Nice little property. Quaint little cabin we stayed in was nice for the price. Only issues were the TV sound didnt function the first night for some reason. The heater didnt work and the floor/carpet had sand or something all over which made walking on the floor unpleasant. Bed frame is extremely noisy and you can hear everything going on outside like others have mentioned. This is mainly due to how close everything is to each other. Area where you can bbq and sit out by the fire pits by the lake was awesome. Very relaxing in this area. Very close to everything in town. Overall me and the wife enjoyed our stay here.

Great little place. Right next to the lake with fire pits and seating. They have their own paddle boats and docks. Nice pool and bbq grills. 5 minutes away from the main town. Very clean place. Will definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful the cabin was clean and comfortable. The grounds and pool were well taken care of, very cute and quiet place to stay. I would stay again. Only issue we had was in trying to use the canoes.

parking is tight and heater stopped working in the middle of the night. BUT the fire pit and the lake behind is very nice. You can rent bike for free and there is pool. I would come back next time.

Very nice lodges in a quiet residential area. We were a little disappointed by the fact that the pool area has significant construction trash due to remodel, so easy to cover or keep up with throwing away trash.

THe outdoor areas were fantastic- loved the firepits and chairs. Also really enjoyed taking the canoes out on the lake.

great spot, five minutes away from the village and other attractions. loved the outdoor area that had grills, tables, fire pits all next to the lake. and staff responded quickly when we needed something. it was beautiful! thank you :)

Our room needed some maintenance. The faucet was constantly dripping or running. There were other groups there touring our stay. So it was a little noisier than our previous visits.

Our stay was cut short at Noon Lodge. As soon as we entered the cabin we saw how dirty the rooms were. There was a broken chair in the living room, towels were stinky, windows were dirty all around but the worst thing was the people staying close by. I took my kids with me who were celebrating their 6th birthdays. We woke up at 11pm hearing people partying outside of their property. I asked them nicely to keep it down but no one cared. They were drinking and partying like it is their own cabin. When you enter the property there are signs showing after 9pm everyone should keep it quiet but no one was monitoring anything. We had the check out a day early since the place was a nightmare. People partied till 2am. Will never go back...

We were very happy with the three bedroom cabin on the lake! It was perfect with two adult rooms and a kids room with three beds. Well equipped and comfortable. Cozy spot to chill and super quiet. Steps to the lake, three minute drive to town, 8 minute drive to the slopes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

If you have a large vehicle you wont fit in the parking lot. Bed has see its usage and needs to be replaced. Door had a small gap causing the cool air to coming in. Never saw any staff members so really cant rate them.

Overall was a nice stay and the cabin was comfortable. We stayed in Cabin #7. As others have noted pictures are a little misleading as the cabins are not standalone but have a shared wall. Checkin process was fairly easy but no host to check in. Also note that you must empty all the trash and take to dumpster yourselves. Also found the parking spaces to be a bit on the small side so can be difficult to get into/out of car. Also a personal preference but we found the mattresses to be extremely firm almost to the point of going out and buying padding to put on top. Overall nice cabin in big bear and the fire pits are a nice added touch.

The room was just as expected—comfortable and fine overall. That said, the walls are quite thin, and noise from the neighboring cabin made it hard to relax. Quiet hours weren’t really enforced either, with another cabin playing movies loudly late into the night. I called the property manager to complain—he answered promptly and was very apologetic and courteous, but no action seemed to be taken. The property itself is really charming with great outdoor spaces to enjoy. I’d consider staying again if the noise levels were better managed.

We stay one bedroom plus loft and the loft was nice but the room got really cold. It has 2 windows and it felt like it didn't close right. Shower was small. It wasn't bad but wasn't the best either.

The property is great. We did not have any human contact with owners, staff, housekeeping or others. The room was a bit sparce. I could not fing an ice machine or microwave. We have a large truck and parking for rooms 1-6 was challenging. We had to take out our trash and wash a drink ing glass (no dish soap in room). It felt more AirB&B.

Really cozy but still plenty of room (big kitchen and bathroom). Nice, quiet, well-maintained property. Really great water pressure for a cabin on a mountain! Check-in was super easy and we had a blast. I didn't want to leave.

There were 3 areas with fire pits and chairs. The fire pits were turned on every evening, and anyone could go out and sit and enjoy the fire. There were beautiful views of a finger of Big Bear Lake and a dock. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say could be improved is that there was a coffee maker, but the plug wasn't long enough to plug it in anywhere. Also, the wall heater was not easy to start, but my sister watched a YouTube video about how to do it and she figured it out! Check in was quick and easy. We loved our stay!

Was unable to travel on the intended day due to wildfires in LA that were getting close to our residence. Called Expedia prior to check-in to advise of situation and request refund or rebooking due to situation caused by the LA wildfires. Expedia was unable to get of the hotel 5 days to get a response. The Hotel ultimately refused the request because it was against their policy. In a time of chaos and destruction, it is a shame that this Hotel could not find the compassion to alter their policy, especially when I assume much of their business comes from the residents of LA county.

Located less than a 5 minute walk from the lake! Nice outdoor fireplace to unwind from the day and look up at the stars. Music is played by the walkways and fun play areas like cornhole and hopscotch. Did not utilize the bbq area or the pool since it was frozen. Only cons water pressure wasn’t the greatest and the oven/stove partially worked.

Great little place. Right next to the lake with fire pits and seating. They have their own paddle boats and docks. Nice pool and bbq grills. 5 minutes away from the main town. Very clean place. Will definitely return.

We were very happy with the three bedroom cabin on the lake! It was perfect with two adult rooms and a kids room with three beds. Well equipped and comfortable. Cozy spot to chill and super quiet. Steps to the lake, three minute drive to town, 8 minute drive to the slopes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Overall was a nice stay and the cabin was comfortable. We stayed in Cabin #7. As others have noted pictures are a little misleading as the cabins are not standalone but have a shared wall. Checkin process was fairly easy but no host to check in. Also note that you must empty all the trash and take to dumpster yourselves. Also found the parking spaces to be a bit on the small side so can be difficult to get into/out of car. Also a personal preference but we found the mattresses to be extremely firm almost to the point of going out and buying padding to put on top. Overall nice cabin in big bear and the fire pits are a nice added touch.

This property was less than a mile away from the village. So we just got an Uber out to dinner at the Oak Tree which is a fabulous restaurant. And then came back to our nice awesome cabin which is down by the bay. Easy access everything ran smoothly I would do again

This place was so fun! As others have said, the rooms were a little more "dated" than the pictures might have you believe. But it's Big Bear and you're staying in a cabin, not a fancy hotel. You kind of know what you're getting into when you get a cabin in Big Bear. To our pleasant surprise, we got a downstairs cabin facing the bay. Walking outside and seeing that view every day was awesome. The fire pits and grounds in general were really well-maintained. The staff is very hands-off. When you arrive, you pick up your key from the lobby by grabbing the envelope with your name on it. There's no one there to check you in, but the envelope has all the instructions you need. We saw a man turning on and off the fire pits every night, as well as doing other things on the grounds, but he was the only one. I'm sure he wouldn't have helped if we had an issue, but we didn't have any! The bathroom was very small, but the water pressure in the shower was great! The only complaint we had was that we thought we were getting a full-size fridge in our cabin and it was 1/3 the size of that. As vegans in Big Bear, there is almost no where for us to eat and we brought everything we needed to cook--- so that fridge was as packed as we could get it. Our water and drinks had to stay warm bc they couldn't fit. Other than that, we had an amazing time with our dog. She loved sniffing around and getting to lie on the bed with us. Overall a great place and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property with outstanding cabins!! I’d absolutely stay again, and actually look forward to doing so in the future. The only slight issue is that our cabin did not have an AC. I doubt this is a problem during most of the year, but we were there during a heat wave
