We had to pay 25 E for parking which was outrageous for one night. We were not told it had a cost attached. We asked for twin beds and got a double so had a poor nights sleep. Our outlook was of a messy flat rooftop.

This property was quite nice and efficient. Its location in the heart of Saint Emilion made visiting the town quite enjoyable. Parking nearby was convenient for a reasonable additional charge. The room was clean and comfortable though a bit tight for our luggage.

The staff are all excellent. The location is in the heart of town. Parking space is a little bit chalenging to find due to a one way street but when we were able to park our car we just walk to the hotel with no issue.

We stayed in the annex of the hotel on a very hot night, the air conditioning unit was so loud we called the receptionist to come and witness it, she said she would inform the management but little else she could do. We had to turn it off overnight and swelter! In the morning the owner admitted the annex was due for refurbishing and after some discussion agreed to waiver the parking fee. I would not advise booking the annex, I’ve no idea what the main hotel was like.

We had a view of the city and the window. All the staff were awesome. Amazing location. No fridge but they chilled out wine for us. You can pay for Parking or just find it on the outside and walk in. If you like to get an early start get breakfast at the hotel as nothing opens before 10 in town.

Très bon emplacement, confort de la chambre assez minimaliste et surtout climatisation totalement défaillante (alors que températures caniculaires), le parking était complet (en fait il faut prévoir une réservation, ce qui est noté nulle part), d'où utilisation des parc-mètres ... Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité.

Séjour moyen. Nous avons été obligés d’aller au plus vite pour respecter une disponibilité de l’equipe pour nous accueillir (17h00 max). A cause des fêtes la disponibilité de l’équipe de l'hôtel était en effet restreinte. Pas de ménage fait dans la chambre avant la deuxieme nuit : lit à l’identique, pas de nouvelle serviette, pas de ménage. Chambre vieillotte avec matelats bien amortis, salle de bain fatiguée avec moisissures sur les joints. Points positifs : excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et rapidement servi, prix bien positionné, emplacement super. A notre demande, on nous a offert le parking une nuit avec recharge de la voiture, ce qui est très appréciable.

Prenotato ieri in tarda serata. L’hotel ci consente di arrivare al più tardi alle 23.30 e noi chiediamo gentilmente di poter fare ingresso entro e non oltre le 23.30 rimaniamo fuori al freddo fino alle 23.50 quando per fortuna una ragazza viene ad aprirsi. La camera 10 un buco di 2.50 per 2.50 con moquette polverosa e rifiniture da casa della nonna. Camera maleodorante, spoglia e tetra come poche. Lenzuolo macchiato con macchia evidente rossa (sangue o sugo) materasso completamente sfondato. Ho passato una notte da schifo …sopra le coperte con un guanciale improponibile e con la polvere che mi ha fatto grattare la testa e il collo. Ho preso io le due camere e pagato 270€ circa (135 € a camera) e sono rimasto profondamente deluso. Colazione non pervenuta. Siamo riusciti (chiedendo) ad avere una bottiglia d’acqua……altrimenti sarebbe stato un disastro.

Very clean and quiet and in the center of St. Emilion. Lovely wine shops and restaurants close by.

Overall a nice facility. Wifi did not work well in the annex though which was inconvenient.

Air con was broken in the room which meant zero sleep on first night. They did fix it for the 2nd night.

Great little hotel in the middle of St Emilion, rooma are perfect size and clean with air conditioning. We also had the breakfast which was perfect. This is my second time staying in this hotel and will return again! The guy who worked reception/breakfast was really nice and helpful 👍

Ein tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Service, zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Zugang vom Parkplatz außerhalb der Stadtmauer in etwa 5 Minuten. Sehr freundlicher Service mit kompetenten Ratschlägen für die Stadt (z.B. für's Abendessen).

Excellent location—easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean with great air conditioning and a charming view. I’d definitely stay here again. The staff was so helpful even with my terrible French and their amazing English. Thank you for a great stay next time we will come for longer. Two nights was not enough.

Great service, Amazing breakfast

Nous avons été bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée à l'hôtel, et notre départ s'est également déroulé de manière cordiale, ajoutant une note positive à notre expérience. Cependant, notre séjour a été quelque peu assombri par plusieurs inconforts liés à notre chambre. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre n°1, où les volets laissaient passer la lumière et les rideaux n'étaient pas occultants, ce qui a perturbé notre sommeil. De plus, l'isolation sonore de la chambre pourrait être améliorée. La literie nous a semblé assez inconfortable et les coussins étaient plutôt raplaplats, ce qui pourrait bénéficier d'une attention pour améliorer le confort. Concernant le petit-déjeuner proposé à 15€ par personne, nous avons trouvé qu'il était principalement composé de produits très glucidiques. Bien qu'une tranche de jambon et de fromage fût fournie, une option offrant un choix plus diversifié et protéiné serait appréciée pour satisfaire ceux qui, comme nous, préfèrent un petit-déjeuner moins sucré et plus équilibré. En résumé, bien que l'accueil et le service aient été excellents, il serait bénéfique de porter une attention particulière au confort des chambres et à la variété des options de petit-déjeuner pour rendre les séjours à venir encore plus agréables.
