. But overall decent place.

Overall a pleasant stay with some nice, convenient amenities, and plenty of space! Activity center was nice to have, as well as several pools locations. However there were some aspects that could be improved: Exterior needs extra cleaning and/or a possible facelift. Many dirty/stained railings and bugs/cobwebs in stairwells and some door entry ways as well as the patio area. Hardwood floors were dirty enough to soil socks. I Swiffer cleaned them myself the first night. Vinyl shower curtain had mold/residue on the outside.

Didn't appreciate the hard-sell and pressure to sign up for the time-share program and meeting upon check-in. Kind of spoiled the excitement of arriving at a new facility. The condo had soiled furniture covers and carpets, and the furnishings were old, scratched and in need of replacement. The blind in the master suite had a broken slat that let in light from the large light pole outside. The beds were very comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained.

Stayed with older teens and they really enjoyed the free activities! The proximity to food and other activities was also a plus! Rooms were quiet, comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed being able to cook breakfast in our room! It was perfect for our group of 6!

Very little sound proofing between the bottom and top floors of our house. We could hear EVERYTHING from the bottom floor. Every morning, the family upstairs was stomping and running around at 6am and even into the evenings. If the top floor took showers/baths, no hot water was left for my family downstairs and we had luke warm showers. Don’t think the heat was working well- with the thermostat on heat at 72-73 degrees at night, it was still freezing in the house with no extra blankets available. over night outside did not get below 50 degrees at night so the house should not have felt THAT cold. Then to take luke warm showers was not great…. The atmosphere of the area and hotel in itself was great, but the house we stayed in was unfortunately not.

Very nice, spacious villa with full kitchen. Property is beautiful with all kinds of ammenties! Multiple outside pools to choose from, one huge indoor pool/rec area with hot tub. Great, very friendly and helpful staff that checks in with guests regularly. Just a couple of miles from The Branson Landing and downtown area.

Beautiful property on the golf course and off the strip. Spacious and clean units with everything we needed for our stay. Our only issue was the wonky a/c. It was warm when we got there so we set the thermostat to 65. It never got cool so we had to call three times for service. The unit never got below 75 so that was frustrating!

The buildings are many, and this means each “neighborhood” has one small pool. The only outdoor hot tub is near the registration and next to the indoor pool. You need to drive to get to both The buildings are like sets from a movie. Very thin walls. Our windows looked out to the walkway, and there were only blinds on those windows. No room darkening shades for the bedroom. The light from the parking area came in, so it was not dark in the room. We lacked outdoor space. Would not stay here again.

We booked our stay through Hotels.com and received a decent price based on our loyalty points so we were excited to bring our family to the Branson area and experience some fun things that the resort seemed to offer. We arrived to check in and did so with the front desk, after which they sent us to the vacations check in to activate our keys. The people were friendly but I felt like they were trying to sign me up for everything and almost held me hostage listening to their sales pitch. It was late in the evening and I was trying to hurry to get back to my kids so I just felt like they were taking their time so they could sell me on tours and timeshare meetings. We finally got our keys and realized we were put in a room on the complete other side of the property from the amenities, 5 min drive from the club house and indoor pool which our kids were most excited about. The room lack lustered and felt cheap. Our first morning we received a phone call from someone at the “corporate office in Florida” who once again made me feel like I was held hostage on the phone with her sales pitch. I kept informing her I was not interested and she persisted. I finally became stern and said I was not interested and had to go. She then clapped back and said “so I guess you dont want a free $150??” I stated “no thank you” then hung up. We unfortunately will not be back due to these instances and will be extremely unlikely that we stay at any Holiday Inn or any of its sister companies

The staff during check-in were horrible. The wait was over 20 minutes and we were the second in line. Their staff seemed unable to move any faster. One of the reservation people just walked off with a very long line still waiting. After the arduous process, we were then sent to ANOTHER person who tried to do a high pressure sales bit. Would not go back.

During check in you go to the main desk, they then send you to another desk to get room keys activated and parking pass. At the second desk you encounter the pushy “Time Share” salesperson. Not what I expected, avoid them at all costs unless you are looking to get screwed with a Time Share.

We stayed in town for a wedding. We had a two room suite and it suited our needs perfectly! This property is CLEAN and comfortable and the price was quite fair for rooms and space we had. The indoor pool facility was quite nice and a favorite of the kids. Every single staff member we interacted with, whether in person or via phone, was very polite and professional. Will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Staff was very responsive to our needs. The coffee pot in our room took over an hour to brew a full pot. I messaged the staff & their response was to bring us a brand new pot, which brewed a full pot in 5 minutes. Great response! Also, the room was very nice.

Property was great. I did NOT appreciate being constantly hounded to attend a timeshare seminar. I was only in town a few days, I had my own agenda, didn't need my phone ringing all morning trying to timeshare sale me

We are more than satisfied with our combinations. The only thing that we did not like, was trying to find our room and the front desk as well. Both were very inconvenient and well hidden, causing us a lot of anguish, trying to find it. But once there, we were given a villa, which was absolutely wonderful in every sense of the word Never experience such a lovely room with the Jacuzzi in the bedroom and the fireplace in the living room as well bed was super comfortable and everything was wonderful too. We’ll stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here on a family trip to Branson. This hotel was just far enough away from the busyness of Downtown Branson. It was a 10 to 15min drive to downtown. We stayed in a villa, it was quite and calm, just what we needed after a busy day of fun! The amenities were great! We will definitely come back again.

Perfect for our group of 4 traveling for a dance competition. Easy in and out check-in and plenty of parking. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Property is very large - we had friends staying in another condo and we had to drive to get to them.

They never answer the phone. The area inside and out of the rooms were outdated and in need of serious renovations. The bombardment of buying a timeshare is overwhelming. Especially when you need your room key after checking in and you just want to rest. But you need to hear the sales pitch before they give you your room keys. Way too many buildings. Property is so confusing to navigate. Laundry services were bad. Broken machines.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at a property with a full kitchen. It was very comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy but more than what we needed. When we checked in, the staff was helpful and got us a room close to others we were attending a wedding with. There was a glitch with the Expedia booking showing up in their system but they got it straightened out within a couple of days. The pool was very far from the building we were staying in and although it looked very nice, it would have been inconvenient to drive back and forth to it, especially in winter. The campus is very spread out.

Very nice, spacious villa with full kitchen. Property is beautiful with all kinds of ammenties! Multiple outside pools to choose from, one huge indoor pool/rec area with hot tub. Great, very friendly and helpful staff that checks in with guests regularly. Just a couple of miles from The Branson Landing and downtown area.

The room was large with a small kitchen area. It was great for having multiple families with their own space for an affordable price. Didn't love that at check in they try to basically sell a time share option to you for other locations. It was no real hassle though and could easily just say no thanks. The pool is in a separate building and is set up a bit like a greenhouse so due to the excessive heat outside the pool was closed during the day as the building gets very hot. Overall was a great option and close to Branson Landing.

2nd year staying there and absolutely love the place. However, this was the first year using their cafe. The only thing I didn’t like was the cafe wasn’t a real cafe, they serve packaged frozen foods. The indoor pool is huge and very clean. The hot tub was very nice as well. I will always stay at this hotel!

Everything was great, and we would absolutely go back again. There’s an arcade, gym, cafe, grille, several outdoor pools and one indoor pool on site. It was frustrating that the indoor pool was out of service for “maintenance,” but we were called in advance of this to be told. It was also a bit annoying that the Expedia note said something about breakfast and dinner for 2 meal plans, but the front desk didn’t know anything about this. The Villa rooms were well maintained, clean, and well stocked with needed items. There’s no elevator, and I did not see a ramp, so be sure request accessible if you have mobility issues. It was fully stocked with items needed to cook (except for food obviously). There’s a nice back patio with table and chairs, and a roomy living room space. It fit 3 adults, a teenager, a small child and baby just fine! They do not do daily cleaning, but are available through the help desk if needed. The check-in desk gave a map for property which was MUCH NEEDED as the roads are confusing. The check-in was confusing, as well, because GPS takes you to the back of the property to security. There’s a bunch of driving to get where you need to go, but once we learned the layout, it was fine. We were placed in a downstairs location. Our upstairs neighbors were SO LOUD just walking around and kids playing until after midnight. We will definitely request an upper level in the future because of how much the noise traveled through the villa.

This property and all of its amenities is amazing. Clean and well appointed room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Was challenged to get to eat. The cafe was closed at 4 pm. Would have loved to be able to grab a bite on the property after driving 4 hours. The last thing we wanted to do was drive more. Then on Saturday we went to the golf clubhouse restaurant at a little after 3 pm. The restaurant was open until 4. As we entered the staff members told us they couldn't serve us since they had a very busy day and couldn't accommodate 2 of us. The restaurant was 80% empty at that time. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The room was very nice and plenty of space for our family. (Two adults, 4 kids) very beautiful. Huge property. The only thing that made it a 4 star instead of 5 is that there isn’t dinner options available and where our room was we had to drive all the way around the resort to get to the main area where the indoor pool was and games. It was not walkable because there are signs that say you cannot walk on the golf course. The property is just so huge and for the people who have the back rooms, they must drive everywhere if they want to enjoy the amenities. The bar and grill that is said to be available closes at 4pm.

The family and I had a great comfortable stay. The environment was great and so was the staff. Definitely worth booking for family. A huge indoor pool/spa plus also outside pools with grills nearby. Back of property has tennis and a half court basketball ball court, also with a grill nearby. Onsite food establishment plus a fun mini arcade with movie theater with movie times.

The pools were very nice. The grille that serves food on property was a bit over priced. Microwaved mac and cheese in a cup for $4 & microved tattor tots with "melted" cheese. The property is very big. I got lost trying to find my villa. The dollar general across rhe street is a life saver. Great prices. Beds are very comfortable. I love that the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. I would stay again. My family really enjoyed it.

It was horrible i stayed with my family 4 days they have hidden fees that they will only tell you in person about and the snack bar burns your food way over wont even make it right. They kept bothering me the whole trip to watch a video and about time share wouldnt even fully check me in til i heard what they offer. And they expect you to clean the whole room. I never leave a mess but telling me to take my own trash out and do my own dishes.

We had a couple hiccups with a mixup with our reservations but they were wonderful to work with & fixed it promptly. The kids loved the main pool & enjoyed interacting with the lifeguard

Absolutely worst customer service ever! We came for my husband‘s 60th birthday and had three rooms for our family. We flew and the rest of the family drove. We arrived at the hotel about two hours before the family. After check-in, Julie pulled out a map to show us how to get to our room which was at least a mile from the lobby. We explained that we didn’t have a car, and she suggested that we take an Uber. From the lobby to our room! Never mind they had a minivan with the Holiday Inn logo on the side, and the fact that we saw housekeeping using a six person golf cart. Again, when we told Julie that our family was two hours from arriving, she said I wish I could help you, but I can’t. Your options are to take an Uber or wait in the activity center in the lobby. So we proceeded to cut across the golf course with golf clubs and our bags to trek to our room. Luckily, when we made it to the golf club, we were able to compel someone to give us a ride. To add to our frustration, the gym was only open during business hours, and it was in the lobby. Which meant if we wanted to use it, we had to drive. Also, the only nice pool was at the golf club, so we would’ve had to drive to get there. Which meant the amenities were completely useless for us. The room was comfortable and the shower had nice water pressure. The pull out in the couch was nicer than most. Blackout curtains would have been nice. Needless to say we will never be back.

Never mind they had a minivan with the Holiday Inn logo on the side, and the fact that we saw housekeeping using a six person golf cart. Again, when we told Julie that our family was two hours from arriving, she said I wish I could help you, but I can’t. Your options are to take an Uber or wait in the activity center in the lobby. So we proceeded to cut across the golf course with golf clubs and our bags to trek to our room. Luckily, when we made it to the golf club, we were able to compel someone to give us a ride. To add to our frustration, the gym was only open during business hours, and it was in the lobby. Which meant if we wanted to use it, we had to drive. Also, the only nice pool was at the golf club, so we would’ve had to drive to get there. Which meant the amenities were completely useless for us. The room was comfortable and the shower had nice water pressure. The pull out in the couch was nicer than most. Blackout curtains would have been nice. Needless to say we will never be back.
