Very charming, quirky little hotel with a lovely pool to enjoy after a long day of wandering around. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, getting us dinner reservations and arranging transportation. My only reason for giving this hotel 4/5 is that our room was in an older part of the hotel, right next to the office, with a big window that made us feel a bit exposed. The decor wasd also dated. However, I'd gladly stay here again, but ask for a room in the newer area.

We were very happy with this property and this stay. It had everything we needed: small refrigerator, wine glasses, water heater for tea, nice shower, drying racks, nice bed, small seating area outside the unit, access to large pool area and jacuzzi, nice owner and staff, very close to old town and bus line to train station.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the center of Cassis, and our room was quiet. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. However, I found the hotel quite expensive for what it offers. At a similar price to a Best Western, I expected a higher level of comfort and quality. The room was quite small and not particularly comfortable, and the bed linen and beach towels looked somewhat old. I was also surprised by a handwritten note in the room’s handbook stating that guests would be charged a fee for stains on the linen or towels. Although we were not charged anything, I found the message unnecessarily unfriendly and rather odd. In all my travels, I have never encountered such a note in a hotel room. Overall, the location and friendly staff are definite positives, but given the price, I expected considerably more in terms of comfort and quality.
