Overall a nice stay at this small hotel. Had the suite and the terrace was nice. The jacuzzi and sun beds that all guests could use was at the same level as the terrace and only divided by some curtains so not really a private terrace. The room was fine, a small fridge. Very few hooks and shelfs. The location was good, close to restaurants and beach. A bar at the street below was quite disturbing at night time.

Lovely hotel nice & central with free car parking a less than 5 mins walk away. Close to the beaches, marina & restaurants. Continental breakfast was good, not a huge choice but plenty for most people. Only niggle for us was we had the private terrace option which wasn't private at all & 3 times we found people using our beds on our "private" terrace right outside our doors, which was annoying. Not sure it was worth the extra as everyone else used it!

Hôtel à 2 pas du port, très agréable pour s’y balader en soirée. Pas de parking réservé à la clientèle donc il faut tourner un peu dans la ville pour trouver une place (ville gratuite donc ça va). Literie et salle de bain très confortable. Personnel très gentil, nous avions un bébé de 15 mois avec nous, il a été possible d’avoir un lit parapluie et de faire laver ses biberons à la cuisine.

Hotel very clean Reception staff in particular very nice . Cleaners very good . Only stayed three nights and room only basis as there are lots of restaurants and bars / coffee shops nearby. Ideal for what I needed .

Ich hatte 2 Nächte gebucht und leider wartete bereits am 1. Morgen eine Kakerlake im Zimmer auf mich. Auch das Bad war in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Das Personal versuchte mir zu erklären, dass Kakerlaken in Spanien normal sein und machte sich lustig über mich, dass ich mich deswegen beschwerte. Als ich abreiste, vergass ich etwas im Zimmer. Ich fragte noch am nächsten Tag ob ich es abholen kann und man sagte mir, dass es nicht gefunden wurde. Das ist für mich absolut schlechter Service und habe ich noch in keinem Hotel erlebt, wo ich etwas vergessen hatte. Kann daher das Hotel nicht empfehlen, es hat aus meiner Sicht keine 4 Sterne verdient und ich würde hier auch nie wieder buchen.

I checked din at 7pm, didn't really use or see any of the hotel, just the bed and shower. It is in a fantastic location (30m from port pollensa centre/waterfront), supermarket 100m. Was very beat tidy and good quality entrance and room Only thing that let it down for me was the shower was cold. Basin water was v hot, shower was not. Spent 15 mins wondering if I was using the controls wrong. Very frustrating. Usually I would go out early in the morning, come back for a shower and then check out. But as the shower was cold, I checked out at 8am, did not fancy another cold shower. After a day on the bike all I wanted was a nice warm shower and bed. Not 15 minutes trying to figure it out then a cold shower. Literally didn't even look around the hotel, so can't comment on it. The staff at check in and check out were v friendly and nice. The hotel looked very nice/classy and clean

Property was just fantastic. Couldn't have been more helpful to us during our stay. We had a fantastic room with wrap around balcony. The room was very light and airy and very spacious. The WiFi didn’t really work the entire time. When we asked at the front desk they kind of just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do about it. A/C in room kept shutting off on its own, again they said there was nothing they could do. Not their fault but annoying: very loud concert behind the hotel until 3am, drunk teens making noise in hallways and slamming doors until 7am. Rough nights sleep

enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and exceptional warm and helpful staff. One major improvement could be a topper and linens to ensure the two pushed together single beds stay as one double/queen size bed. It was rather uncomfortable with a gap in the bed. Balcony was a big bonus at this hotel. Location perfect.

A very late arrival due to airport problems. A lovely welcome by the night porter. An excellent room. Noisy bar opposite until 0400. Hotel immaculate, staff lovely. Breakfast a little disappointing, few choices but loads of alternatives within 5 minute walk.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic from start to finish - My daughter and I were here for a last minute weekend away for just 2 nights and we had such a fantastic stay. We were luckily able to check in around 10.30am and everything from the location, quality and friendliness of staff, excellent rooms was just wonderful. We have stayed here twice this year and will not hesitate to stay here again very soon. Thank you!

Was made to feel very welcome straight from check in. Found all the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be very accommodating. The room was very clean, although been next to main bars was quiet when doors closed
