Great location between the Circus and teh Royal Crescent. This is a period town house so expect stairs and odd room shapes. Fitting, whilst clean, were worn. Getting took a big of figuring out. Had to access a key safe to get in, not helped by there being two key safes with the same number. Take a torch.

We had a wonderful stay at Brocks Guest House. The room is lovely decorated and the check-in is also convenient (but you may need to get in touch with them in advance to get the safe code to get keys). The hotel manager is very accommodating and hepful: I don't have enough time to pack up but they gave me an extra 30 minutes to check out, which is very helpful. The only thing is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator while we have three suitcases and stay on the top floor, which took a lot of efforts to bring the suitcases up to our room. That said, the house owner was very kind and helped us to take the luggage when we checked out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you'd like a lovely place to stay in Bath!

A really nice place to stay in Bath. It's a great location between the Royal Crescent and The Circus. The room was spacious with a sofa and table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable and the welcome was friendly. I really liked the Sash windows. I will definitely stay here again. The only downsides are the shower isn't very powerful, the towels could be thicker and the lounge with fireplace and honesty bar is permanently shut. Which I would have liked to have used . Maybe take the lounge facilities off your website? But it's still a really nice place to stay.

Staff were great when we saw them. Unstaffed most of our stay. I hadn't realized no breakfast served so had to find a place locally but it didn't open till 9. Brock's parking is very challenging as it's a long walk away. So loading car was a hassle. Room was comfortable and clean. Circus restaurant next door was great!

Room was clean and well designed. There was a nice touch of rustic feeling throughout the property. Check-in was quick and straightforward. Be wary that there is no lift and being on the top floor will require you to go through several narrow staircases.

Lovely guest house. Family room was right at the top of the house which was fine for us but would be a challenge for those who maybe less able. Perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of bedding, toiletries provided and ample tea/coffee/biscuits. The beds were the comfiest we’ve stayed in!

We had a lovely one night stay at Brock House. The check in and out was easy, our room was clean and comfortable, with ample selection of teas, coffees etc and 2 bottles of water. Bath is a beautiful and interesting city. We enjoulyed visiting the famous Baths, The Holburne Museum, The Abbey Deli, the pretty cafe featured as a shop in Bridgerton. We also enjoyed walks along the river and browsing in the many interesting shops in the town, and visiting the Ladybird Book Artists exhibition at the Victoria Art Gallery. We will definitely visit Bath again and stay at the Brock next time too.

Clean room and bathroom, gorgeous decor fitting to it being a typical Bath Georgian Mansion. Very central but accessible by car as on edge of pedestrian zone. Really pretty street and surroundings. I will be back.

Brocks guest house was in a beautiful location in The Circus area, just a short walk from centre of Bath. We had easy check in instructions and extra bonus of recommendations of where to go for food when eating out. Room was clean and comfortable with well needed tea coffee making facilities with added extras such as biscuits and hot chocolate. Room was spotless with toiletries provided snd bed was one of the comfiest I ever slept in. Thank you for a wonderful stay😃👍

Perfect location and comfortable beds. A good sized room where the 4 of us did not feel cramped. A 2 minute walk to The Crescent and it's park and about the same for The Assembly Rooms. It's about 20 minutes walk to the Roman Baths and Pump Room. We were cramming Bath in 1 day, and this location was perfect for us.

Such a lovely hotel, I stayed in 2 different rooms because I had to extend my trip. Room 4 was so cute, quiet & beautiful view. Room 3 was really nice too, just a bit more noise from the street. I would have loved a fridge being there for 5 days, but I would definitely stay there again! Great location & nice staff. Highly recommend! 🙏❤️

Stunning period property with great decor near the Royal Crescent. Affordable price. Not a typical guest house experience in that you do not meet the host. On arrival, we went to open the key lock box with our specific room number. We found the lock box already open with no key inside. Soon after, we rang the door bell and a guest of the property presented us with the keys, after accessing the lock box and taking the room keys into the property. Aside a very good stay.

Didn’t meet any staff but they communicated well with information on late check in. Hotel is located in historic area. Did have to uber to and from the main shop and sightseeing locations since the hotel is up a steep hill. Only walkable from train station without luggage. Room was quaint but smelled bad despite being clean.

Excellent location just steps away from the Royal Crescent and Circus. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Check in and check out very straight forward and polite easy going host. Paid parking close by in Charlotte street. Would certainly return. Many thanks

Great location between the Circus and teh Royal Crescent. This is a period town house so expect stairs and odd room shapes. Fitting, whilst clean, were worn. Getting took a big of figuring out. Had to access a key safe to get in, not helped by there being two key safes with the same number. Take a torch.

Clean room and bathroom, gorgeous decor fitting to it being a typical Bath Georgian Mansion. Very central but accessible by car as on edge of pedestrian zone. Really pretty street and surroundings. I will be back.

Perfect location and comfortable beds. A good sized room where the 4 of us did not feel cramped. A 2 minute walk to The Crescent and it's park and about the same for The Assembly Rooms. It's about 20 minutes walk to the Roman Baths and Pump Room. We were cramming Bath in 1 day, and this location was perfect for us.

This was a short 15 min walk from the train station. They communicated multiple times so we could locate our key on arrival.

A really nice place to stay in Bath. It's a great location between the Royal Crescent and The Circus. The room was spacious with a sofa and table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable and the welcome was friendly. I really liked the Sash windows. I will definitely stay here again. The only downsides are the shower isn't very powerful, the towels could be thicker and the lounge with fireplace and honesty bar is permanently shut. Which I would have liked to have used . Maybe take the lounge facilities off your website? But it's still a really nice place to stay.

Brocks guest house was in a beautiful location in The Circus area, just a short walk from centre of Bath. We had easy check in instructions and extra bonus of recommendations of where to go for food when eating out. Room was clean and comfortable with well needed tea coffee making facilities with added extras such as biscuits and hot chocolate. Room was spotless with toiletries provided snd bed was one of the comfiest I ever slept in. Thank you for a wonderful stay😃👍

Staff were great when we saw them. Unstaffed most of our stay. I hadn't realized no breakfast served so had to find a place locally but it didn't open till 9. Brock's parking is very challenging as it's a long walk away. So loading car was a hassle. Room was comfortable and clean. Circus restaurant next door was great!

The room was well furnished and clean. Getting access to keys was easy. The bed was comfortable and coffee making facilities were in the room. Wpuld definitely book here again. Fantatic location close to the Victoria Park, Royal Crecent and City Centre. The information file in the room is also useful to vistors to Bath. Lots of tourist tips as well as recomedations for places to eat.

This is an old building, not air-conditioned, no lift and mini fridge. Our room was on the top floor. It is really hot during summer. Room is small for 3-4 people. It is a place just for stay overnight.

The apartment was very well located to all the attractions of the city as well as numerous bars and restaurants. We had a great time in Bath and would stay here again.
