Staff does not speak english, except from the valet man. He came rushing to us to help us unload our suitcases and then parked our car in the hotel garage. He spoke english quite well and even submitted us with maps and information about the city and Hattusa. Breakfast was so so. Room was ok but not more than ok.

Devam eden tadilat çalışmaları konaklamamızı ciddi şekilde olumsuz etkiledi. Bu çalışmalar neden sezon başlamadan önce tamamlanmadı? Banyoda yoğun kanalizasyon kokusu vardı. Resepsiyondaki 25.06. akşam vardiyası bizi görmesine rağmen ne selam verdi ne de ilgilendi. Kahvaltı personeli ise isteksiz ve ilgisizdi. Eskiyen banyo ve tesisat başta olmak üzere otelin genel durumu 5 yıldız standardından uzak. Bu otel, aldığı yıldız sayısını kesinlikle hak etmiyor.
