The owner and staff were so very friendly and accommodating to us! We arrived with the plan of going into the city and John offered to take our luggage to the inn for us so we could catch a train rather than pay for his shuttle to take us to the inn only to bring us back to catch the train at the airport station. The room was small but lovely, clean an d the bed was comfy! I loved that the place was so close to gatwick airport. I also liked that there were usb ports in the room so we didn’t have to worry about universal plug adapters. There was a fan in our room as it was especially warm the evening we stayed. The full and continental breakfasts were scrumptious and the backyard terrace was quaint. Things do shut down however after 10 ish and there aren’t any stores nearby so you would need to plan ahead if you wanted something to snack on in the common room in the evening. Having said that, the common room had a fridge with access to glasses and water. There is also a lovely footpath only a few minutes away from the inn that I would have explored further had I known it was there. All in all, it was a very warm hospitable experience staying at this inn! Thank you John and Leda and I can’t recall the name of the young lady who shuttled us back to the airport but thank you too!

Very friendly and relaxing stay. Lovely clean room with access to the sunny patio area. One side of the bed was sunken on the mattress but I found it very comfortable! Good en suite with soap and shower gel. Take shampoo and conditioner if you need it. Would happily stay again

This small, homely B&B was absolutely wonderful. They are so attentive to your needs you feel like a VIP. Check in was a breeze and they immediately offered us tea and showed us to the room (which was clean and comfortable). They also offer airport transfers for £15 per trip (not per person), and are very flexible with times as it's only a 10 minute drive. They even offer breakfast and were kind enough to make ti vegan. 10/10 experience.

Overnight stay just to get to the airport in the morning. John was very nice and gracious host..offered us tea and chatted with us a bit. Beautiful backyard and a lovely dog “Bella”..Jon also phoned the taxi for us. The room however had a smell from the bathroom..we had to ensure that the bathroom door was shut completely or the smell was Permeating into the room. The standing fan also helped with the smell. The carpets are sticky.

Our overnight stay at Oakhurst Gatwick was wonderful. The owner went beyond the posted shuttle times to pick us up at the airport (We were delayed arriving and grateful that he did this.) This B&B is a charming cottage. The full breakfast is well worth the money. Our room for 3 had comfortable beds and clean bedding. There was a double, a twin, and a bunkbed so we had our choice of beds. The room was welcoming, large and spotlessly clean. One of us had lived in San Francisco for years and liked the photo of the SF skyline hanging on the wall. There was also a photo of Australia. The host and staff were friendly and genuine. Even though our stay was very short we felt we had made friends. It felt like home. If we’re in Gatwick again we would stay there for sure.

Damp smell in room and mould on walls, electric shower very noisy when in use (room 2). Decided to put down to bad experience and booked Premier Inn at Gatwick Nth Terminal on Laterooms for £71, called an Uber and left.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable — everything was very clean and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The only minor downside was that our room was located on the first floor, close to the lounge and kitchen area, which made the mornings a bit noisy. Had we known, we might have chosen a room on the second floor for more quiet. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone around Gatwick airport etc.

Great little B&B. We stayed for one night after arriving at Gatwick. The resort is quiet. There a a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the family room, it was quite large with a double bed, single bed and bunk beds. We had a early start so were not able to try the breakfast.

Comfortable, convenient, and the staff was so generous and accommodating. Its location so close to Gatwick made it easy to get in and out. We stayed in the family room with a single, double and bunk beds and en suite bathroom. Just what we needed after a lengthy trip.

Really good stay, initially promptly greeted at the front door. Then offered a coffee which was really welcome after the long drive. I was then taken to the room which had recently been refurbished. Great TV and en-suite with plenty of hot water. Kettle, Coffe & tea in room.

Our overnight stay at Oakhurst Gatwick was wonderful. The owner went beyond the posted shuttle times to pick us up at the airport (We were delayed arriving and grateful that he did this.) This B&B is a charming cottage. The full breakfast is well worth the money. Our room for 3 had comfortable beds and clean bedding. There was a double, a twin, and a bunkbed so we had our choice of beds. The room was welcoming, large and spotlessly clean. One of us had lived in San Francisco for years and liked the photo of the SF skyline hanging on the wall. There was also a photo of Australia. The host and staff were friendly and genuine. Even though our stay was very short we felt we had made friends. It felt like home. If we’re in Gatwick again we would stay there for sure.

A very warm welcome and friendly staff. Close to the airport. Excellent full english breakfast and good coffee. There is some noise with comings and goings and airplanes overhead if the window is open, but if you're a deep sleeper, it's fine!

Property is close to airport only 7 minutes and even though shuttle wasn’t available through booking since Thursday & Friday it is unavailable, BOLT App sent a driver within 5 minutes. Easy peezy. The property is convenient and Parson’s Pig Restaurant was legit especially because there were vegan options. The dessert was certainly the highlight. This is also only 5 minutes away from property. Good and quick stay, this is your place.

The owner and staff were so very friendly and accommodating to us! We arrived with the plan of going into the city and John offered to take our luggage to the inn for us so we could catch a train rather than pay for his shuttle to take us to the inn only to bring us back to catch the train at the airport station. The room was small but lovely, clean an d the bed was comfy! I loved that the place was so close to gatwick airport. I also liked that there were usb ports in the room so we didn’t have to worry about universal plug adapters. There was a fan in our room as it was especially warm the evening we stayed. The full and continental breakfasts were scrumptious and the backyard terrace was quaint. Things do shut down however after 10 ish and there aren’t any stores nearby so you would need to plan ahead if you wanted something to snack on in the common room in the evening. Having said that, the common room had a fridge with access to glasses and water. There is also a lovely footpath only a few minutes away from the inn that I would have explored further had I known it was there. All in all, it was a very warm hospitable experience staying at this inn! Thank you John and Leda and I can’t recall the name of the young lady who shuttled us back to the airport but thank you too!

This small, homely B&B was absolutely wonderful. They are so attentive to your needs you feel like a VIP. Check in was a breeze and they immediately offered us tea and showed us to the room (which was clean and comfortable). They also offer airport transfers for £15 per trip (not per person), and are very flexible with times as it's only a 10 minute drive. They even offer breakfast and were kind enough to make ti vegan. 10/10 experience.

We stayed just one night as we were just waiting for a connecting flight. This accommodation also offers shuttle service to and from the airport. We found this to be great. The bedroom we stayed in was excellent. It was very clean and well organized. On the downside, there is no AC, which resulted in the place becoming too warm. The outside back deck is large but could use some cleaning. Overall, it suited our purpose as a layover for one night.

We had a great stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the airport shuttle was extremely convenient. The location is also ideal, being so close to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience!! The staff was all beyond nice. The airport pickup and dropoff was super convenient. Our family of 5 (3 teens) was very comfortable in the family room. I appreciated that they had USB and USB-C outlets as well as regular outlets. The breakfast was superb - the best we had on our whole trip! We walked to the nearby pub (.4 miles) for dinner and the food was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again. The one thing that made me hesitate about booking here was no a/c, but we visited during a heat wave and with the open windows and the fan we were still more than comfortable at night. Highly recommend!!
