This property has a number of amazing apartments. The parking in the garage on the bottom floor is safe and awesome. Location was OK. You could walk to the beach. I wouldn’t say the beach here is that great we had to Taxi to the old town, so Location could be better but for the price this beats the others.

Parking was very convenient, void of useless Valets, you park yourself in the basement, and come upstairs in the elevator. That simple. They have cameras at the entrance, and the exit, so all you have to do, is push the call button, and the gates open. I loved the system, very easy and convenient

J’aime beaucoup l’hôtel Guadalpin. Il bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, très pratique, avec la possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue, ce qui est un vrai plus à Marbella. La piscine est grande et agréable, parfaite pour se détendre. Le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et toujours disponible. Une adresse où je reviens avec plaisir !

Upon arrival, a €400 deposit was reserved. At checkout, I inquired about the refund and was told that the deposit had already been released. However, once I got home, I noticed a significant charge on my account for items supposedly taken from the minibar. I requested a receipt, as the amount didn’t match what we had actually consumed. It took several emails before I finally received the receipt, only to find we had been charged for items like vapes and candy that we never purchased. When I raised this issue, the hotel staff simply referred to the list from the cleaning personnel, and no refund was offered. It is unacceptable that charges were made before giving the guest a chance to verify the expenses. The main reason we chose this hotel was the pool, for my children’s enjoyment. At check-in, we were informed that the pool would close on the last day of our stay, but it was shut down after only two days. When I tried to book the jacuzzi on our terrace as an alternative, I was told it was also out of order. Although the restaurant staff were friendly, the overall service and treatment we received were far below expectations. We paid a substantial amount for facilities we couldn’t use and were even charged for items we didn’t buy.

This property has the potential to be amazing. Location good, pool great size, comfortable loungers, staff helpful and friendly. 2 bed penthouse was a super size for 2 adults & 2 kids. However swim up pool bar not in use, Gigi’s only serves breakfast & lunch. Cannot get Food & drinks in evening time.

The one bedroom studio with kitchen was excellent for breakfast and making tea. At this time of year the option of having breakfast in the complex was not available until March. The studio was cleaned every day and towels changed on request. The location was great. Would stay there again.

Family friendly,The rooms was clean and big with bathroom on both rooms.The staff was very friendly and helpful.Big and spacious balcony .The only thing I was a bit worried about was the deposit that they ask for when checking in,but I was glad that they put it back to my account quickly.aside from that we have a great stay .

Relación calidad/precio imbatible, los apartamentos son de gran tamaño, muy espaciosos y con terraza agradable con vistas al mar, aunque los baños están algo anticuados. Ubicación no muy céntrica pero buena, a 15-20 min a pie del casco antiguo de Marbella y unos 10 min (en coche) de Puerto Banús, pero a 10-15min andando de la playa. Un aspecto que podría mejorar, durante nuestra estancia notamos que no se realizó la limpieza de la habitación.

Sillas que literalmente se desmoronan La primera decepción llegó cuando intentamos sentarnos en una silla que, para nuestra sorpresa, se desarmó completamente. Parecía que este mueble había pasado sus mejores días hace mucho tiempo. Nos preguntamos seriamente si era seguro utilizar el resto del mobiliario. ¿Jacuzzi o jardín? Una de las principales razones por las que elegimos esta suite fue la prometida jacuzzi. Sin embargo, en lugar de un relajante baño de burbujas, encontramos una tina transformada en un macetero. ¡Lleno de plantas y tierra, pero ni una gota de agua! Esto no solo era poco práctico, sino francamente absurdo. Una puerta del balcón a punto de caer La puerta que daba al balcón era un desastre. I did not like the accomodation at all. The rooms and facilities are so dated and so not worth the amount of money we have paid. They ask €600 for the deposit, they should be ashamed! Lots of broken things in the room, bathroom with mold and doors can’t be locked or have no locks! Tv did not work and we have been 11 days in the appartement. The shower heads were leaking. Everything was so Old and we did not enjoy the stay at all.

Fikk en dårlig leilighet med veiarbeid rett på utsiden. Bråk 24/7. Sengen var bra men putene var forferdelige. Renhold var bra. Møblene i leiligheten var forferdelig stygge, gamle, og utslitte. Ikke bra!

Everything was good given this is not a hotel. But the cleaning team doing the daily cleaning were not as good as we expected. I would like to emphis tht some of the reception staff were brilliant and very helpful indeed.

Guadalpin Suites is reliable and reasonable value. The suites are owned by individuals, so specification and fit out are variable as are prices. The common areas have seen some refurb since we were here last and benefit greatly from it. Suite owners might be encouraged to follow suit. Staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Adam, though everyone we encountered were good humoured. We enjoyed our stay.

Står som ”hotell” men det är typ en andelslägenhet som man betalar för och de tar 400 euro i deposition som jag inte får tillbaka. Poolområdet är underbart men frukosten som vi förbeställde var inte ” ta vad du vill i den mängd du vill”. Inte ens en grönsak framlagd och servicepersonalen behöver lära sig vad” service” innebär. Inget socialt liv utan verkligen som andelslägenhetskomplex.alldeles för dyrt för det man fick för pengarna för 4 personer

Our stay was amazing. The staff are curtious and friendly. The apartment is so central, within walking distance to the beach, old town and groceries. GIGI's restaurant is great for lunch and drinks. The pool is big and very clean. The place could do with a few more sunbeds and canopies. Overall 5 star.
