Wonderful hotel! Nicely decorated, spacious rooms. Great staff. Loved the roof top pool. Perfect location - away from the crowds and loud noice, but only minutes walking distance to the beach, shops, taxi's, bus stop, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, incredible location close to the action but far enough away to be quiet at night. Just a block off the beach. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We would love to stay here again. Amazing rooftop pool.

Ximena Boutique Hotel is perfectly located in the north end of town. Literally, a five minute walk from everything but much quieter. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Rooms are equipped with nice linens, towels, robes, and a mini fridge. There is coffee and a microwave on each floor. Beds are very comfortable, and the balconies are a bonus. There is also an amazing rooftop pool and bar which was a perfect place to spend downtime. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all good. They were very helpful. Rene was great. He was always willing to answer questions or help in any way. He arranged a golf cart rental for us and had it delivered to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone.

We wanted to mix luxury resorts in Puerta Vallarta with a bit more relaxed vibes in Sayulita. Not only through a day visit but for a few nights. Based on good reviews and a nice price offer from Hotels.com we opted for Ximena. It lived up to all expectations. Good location on walking distance from the beaches. Very nice staff and with good command of English. Clean and modern rooms with good AC and a little fridge. Roof top pool is not big but not the smallest we’ve seen either. We were almost the only guests using it and then the size was no issue at all. Towels provided for the pool. And a big plus, towels for the beach was also provided by the hotel!! No meal service at the hotel, but no problem to find breakfast close by. If looking for good morning cappuccino there is a nice place a few blocks down the road, same side as the hotel across from the big sports bar and next to the veterinary. We mixed very relaxed dinners on no name places with a more fancy option at Don Pedros, well worth a few extra pesos. Uber from the airport to Ximena cost us MXP 890. No problem to find uber for the return to PV.

Pasamos.una tarde muy agradable en su terraza y alberca me permiten comer unos snacks que yo traía y beber unas bebidas también ofrecieron snacks y cerveza que consumí muy rico y bien servido limpio y ordenado sugiero mejorar el estacionamiento es muy apretado para vehículos grandes y lastima que no tienen restaurante o desayuno supongo podrían dejar yogurt frutas cereales pero muy bonitas áreas y muy buena atención de parte de los trabajadores lo recomiendo y espero regresar pronto

Absolutely incredible hotel with only six units per floor. We basically had the hotel to ourselves for the first three days. Amazing pool on the top where you can bring your own drinks and the food. We highly recommend this to anyone.

Our 6 night stay at Ximena Hotel Boutique was wonderful! The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a room safe, refrigerator, TV and a very nice balcony. The air conditioning was very much appreciated! The hotel staff was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars and the bus station. We really can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel and we would love to stay there again!

The hotel is in perfect location if you don’t like noise. It’s close enough to the town, but far away enough from the noise. The room was clean, but I didn’t know you had to ask for service to come in daily. Usually it’s the opposite, you tell them if you don’t want them to come in, not the other way around. Another flaw I found was that the room had 2 queen beds, so it should be assumed more ppl are staying, but the side of the shower is completely see through, so if you have multiple ppl staying, they can see while you’re taking a shower. Other than that the hotel was perfect. The pool was nice and the drinks were cheap. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but that’s okay since there are a bunch of places to eat nearby. Hotel felt safe and was very comfortable. Everything about this hotel was perfect, but the shower thing. I also loved the little balcony we had, even if it was facing the interior.

Wonderful hotel - very safe with front doors that lock after 10pm and only allow entry with key card. Very clean and well maintained- modern and fresh. Would highly recommend staying here - well priced and our entire stay was hiccup free.

It was acute and clean and brand new hotel. I didnt like that they wouldn’t clean your room unless it happened before noon. Our room keys randomly didn’t work one day but they fixed them quickly.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is! The staff is incredibly friendly, the pool upstairs was so lovely. Room was so spacious with a large shower and cute balcony. The hotel itself is so clean, always someone cleaning and tidying up spaces. Perfect location just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown but with a 5-10 minute walk you are downtown or at the beach. Loved this hotel. Such an enjoyable time in a small surf town! Thank you Ximena staff

Great location close to beach, town centre and bus terminal. Pool was great and property is clean. Lots of noise (cars and motorcycles) from the street so maybe a room at the back would be best.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is! The staff is incredibly friendly, the pool upstairs was so lovely. Room was so spacious with a large shower and cute balcony. The hotel itself is so clean, always someone cleaning and tidying up spaces. Perfect location just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown but with a 5-10 minute walk you are downtown or at the beach. Loved this hotel. Such an enjoyable time in a small surf town! Our 6 night stay at Ximena Hotel Boutique was wonderful! The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a room safe, refrigerator, TV and a very nice balcony. The air conditioning was very much appreciated! The hotel staff was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars and the bus station. We really can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel and we would love to stay there again!

Great location to experience the Northside of Sayulita. Facility is nice and the rooftop pool is amazing. Staff have limited hours and the rooftop bar was not open everyday. But they were all very helpful and friendly when we needed anything.

I was here for three nights in February 2024 and had an enjoyable stay. The front desk team of Joseph and Neo were friendly and supportive. The room was spacious and the shower was huge and divine. I also liked the rooftop pool as an escape from the town when I needed it. I recommend this place if you want a nice hotel near the downtown of Sayulita. It kind of felt like an oasis in the busy town.

Looks nice and is well taken care of, but not given any information about where things are in the hotel, like coffee, etc. No morning breakfast, no charging for golf carts which is standard in Sayulita. Didn't always have heated water in showers. Again, looks nice, but better accommodations for less on the town.

Ximena Boutique Hotel is perfectly located in the north end of town. Literally, a five minute walk from everything but much quieter. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Rooms are equipped with nice linens, towels, robes, and a mini fridge. There is coffee and a microwave on each floor. Beds are very comfortable, and the balconies are a bonus. There is also an amazing rooftop pool and bar which was a perfect place to spend downtime. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all good. They were very helpful. Rene was great. He was always willing to answer questions or help in any way. He arranged a golf cart rental for us and had it delivered to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Ximena. The property is quiet, safe, and clean. The rooftop pool is heated and private. The employees are very helpful and kind. Brigitte is lovely. We would be delighted to stay at Ximena again.

Hotel was clean, room was spacious and very modern. No staff available when attempting to checkin. Had to leave the hotel and call to let them know we’re were trying to checkin. Also no staff available at the pool. Walking distance to beach, but beach was very dirty and unable to swim in. Walking distance to center of town with lots of places to eat along the way.

Wonderful hotel! Nicely decorated, spacious rooms. Great staff. Loved the roof top pool. Perfect location - away from the crowds and loud noice, but only minutes walking distance to the beach, shops, taxi's, bus stop, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed there 5 nights Feb 2023. It is close to everything but far enough away from the hustle of the downtown core. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Several cafes, restaurants and grocery stores all within a 2 minute walk. The hotel is nice and quiet and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Spacious rooms and huge shower. Private balcony for relaxing. Perhaps my favorite part though is the rooftop pool area. Wow! Along with the pool, you have a large shaded lounge area, bar and Sandra will whip up a nice cocktail. I could sit on that rooftop all day. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location- very easily walkable to all of the activities in town centre and to the beach, but far enough away so you don’t hear all the noise. Modern, clean well appointed room. Small, but nice rooftop pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Ximena had everything you can ask for from a hotel! My room was stunning, clean, and comfortable, and had excellent air conditioning. The proximity to the center of town and the beach is unmatched. While they do not provide breakfast, there are some amazing cafés between a 5 and 10 minute walk away. The staff was wonderful and helpful, and provided plenty of excellent recommendations. Book it!

This hotel is so beautiful! The aesthetic was modern but also fitting for the location. Everything about it was peaceful from the moment we walked into the lobby. The rooftop pool and bar was the perfect place to unwind and take in the views when we arrived. The bartender made some amazingly delicious drinks, she even cut up a fresh passion fruit for our margaritas! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was in a convenient location between the downtown night life and the beach. Each just a short walk away. We are so glad we stayed here on our first trip to Mexico. We highly recommend it!

The rooftop pool is beautiful. Unfortunately the coffee provided was allowed to stay in the pot for 3 days - very bitter. Room was very nice. Nice bed and hot shower. Construction work next to the hotel created smoke and burning garbage which was sucked into the hotel through the air conditioner. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.

Excelente hotel muy bonito y aerea de la alberca roof top con elevador y cerca de todo si le falta su restaurante para desayunar ahi en el hotel pero de todo el personal muy amable hay un sport bar cerca de ahi ufff los tacos de pescado incleibles y adelante unos postres de helado uffff buenisimos.

The staff were wonderful to deal with, friendly and very helpful. Location was nice in a quieter area but still great walking distance to the square and the beach! The pool bar made an amazing Pina Colada and was virtually empty the entire time I was there. Would happily return.

It really is a well thought out hotel that offers you everything you need from filtered water, a fridge, towels, shampoo, etc. the rooms are modern and clean and the pool is lovely. With their facilities for meetings, it would be a good place for a company event. Best of all is the staff. Kind and polite.

We wanted to mix luxury resorts in Puerta Vallarta with a bit more relaxed vibes in Sayulita. Not only through a day visit but for a few nights. Based on good reviews and a nice price offer from Hotels.com we opted for Ximena. It lived up to all expectations. Good location on walking distance from the beaches. Very nice staff and with good command of English. Clean and modern rooms with good AC and a little fridge. Roof top pool is not big but not the smallest we’ve seen either. We were almost the only guests using it and then the size was no issue at all. Towels provided for the pool. And a big plus, towels for the beach was also provided by the hotel!! No meal service at the hotel, but no problem to find breakfast close by. If looking for good morning cappuccino there is a nice place a few blocks down the road, same side as the hotel across from the big sports bar and next to the veterinary. We mixed very relaxed dinners on no name places with a more fancy option at Don Pedros, well worth a few extra pesos. Uber from the airport to Ximena cost us MXP 890. No problem to find uber for the return to PV.

Pasamos.una tarde muy agradable en su terraza y alberca me permiten comer unos snacks que yo traía y beber unas bebidas también ofrecieron snacks y cerveza que consumí muy rico y bien servido limpio y ordenado sugiero mejorar el estacionamiento es muy apretado para vehículos grandes y lastima que no tienen restaurante o desayuno supongo podrían dejar yogurt frutas cereales pero muy bonitas áreas y muy buena atención de parte de los trabajadores lo recomiendo y espero regresar pronto

Great staff (especially Noe at the front desk), fabulous room, outstanding rooftop! If we ever go back to Sayulita we will definitely stay here again. The location is absolutely perfect, a short walk to the beach and Centro, but far enough away that you can turn the noise off. We loved our time on the balcony for coffee in the morning and winding down before bed. If you stay here you won’t regret it!

Very clean, modern property in a nice part of town. You can easily walk to the main part of this little town, put there's plenty of good places to eat and drink within a couple of blocks. All public areas were clean, housekeeping was excellent and the rooftop pool is a gem.

Very nice & spacious rooms! My only complaint was the 500 peso surcharge because my son forgot to return his key card when he departed before us. Most hotels do NOT charge for this. Very petty!
