High Street Kensington Apartments

O apartamento em geral é bom, mas deixa desejar com itens de cozinha. Aluguei porque tenho restricoes alimentar. A cozinha tem falta de muitos itens.Por exemplo nao tinha pano de prato, tabua de cortar,so tinha duas panelas. A cozinha deixa a desejar. Forneceram somente toalha de banho. Faltou uma de mão e no piso nao tinha nada. No mais é bem localuzado com tudo que vc precisa nas proximidades. Estação de metro e ponto de ônibus bem próximo.

The one star is for the location. The place doesn’t look at all the main photos on hotels.com. I immediately called the reception and told them that the double bed was way too small for two adults. The receptionist proposed bringing more pillows and sheets and I also ask for an extra pull out bed or a mattress. None of that arrived. My husband slept on some pillows with a towel. I called the next day and asked for the same things and also an iron as the one in the room was dirty and ruined my shirt. None of that arrived either. Such negligent, uncaring service. Not worth this price.

Great location however the space was quite small. We had to put all of our luggage in the living room. The bidet hose was leaking and water puddled around the sink and toilet area. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

The location of this place was amazing. However it was hard to find value to what the reality of the apartment was. We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to meet us at check-in despite calling 30 mins before we arrived as instructed. Then the place was still in the process of being cleaned so we dropping off our luggage and walked around. The apartment is in need of some basic maintenence items (drawer in bathroom wont stay closed, sink and showers clog up). The pictures portrayed are probably at least 5 years old and taken right when the updates were done which was disappointing for the price we paid.

Room was spacious, and clean. Staff was helpful.
