So now I'm doing their job for them while they point to what I have to do on the screen. Just go back to the old way of you doing your job and I'll be the customer. Of fix your technology so a child can use it.

駅直結のホテルで、エントランスもキレイでわかりやすく、移動にも便利でした。バスタブはありませんが、真上にシャワー、椅子があるので、座って浴びれるので快適でした。マッサージ機能があるチェアーもよく使わせていただきました。自動チェックイン機は、スタッフの方が常駐されてて、不安なくチェックインできました。ベトナム料理の朝食も美味しくて大満足です。

新大阪駅から直結だし、ティックイン前・アウト後どちらも荷物預かりしてくれるのも助かりました。ホテルのサイトを検索すれば直結で行く方法もすごくわかりやすかったです。お風呂とトイレがベッドから見えると心配していましたが、カーテンのようなものがついていたのでそこも大丈夫でした！また大阪に行く時も利用したいと思っています。スタッフの方もフロント行くとすぐ声をかけてくださいました！

当日チェックインの際に、チェックイン機がシステムダウンしてしまい、なかなかチェックインできないというアクシデントがありました。宿泊予約客の中には文句を言っている方もいましたが、ホテルスタッフの方々に誠意ある対応をしていただいたので、個人的には特に不満・不便はありませんでした。また泊まってみたいと思っています。

This is probably the smallest hotel room I've been in in my life! And why they feel the need to cram a massive gaming chair in there is beyond me; I'd rather have the space. But it is extremely convenient - literally in the train station. And reasonably priced. So still a solid stay if you don't need much room. Probably great for solo travelers.

The location is so ideal I don't think I will ever stay in another hotel anymore. The only down side is the room is way too small, plus after adding in massage chair etc etc, really not much space to move around for even just 2 persons.

Nice little hotel. Very convenient. But the room is the smallest I’ve ever been.. Basically, you open the door, 4 steps away is the bed. No hallway space. It’s fine with just one person, maybe. 2 people is a bit crowed. But other than that it’s a great hotel. The shower was nice too.

Super convenient hotel, helpful staff, excellent amenities. If you plan on getting to Osaka by Shinkansen and wish to leave at a very early/late time, this is the perfect property. It is directly connected to the train station so reaching it is a breeze by bus, high speed train, local train, or subway. Do note that early morning Shinkansen access requires a short trip around the exterior property to access unlocked station doors, but it is a minor matter. Some rooms have an excellent view of the trains below: perfect for railfans. One design that may be an issue for some is the bathroom window configuration. At least in my room, the toilet and shower were between the bedroom and outside windows, with windows looking into the bathroom to allow light into the bedroom. There are curtains that can be pulled down to cover the bathroom, but there are slight gaps at the sides. This shouldn't be a problem for a family or couples, but may be uncomfortable if you're traveling with someone you're not so familiar with. Perhaps not all rooms are designed this way, but ask if it is a concern. Overall, an excellent location I'd gladly stay at again!

First the good thing about the hotel. The bath and shower were fantastic. Fridge was good and they had a fridge. The bad things were : No chair or desk for business men and travelers, a useless massage chair that took up space , very dark room with only can lights and no space to relax.

Perfect room for a one night stay in Osaka. The room was very small but as we just had one suitcase this was fine. Great view from the room and very convenient being right on top of shin Osaka station! Slept well as room was very dark. My only complaint would be that the lighting in the room is so minimal that it’s hard to see what you’re doing when you’re not sleeping.

Incredible location, directly attached to the train station, right next to the shinkansen gates. Rooms were incredibly small though, with like a foot of space around the beds. The shower was nice and the room had a couple of massage cushions which we enjoyed.

The best thing about this hotel is the ‘rain’ shower by far. Good water pressure and perfect after a long day exploring. The next best thing is the location connected to the Shin-Osaka station which is where you get the Bullet train (Shinkansen) as well as some local trains. It’s a great base for doing day trips so you don’t have to carry all your stuff around. I did day trips to Kyoto (take the JR Special Rapid train). This station also has the Osaka Metro Midosuji line which takes you south through Umeda and to the Namba and Tenoji areas. There is not much surrounding the station but lots of good food options inside the train station. The hotel is also on the domestic airport flight path but I couldn’t hear any noise from inside the room. The rooms are modern and clean. I couldn’t get my air conditioner to work so it was an uncomfortable first night sleep but the next day I asked the room attendants and she got it working with a couple button pushes. The only down side was they need shelves or a small bench or table near the front door to put your bags as I had to lay all my items on the floor. Everyone was very friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

新幹線の新大阪駅と地下鉄御堂筋線梅田駅に直結しているので移動がラクなのとチェックアウトが12時だったりするので、ゆとりをもって過ごせるし、飲食店やコンビニも近くに沢山あるので困る事が無く快適に過ごせます

新幹線利用の為、新大阪を拠点に大阪観光が出来て、とても良かったです。荷物も帰りまで預かっていただいたので身軽にお土産の購入も出来ました。朝食は、和定食とエスニック料理からの選択でしたが、バインミーのセットを選びました。めちゃくちゃ美味しくて、大満足でした。

We stayed 2 nights at the REMM hotel and there were good things and not so good. The good, it is in the actual station, no need to walk outside. You will need to follow directions to the North Exit and you will see the sign for the REMM hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room came with a massage chair. The shinkansen entrance is very close, the JR station is a little bit farther. The Hankyu station is close by, you will need to walk out the station. Ok: We opted to pay extra for the breakfast but we got a voucher for a restaurant next the hotel (still inside the station) You have a choice of a wester breakfast or a Japanese breakfast. Not so good: We payed about 85.00 for a postage stamp room. The room was really small, you have about two feet around the bed. The shower and bathroom have a glass wall, in other words you see your spouse showering or going to the bathroom unless you close the blinds. Regarding the glass wall, it is really and ingenious way to make the room feel larger plus you get the natural light coming from the windows on the opposite side of the bathroom. Our room was missing the waste basket (or maybe it was hidden somewhere) Summary: It is a very convenient hotel if you don't mind the small room and the glass wall. I would stay here again in the future just for the convenience.
