Fox Connaught London ExCel

Pas déçue de l'établissement. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel à l'écoute. Cadre agréable si on aime le côté pub british.Locaux un peu vétuste malgré tout. Problème de plomberie dans les 2 chambres (eau froide pendant 2 jours) mais personnel réactif. Parking à disposition très appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner inclus devrait être revu. Toasts au bacon ou toasts avec oeuf, peut-être proposer les 2 ! Station de métro et bus à 2 mn à pied et très bien desservie. Petit bémol concernant l'aéroport qui est juste à côté, mais pas de vols la nuit. Donc pas gênant si on ne rentre pas de la journée. Je garde l'adresse ! P.s.: présence de pièges à rongeurs dans tout l'établissement, mais pas de rencontre durant non séjour de 5 nuits

Loved staying here!

Very clean and spacious room, The staff were very helpful and friendly. Only a 10 minute walk to the DLR line, Which takes you straight into the centre of London. I would highly recommend the hotel for any stay in London. The food served in the bar was also delicious and very reasonable priced compared to most London.

Amazing stay helpful staff ! All lovely. Had food too was good and breakfast. We had everything we needed no complaints ☺️☺️ will use again as was perfect location 🙂🙂

Most disgusting rooms I have ever encountered in 20 years of staying in hotels!! So disgusting I refused to expect my sales team to stay for another night!! We booked another hotel and I am still waiting on my refund...promised 10 days ago!! Disgusting in every sense...toilets that did not flush..bedroom furniture that had not been cleaned in months! Heaters that didnt work. An agreement from the business that the rooms were sub-standard and a full refund would be applied!! No refund has been sent.
