We stayed here for our birthday and everything was top notch. Friendly staff, GORGEOUS ROOM, views were insane from our room/terrace. Hotel was right in the middle of everything. Clean, stylish and chic. The front desk arranged easy parking, made reservations at the beach club and confirmed dinner reservations etc . All around 5 star service in an unbeatable Positano location. Will recommend to everyone we know and can’t wait to come back ASAP!

This was a real find in Positano: rooms are bigger and better than at Le Siranuse, breakfast was excellent, service was excellent, complimentary parking (if you drive a really small car) or paid secure parking just down the street. Very convenient. It's not in the "hottest spot" in Positano but the town is so small is small that everything is walkable...12-15 minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurant options along the way. My fiance and I spent 3 magical days there and can say nothing but good things!

Staff was super friendly and hotel was very nice with amazing views. Parking was also very easy, safe, and convenient and breakfast was great. However the room was overpowered with a floral scent. We removed all the flowers and left the doors open but the overpowering scent didn't clear until morning. It kind of ruined what would have otherwise been a fantastic stay.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at Villa Yiara in their King Terrace Suite with Sea View while on our 31st anniversary trip through the Amalfi Coast. The room was amazing…beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, with every amenity you could possibly imagine including a very large terrace with a queen size sun bed and a stunning view of the Mediterranean. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. What sets Villa Yiara apart from all the other similar 5 star top hotels we have stayed in is undoubtedly the wonderful owner of Villa Yiara, Imara, and her exemplary, dedicated staff who are so kind and 100% committed to providing exceptional service to every guest. ESTÉTICA Y LIMPIEZA. La habitación está INCREÍBLE!!!! La habitación es muy grande, súper limpia y muy cómoda. LA HABITACIÓN ES LO QUE PUEDES ESPERAR PARA UN VIAJE DE PAREJA. Flores, plantas, radiante y romántica. El desayuno es enorme, huevos, fruta, pan, quesos, jamones, café, jugos…. Todo en tu habitación. La entrada al hotel es poco atractiva y no luce, pero las habitaciones están muy buenas. IMPORTANTE: no uses las escaleras que te indica google maps, ve por la calle. Las escaleras son muy empinadas, la calle es más tranquila. SI LLEGAS EN FERRY puedes pagar para que te suban las maletas al hotel. SI LLEGAS EN BUS bája en el BAR INTERNACIONAL (una parada en lo más alto de positano) y baja por el camino o escaleras, no es tanto. SINO ERES CAPAS DE CAMINAR o no deseas hacerlo este hotel no es para ti. La realidad es que en Positano tienes que caminar en todos los hoteles. Puedes rentar moto o usar taxi, pero lo que todo el mundo hace es caminar.

I don’t know how you can improve on perfection! We were very pampered by the staff. Breakfast every morning on our terrace overlooking the sea.Our room was Gorgeous And close to shops and restaurants. We had beautiful orchids placed throughout our room..very well maintained and clean. The staff was always pleasant and beyond helpful! Loved it. Would return in a second!

The property was amazing! It was so clean, quiet and the view was serene. The breakfast brought to our room was delicious and had so many options. I told Imara I was gluten free and the breakfast had gluten free snacks brought to me. It was all perfect!

We had a great few days stopping at Villa Yiara. The staff were very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to help wherever possible. The room was presented very well and had fresh Lilly’s everywhere. The breakfast was massive, more than enough choice for 2 people and was served on our balcony overlooking the sea. They even made recommendations of good local cafes/restaurants and some even offered a small discount.

We were disappointed in our stay. The apartment smelled strongly of urine, despite efforts to mask it with a strong air freshener. The bed, which frame lies on the floor, is extremely hard. I received no directions for check out. When I contacted the owner 15 min. before the office opened, I was yelled at and told I should have told her the day before and that it was "stupid" of me. What? Totally bizarre and for this price, there are many better options.

All rooms have a stunning sea view, large chandelier, nice air conditioning, and the beautiful, blooming flowers along with the sea view make Villa Yiara attractive! We loved being served a big, delicious breakfast on our balcony! It was probably one of our favorite mornings ever! This staff here is so kind, welcoming, and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Their attention to detail and hospitality are above reproach! Highly recommend Villa Yiara in Positano!

Everything was PERFECT! Spent three nights here with my husband and we felt like king and queen. The staff treated us like a family- the breakfast spread was amazing, they cleaned our room everyday, the view of the room was magical. It is a 360 view of Positano! We will definitely come back in Positano and stay here at Villa Yiara again! If you are going to Positano, DO NOT HESITATE AND STOP BROWSING FOR MORE. BOOK VILLA YIARA NOW!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is situated relatively high up in the mountain with breathtaking views of the sea and other homes/businesses that are built into the side of the mountain. Office staff was attentive, spoke English. Once you check in the staff gives you a QR code for WhatsApp to initiate texting communication so make sure you download it if you don’t have it already. I found it easier to text them for minor things and they were they provided timely responses. It’s an older property but so is pretty much everything else at positano. You just need to reset your expectations if you generally stay at bigger newer and modern hotels. One thing I didn’t like so much was the lack of insulation. The doors and walls are kind of thin and you can hear what’s going on in the hallways. The TV has capability to cast your phones Netflix or YouTube. Overall the room is classy, well lit, and has a positive energy to it. The in room breakfast was absolutely amazing, on point, and excellent quality with many foods to choose from. I love this place and wouldn’t have any reservation recommending it. I did not use it but they also offer taxi service to NAP international or central station.

Positano is not for the weak of walking, if you can't or have large issues with walking this is not the place for you unless you have a Sherpa. That being said, Villa Yiara is fantastic, this was an anniversary trip for us so yes, we splurged and paid for the suite. The staff is so helpful. They have a list of restaurants to try and one of them even has a driver that will pick you up and return you to your hotel at no charge,, but tip the driver please. Our suite was fantastic and in the morning we had breakfast on the balcony over looking Positano to the water and shared our space with a local cat that just enjoyed the view with us until he moved on for the day. Positano is not for the weak of walking, if you can't or have large issues with walking this is not the place for you unless you have a Sherpa. That being said, Villa Yiara is fantastic, this was an anniversary trip for us so yes, we splurged and paid for the suite. The staff is so helpful. They have a list of restaurants to try and one of them even has a driver that will pick you up and return you to your hotel at no charge,, but tip the driver please. Our suite was fantastic and in the morning we had breakfast on the balcony over looking Positano to the water and shared our space with a local cat that just enjoyed the view with us until he moved on for the day. My husband and I were so amazed by the beautiful room! We stayed in the romantic double room, pleasantly surprised by a nicely sized king bed. We were here on our honeymoon and were also surprised with flower petals and prosecco in our room. The staff was so friendly. They had great suggestions on things to do and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Positano!!

Truly the most incredible service. They gave recommendations for food right when we got there and on our last day when the ferry was canceled assisted with helping me find other transportation. Best breakfast of my life. We were celebrating my 30th birthday and they brought me a candle!! The shower was the shower of my dreams. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed here for our birthday and everything was top notch. Friendly staff, GORGEOUS ROOM, views were insane from our room/terrace. Hotel was right in the middle of everything. Clean, stylish and chic. The front desk arranged easy parking, made reservations at the beach club and confirmed dinner reservations etc . All around 5 star service in an unbeatable Positano location. Will recommend to everyone we know and can’t wait to come back ASAP!

The staff at Villa Viara went above and beyond during our 4 night stay in Positano. They are a text away at any time and responded immediately to any questions we had. The property is lovely and the views are unbelievable. Our breakfast, delivered at our desired time, was not just a great beginning to our day but also delicious and plentiful!! It was nice being a short walk away from multiple restaurants yet also quiet and peaceful at night. We had no trouble sleeping. Their restaurant suggestions proved top notch and delicious, especially La Tagliata! Eat here!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is situated relatively high up in the mountain with breathtaking views of the sea and other homes/businesses that are built into the side of the mountain. Office staff was attentive, spoke English. Once you check in the staff gives you a QR code for WhatsApp to initiate texting communication so make sure you download it if you don’t have it already. I found it easier to text them for minor things and they were they provided timely responses. It’s an older property but so is pretty much everything else at positano. You just need to reset your expectations if you generally stay at bigger newer and modern hotels. One thing I didn’t like so much was the lack of insulation. The doors and walls are kind of thin and you can hear what’s going on in the hallways. The TV has capability to cast your phones Netflix or YouTube. Overall the room is classy, well lit, and has a positive energy to it. The in room breakfast was absolutely amazing, on point, and excellent quality with many foods to choose from. I love this place and wouldn’t have any reservation recommending it. I did not use it but they also offer taxi service to NAP international or central station.

The location is a bit farther from Positano's center, though we found this a benefit since we had more quiet and could still easily reach the beach in 10 minutes. Service was wonderful - the staff were able to help arrange a porter to get our luggage down to port within an hour, just in time for our ferry! We would gladly come again.

I loved our stay at villa Yiara ,we rent the apartment portion it was amazing with a beautiful balcony that has a stunning view .place was clean and stuff friendly .my only cons was the walking distance from the ferry landing wasn’t 10 minutes.it is at least 25 min walk on the main road up hill .certainly you can take the stairs ,it could be shorter but for us it was quiet a challenge with are suit case .Overall the place is amazing just be prepared to walk a lot and ideally try to arrange a transportation for ur first day with the bags .

This was a real find in Positano: rooms are bigger and better than at Le Siranuse, breakfast was excellent, service was excellent, complimentary parking (if you drive a really small car) or paid secure parking just down the street. Very convenient. It's not in the "hottest spot" in Positano but the town is so small is small that everything is walkable...12-15 minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurant options along the way. My fiance and I spent 3 magical days there and can say nothing but good things!

Our stay here in Positano was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with unparalleled hospitality and that only continued throughout the stay. The service was outstanding and the breakfast was above and beyond. The room also exceeded our expectations in every way with the beautiful view, interior, and cleanliness. The location is prime as it’s walking distance from lots of restaurants & the city center. Whenever we come back to Italy we will definitely be staying here again. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same if we hadn’t stayed here. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite hotels of all time. It seems like a well kept secret and is quiet and beautiful. It is high up on Positano so be prepared for many flights of stairs to and from the beach. There are wonderful restaurants and the hotel staff is so helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was amazing and loved having our patio with the most beautiful view. I highly recommend staying here!

The staff is amazing! They are incredibly helpful! Really enjoyed the evening they called for a shuttle to take us up higher to a wonderful restaurant, da Constantino! Also, we loved the private breakfast served each morning on our own balcony! It was so much food!!! The room is spacious and has plenty of personal touches like beautiful chandeliers and fresh flowers! Love this hotel and highly recommend it!

Positano is not for the weak of walking, if you can't or have large issues with walking this is not the place for you unless you have a Sherpa. That being said, Villa Yiara is fantastic, this was an anniversary trip for us so yes, we splurged and paid for the suite. The staff is so helpful. They have a list of restaurants to try and one of them even has a driver that will pick you up and return you to your hotel at no charge,, but tip the driver please. Our suite was fantastic and in the morning we had breakfast on the balcony over looking Positano to the water and shared our space with a local cat that just enjoyed the view with us until he moved on for the day. Do go eat at Da Vincenzo for lunch or dinner if you can get in. Say hello to Imara and Raul for us! Ciao! Ciao!
