We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful for any questions or help that we needed. Robin was excellent and what a great ambassador for your hotel. The breakfast was also excellent and such a great variety, from fresh fruits, breads, pastries, etc. there was so much selection which is very rare to have so many choices. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and this one by far was our favorite! We stayed 3 nights and could not have had a better stay as we felt right at home! So a big thank you to everyone and continue to create that warm and friendly atmosphere!

Good variety for breakfast items

We enjoyed our weekend stay and found the hotel clean with very friendly staff. Our first room had a few issues — the ice machine wasn’t working, the curtains wouldn’t close, and there was an ant infestation near the bed. Once we reported it, the staff moved us immediately, and the second room was perfect. I also visited the gym, but only a few machines were working, and there were no cleaning products available. The TV channel selection was more limited than advertised, and the Wi‑Fi connection was weak, so I ended up using a lot of my phone data. Despite these issues, we still had a good weekend. If you’re staying here, I highly recommend trying Tomah Restaurant, located right across from the Tim Hortons near the hotel. It was our first time, and the ambience and food were top‑notch — definitely worth a visit.
