La estancia fue buena. Las instalaciones muy bien. La unica pega fue el aparcamiento.Al llegar al hotel me dijeron que solo tenian 5 plazas y estaban todas llenas.cuando hable con recepcion desde Madrid pregunte por el aparcamientoy no se me inforemo de este detalle , ni me dijeron la posibilidad de una reserva. Tuve que aparcar el un parking como a 5 minutos, pero con la pega de unas escaleras letales para mi que soy operado de corazon.

Byggnaden och dess läge är fantastiskt. Parkering finns på hotellet men är trång, pga läget i den gamla delen av staden. Trevlig personal. Stora fina rum. Vårt andra besök var lika bra som förra gången, då vi också hade hunden med.

Solo tiene cuatro o cinco plazas de parking, por lo que hay que dejar el coche fuera del casco histórico, pero merece la pena la situación a un paso de todo el casco histórico (menos el acueducto). La última planta es abuhardillada, por lo que si no os gusta esa experiencia, pedir una habitación del primer piso. Por lo demás, muy bien.

El edificio es precioso y amplio, acogedor y tranquilo. La habitación, buhardilla, moderna pero un poco rollo para nosotros que medimos casi 1.80m. La bañera enorme. Nos ha gustado mucho en general, pero la piscina es más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos y no hay ninguna tumbona, solo sillas de cafetería (algunas rotas). El desayuno creemos que no merece la pena para el precio.

Desde el momento del chek-in te encuentras en un magnífico ambiente que hace la estancia cómoda y agradable. Todo el personal joven y de una gran profesionalidad, desde recepción a cafetería y personal de limpieza. A todos gracias. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El desayuno muy completo y con buenos productos. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Cogimos la suite, muy bonita amplia y cómoda. El baño integrado en la habitación muy moderno cómodo con una enorme bañera. La cama super cómoda y opción de almohadas. Cosas a destacar. Entra muchísima luz por las cortinas. Te deberían regalar un antifaz de dormir. No tiene secador. Debería tenerlo en la habitación con un 4* que es. Y la cafetera debería tener un poco de leche porque los cafés están insoportables sin leche. Por lo demás cabe destacar el jacuzzi y la piscina exterior. Aunq lo malo que te tienes que secar allí y dejar las toallas en el jacuzzi y subir todo húmedo ala habitación. Deberían de recoger las toallas en la habitación

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Superfin mat i restaurangen och till frukost. Särskilt brödet var bättre än på andra hotell vi bott på i Spanien. Maten är omnämnd i den Guide Michelin som finns på nätet. Också trevligt med en flaska cava och friskt citronvatten i receptionen för den som vill ha det. Tyvärr ingen cava på frukostbuffeten. Perfekt läge mitt i gamla stan. Enda nackdelen var att rummet hade ett snedtak som vi flera gånger slog huvudet i eftersom man inte kunde stå rak vid ena långsidan av dubbelsängen.

This is a lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful staff . My wife is a vegan , and after we expressed an interest in dining in the hotel restaurant , the staff in reception arranged for the chef to speak to us and they provided a delicious vegan option . My non - veggie food was excellent , as was the wine which accompanied our meal .Great location a couple of mins from the Plaza Mayor . Comfortable room , lovely old building with lots of character - our type of hotel. Would stay here again if back in Plasencia.

A beautiful hotel in the city centre. Very friendly welcome and there was welcome drinks of water or cava. Bed super comfy and an excellent night’s sleep had. Plasencia is a small city so this is a good place to break your journey if doing a long trip.

Antiguo palacio reconvertido en hotel en el centro de La zona antigua de Plasencia. Las estancias comunes tienen mucho encanto. Habitación amplia con decoración un poco fría para mi gusto. La zona de aseo, lavabo y ducha, está abierta en la habitación, lo que es algo peculiar. Calefacción potente. Dedayuno con productos de calidad.

Al alojamiento le sobra una estrella. Estuvimos en una habitación abuhardillada, claustrofobica por la noche, debia permanecer cerrada. Con el water separado de la la bañera. Los suelos, como de hule parecian sucios. La piscina es un pilón y el desayuno con poca variedad. Lo unico que me gustó es la copa de cava de bienvenida.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Superfin mat i restaurangen och till frukost. Särskilt brödet var bättre än på andra hotell vi bott på i Spanien. Maten är omnämnd i den Guide Michelin som finns på nätet. Också trevligt med en flaska cava och friskt citronvatten i receptionen för den som vill ha det. Tyvärr ingen cava på frukostbuffeten. Perfekt läge mitt i gamla stan. Enda nackdelen var att rummet hade ett snedtak som vi flera gånger slog huvudet i eftersom man inte kunde stå rak vid ena långsidan av dubbelsängen.

Desde el momento del chek-in te encuentras en un magnífico ambiente que hace la estancia cómoda y agradable. Todo el personal joven y de una gran profesionalidad, desde recepción a cafetería y personal de limpieza. A todos gracias. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El desayuno muy completo y con buenos productos. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

El edificio es precioso y amplio, acogedor y tranquilo. La habitación, buhardilla, moderna pero un poco rollo para nosotros que medimos casi 1.80m. La bañera enorme. Nos ha gustado mucho en general, pero la piscina es más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos y no hay ninguna tumbona, solo sillas de cafetería (algunas rotas). El desayuno creemos que no merece la pena para el precio.

Hotel estupendo, salvo por un grave detalle: quisimos comer en el restaurante el día de reyes y estaba todo reservado tanto por clientes como por NO clientes. Un detalle no tan nimio si lo que esperas es un servicio 100% que atienda todas las necesidades. No ha sido el caso, y hemos tenido que celebrar el día en una tasca, en la calle, al no haber ningún otro sitio. PD: las mesas del bar al lado del comedor estuvieron vacías, por lo que nos podrían haber atendido, si hubiera existido voluntad.

This is a lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful staff . My wife is a vegan , and after we expressed an interest in dining in the hotel restaurant , the staff in reception arranged for the chef to speak to us and they provided a delicious vegan option . My non - veggie food was excellent , as was the wine which accompanied our meal .Great location a couple of mins from the Plaza Mayor . Comfortable room , lovely old building with lots of character - our type of hotel. Would stay here again if back in Plasencia.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there

Vi stayed here for two nights. The building is a historic palace just in the center of old town. We thought the location couldn’t be better. We payed for the parking and it was very convenient and safe.

Really enjoyed our stay. One slight issue was on the sunday night I asked for some hot water in a flask. The kind desk person took me to the bar area. The person behind the bar then filled the flask. I said thank you. The bar lady looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. She did not speak. She was a bad advert for the hotel

The room was very spacious and bright. We had a dog with us. The hotel provided a bed, dishes and a treat for our pet. The shower was huge and had great pressure!
