This property had everything to be excellent, it was clean, fully renovated and the front desk lady, Camilla, was wonderful. However, it should not be considered as having a breakfast included as you are given a 2-euro coupon per person per day as a discount against any purchase at a close by local bar where 2euros doesn’t even buy you a simple coffee. By the way, this property couldn’t even provide you with a box of cheap Kleenex/tissues. Lastly but most importantly, somehow even though our room was a basement unit and it was only March and cool outside, the room was extremely warm and the air conditioner unit wasn’t working, we couldn’t sleep for the 2 nights we stayed there.

Byliśmy gośćmi hotelu w połowie Stycznia. Nie oczekiwaliśmy cudów, bo szukaliśmy raczej w dolnym przedziale cenowym, ale ten hotel zaskoczył nas i okazał się znacznie przewyższać nasze oczekiwania. Lokalizacja jest wspaniała, strategiczna, pozwalająca odwiedzić 90% ważnych dla centrum Rzymu miejsc pieszo. Mieliśmy Roma Pass, ale mimo to z transportu publicznego skorzystaliśmy tylko dwukrotnie, ponieważ wszędzie jest bardzo blisko z hotelu. Meldunek przebiegł bez trudności, szybko i sprawnie. Tutaj warto wspomnieć, że Pani Camilla jest najuprzejmiejszą, najbardziej przyjazną i profesjonalną osobą, od jakiej przyszło nam odbierać pokój. Odpowiadała na każde, nawet najgłupsze pytania. Służyła radami, jak i gdzie najlepiej iść. Zawsze z uśmiechem i życzliwością. Pokój okazał się dobrze wyposażony. Czajnik, sejf, lodówka, telewizor, wszystko na swoim miejscu. Nie jest zbyt wielki, ale więcej niż wystarczający, na kilkudniowy City Break. Czysty, zadbany, z bardzo klimatycznym kamiennym sklepieniem. Bardzo również gorący, bez otwartego okna ciężko było wysiedzieć. W nocy cisza i spokój, mimo karetek i radiowozów jeżdżących w koło po okolicy. Polecam gorąco. Bart.

Geweldige locatie, direct achter de Engelen Burcht. Als je met de transferbus vanaf het vliegveld reist is het slechts 30 meter lopen van halte Vaticaanstad naar de accommodatie. Ontvangst door Camilla (host) is zeer vriendelijk. Accommodatie is voorzien van alle gemakken. Van koelkast tot haardroger en van verbandtrommel tot airconditioning. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Rome boeken wij zeker weer Rezidenza Adriana

Hotel com boa localização próximo ao centro de roma, mas em região tranquila, atendimento atencioso e gentil da Camila, são pontos fortes, unico detalhe que não me agradou muito é a luz que entra no quarto pela janela, pois tenho dificuldade e manter o sono com luminosidade, então uma sugestão seria uma cortina blackout, do restante tudo perfeito.

This is not a real hotel but a B&B in a step down from pavement level establishment. No external sign. Big park across the street and a bit challenging to find especially at night. The room was decent in size and the property manager worked hard to make sure me and wife were taken care off even in off hours. Walking distance to the Vatican. Recommend taxi or Uber to other tourist attractions or train station.

Très bien placé dans Rome dans un quartier très calme et très sécurisé (patrouilles de police partout). A 10 minutes à pied de la place St Pierre et 15 de la place Navone, l'emplacement est très bon. Le logement est très propre. Attention, si vos voisins de chambre sont bruyants ou peu Discrets, vous les entendrez malheureusement, car ce n'est pas trop insonorisé. Par contre aucun bruit de la rue. Propreté très satisfaisante, et échanges simples avec la propriétaire par WhatsApp. Un bémol, je pensais avec la description que le petit déjeuner était en chambre, mais en fait, il se fait en 2 parties. En chambre, vous avez possibilité de prendre une boisson chaude (avec la bouilloire), avec biscottes, confiture et gâteaux industriels ensachés et ensuite, à 400 M il y a un bistrot qui vous offre une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie (en échange d'un ticket fourni par la propriétaire de la chambre). Ce n'est pas très dérangeant mais ainsi vous n'aurez pas d'ambiguïté sur ce point. Clim et mini frigo !

The owner Camille was very helpful giving us directions days prior to our stay and even help us with booking with the attraction ticket and places to go. She was very accomodating and friendly which is big plus for me . The only thing is the wifi, it can’t reach in our room but otherwise it was a good stay and the room was cleaned all the time . I will highy recommend the place and will definitely come back . Thanks Camille

I had big problems sleeping, because og non existing sound isolation. You can hear your neighbours sneezing… There are no carpets at all, only the tiles. It means all the sounds amplified and it’s cold for your feet. Because it is semi-basement there’s not daylights enough. At the other hand it’s too light at night because of the lights from the street. Unfortunately there’s no blinds. The location is ok ( close to bus stops). There is no breakfast, but you get a 2 euro tickets for the cafe. There is a fridge and a teakettle at the room.

First, the owner/manager was fantastic. She was helpful in every way possible. We had issues with the WiFi in our room and she went out of her way to provide an alternate solution. Secondly, if I could offer any advice, it would be to invest a very small amount of money on the tv in the room. The tv on the wall was about the size of a laptop and was not a smart tv. Having a bigger tv with applications would have made the evening time experience more enjoyable. It’s the way that about every hotel we stay in operate. But for the positive side, the location of the hotel is top notch and extremely accessible to all the major sites. The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. There is unlimited dining options within easy walking distance. And as I stated, the manager made us feel like family and really valued our experience. It’s a hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic little Residenza, Camilla the host is lovely and extremely helpful, sorted out a taxi to the airport early hours of the morning for us. We were given a bottle of Prosecco and nibbles on our last night, jam, toast and cakes with kettle and coffee etc renewed every day, access to kitchen facilities, coupons to use at a cafe around the corner at any time of day. The room comfortable, clean and bathroom very modern. In a central location for all the sites, everything in walking distance.Would definitely recommend

Amazing hostess for local restaurants, transportation, etc. Really she made the stay in Rome so much easier. The units themselves felt upscale and very clean, lots of room and a comfy bed. We could hear voices through walls but it was not an issue for us. Felt like a great value.

Very clean and quiet. Carmilla was a doll and so helpful. She sent us links for restaurants and areas to go to also tried to help us get tickets to sites. The area was perfect for walking to all the sites, the Trevi, Spanish steps, and the Vatican was only blocks away! Highly recommend!!

Small hotel but rooms were plenty big. Spotless, comfortable beds, some lovely treats left each day. Great location, literally a 2 minute walk from airport shuttle bus. Metro about 10 mins walk away. Good selection of authentic Italian restaurants nearby. Only met one member of staff, and she is the main reason we would go back to this hotel. She was so pleasant and welcoming, and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. She came to our rescue when there was a problem on the metro line, which was above and beyond her duties. Delighted to have found this little gem in a lovely neighbourhood.

Great location that’s it! These apartments are so noisy. You can hear every noise from the cars going past to the continuous banging in the hallway from early hours. The dividing walls between the rooms might as well not be there. They’re like paper you can hear people snoring in every room. All night long! You can hear everything they say every movement they make it’s absolutely horrendous, you might as well all be sleeping in the same room as the other 4 rooms as that’s what it feels like. Me and my wife didn’t sleep for four nights in a row and have never experienced anything so bad. Camilla, the hostess is a lovely lady and we could not vote her the only highlight of this place

The best thing about the Bnb is the location so close to Castel Sant’Angelo and Vatican. The Prati neighbourhood offers a lot. It is a little outdated and does not offer on site breakfast but offers a coupon for a local bar which was good but a few blocks away, the room is a little gloomy and a window which is facing a brick wall with very old curtains. The host was very helpful and recommended the SiTA bus shuttle from airport for 9 euros and drop off is a few steps away from room. Overall good value for Rome and it’s location given the ridiculous prices of the Jubilee year.

Great host who kindly left snacks plus water in fridge for us. Feels very safe and secure and rooms very quiet despite busy location. Nice neighbourhood with restaurants shops and bus stop few minutes away. The owner kindly arranged our private transfer from the airport to hotel after liasing by email.Highly recommended and great value....a real little gem 👌

If you are thinking about staying at Residenza Adriana...DO NOT stay here or you will ruin your trip. We had booked 2 nights there for our first trip to Rome in September 2025 and the first night was horrible...the walls are so thin you could hear everything in the next room, hallway and lobby. We couldn't sleep that night so we had to leave to another hotel and owner would not refund our 2nd night even though we checked out early and told her about our problem. This hotel should be taken off Hotels.com's list in my opinion due to the fact that when you book a hotel to sleep at you should be able to sleep well.

We had booked 2 nights there for our first trip to Rome in September 2025 and the first night was horrible...the walls are so thin you could hear everything in the next room, hallway and lobby. We couldn't sleep that night so we had to leave to another hotel and owner would not refund our 2nd night even though we checked out early and told her about our problem. This hotel should be taken off Hotels.com's list in my opinion due to the fact that when you book a hotel to sleep at you should be able to sleep well.

Très bien placé dans Rome dans un quartier très calme et très sécurisé (patrouilles de police partout). A 10 minutes à pied de la place St Pierre et 15 de la place Navone, l'emplacement est très bon. Le logement est très propre. Attention, si vos voisins de chambre sont bruyants ou peu Discrets, vous les entendrez malheureusement, car ce n'est pas trop insonorisé. Par contre aucun bruit de la rue. Propreté très satisfaisante, et échanges simples avec la propriétaire par WhatsApp. Un bémol, je pensais avec la description que le petit déjeuner était en chambre, mais en fait, il se fait en 2 parties. En chambre, vous avez possibilité de prendre une boisson chaude (avec la bouilloire), avec biscottes, confiture et gâteaux industriels ensachés et ensuite, à 400 M il y a un bistrot qui vous offre une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie (en échange d'un ticket fourni par la propriétaire de la chambre). Ce n'est pas très dérangeant mais ainsi vous n'aurez pas d'ambiguïté sur ce point. Clim et mini frigo !

The owner Camille was very helpful giving us directions days prior to our stay and even help us with booking with the attraction ticket and places to go. She was very accomodating and friendly which is big plus for me . The only thing is the wifi, it can’t reach in our room but otherwise it was a good stay and the room was cleaned all the time . I will highy recommend the place and will definitely come back . Thanks Camille

I had big problems sleeping, because og non existing sound isolation. You can hear your neighbours sneezing… There are no carpets at all, only the tiles. It means all the sounds amplified and it’s cold for your feet. Because it is semi-basement there’s not daylights enough. At the other hand it’s too light at night because of the lights from the street. Unfortunately there’s no blinds. The location is ok ( close to bus stops). There is no breakfast, but you get a 2 euro tickets for the cafe. There is a fridge and a teakettle at the room.

Camilla & Manuel were very helpful especially after our flight was delayed & we arrived a day late. They helped to arrange a last minute ride to the cruise port when the trains went on strike. The Sit bus from FCO was cheap & easy with the B&B only steps away from drop off. Vatican, Castel & Adrian Square all 5 minute walk. Patheon, Trevi, Navona & Spanish steps all within walking distance 15-20 minutes. We will stay here again. Little breakfast cafe was perfect for cafe & cornetto. Recommendation of L'Hostaria d Cesar was a delicious & romantic spot to eat. Authentic & reasonably priced.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. However, the check-in was a little weird. No one was there. We were given a door code to let ourselves in and get the keys. We didn’t see anyone until the next morning. She was very sweet, and even helped us get a taxi scheduled. It would have been a little better if there were someone on site for assistance.

We had just completed a cruise and traveled by train to Rome city centre from the Civitavecchia port.The shuttle bus from the Civitavecchia port to the Civitavecchia train station was 6 euros per person and was very conveniently parked next to the cruise line transfer buses to the airport.It took about 60 min and cost less than 5 euros per person. Be careful when you arrive a the Civitavecchia train station, do not buy your ticket from the 2 tourist kiosks outside the station. Walk in the station and buy your ticket from the machine or the person behind the wicket. The taxi ride from the San Pietro train station in Rome to the hotel was 11 euros including the cost of the suitcases. The hotel is perfectly located: close to the Vatican, the Castle of San' Angelo, lots of restaurants and shops. When it is time to go home, the hotel is located within a 2-3 min walk to the SIT bus shuttle that brings you directly to the airport for a cost of 8 euros per person. The drive is about 45 minutes.

This is not a real hotel but a B&B in a step down from pavement level establishment. No external sign. Big park across the street and a bit challenging to find especially at night. The room was decent in size and the property manager worked hard to make sure me and wife were taken care off even in off hours. Walking distance to the Vatican. Recommend taxi or Uber to other tourist attractions or train station.

Lovely welcome, couldn't have been any more helpful - Thank you !! Great location as its walking distance from St Peters Square or to the Vatican Museum, and around 10 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. For a budget break to Rome, clean and functional and great service, you cant beat this.

This property had everything to be excellent, it was clean, fully renovated and the front desk lady, Camilla, was wonderful. However, it should not be considered as having a breakfast included as you are given a 2-euro coupon per person per day as a discount against any purchase at a close by local bar where 2euros doesn’t even buy you a simple coffee. By the way, this property couldn’t even provide you with a box of cheap Kleenex/tissues. Only criticism I have is that the pillows weren’t particularly soft, but otherwise great value for money for such a central location.

No geral a estádia foi boa. Pontos positivos: Boa localização, quarto limpo. Pontos negativos: Eles falam que tem café da manhã, mas não tem. Eles entregam um ticket que vale 1 croissant e 1 café em uma padaria ruim. Nunca tinha ninguém na recepção e o quarto fica em um subsolo.

Recommendation of L'Hostaria d Cesar was a delicious & romantic spot to eat. Authentic & reasonably priced.
Camilla & Manuel were very helpful especially after our flight was delayed & we arrived a day late. They helped to arrange a last minute ride to the cruise port when the trains went on strike. The Sit bus from FCO was cheap & easy with the B&B only steps away from drop off. Vatican, Castel & Adrian Square all 5 minute walk. Fantastic little Residenza, Camilla the host is lovely and extremely helpful, sorted out a taxi to the airport early hours of the morning for us. We were given a bottle of Prosecco and nibbles on our last night, jam, toast and cakes with kettle and coffee etc renewed every day, access to kitchen facilities, coupons to use at a cafe around the corner at any time of day. The room comfortable, clean and bathroom very modern. In a central location for all the sites, everything in walking distance.Would definitely recommend

Great place. Lovely host. , Perfect location. Only challenge was the local cafe breakfast wasn't gluten free, but i did find a local one that did cater for me on the main square.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property & the helpfulness of the staff. It was a little more difficult to find than anticipated as the street takes a 90 degree turn & the property does not have an exterior sign, just writing on a door that looked more like a window as you step down into it. Streets are not clearly marked, but that's a Rome issue, not the hotel's responsibility.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest, the showerhead had mold, we had to touch up quite a bit of things with disinfectant wipes to feel comfortable enough to lay out our items. The AC even started leaking quite a bit of water at a point. Camila was very nice & super helpful. Had we stayed longer we would have addressed these concerns & I’m sure she would have gotten them addressed. She answered every question we had into detail. I’m sure the cleanliness might have been just a little hiccup, other than that it was a good stay.

Wonderful location near Vatican City? Walkable to many attractions in Rome. The room was nice and clean. Staff at check in was very friendly and always responsive.
