CH Villa Tenerife Atalaya Park (Benijofar)

A wonderful villa with all the amenities you would need, and then some. Plenty of outdoor seating and bedding, which was ideal for us as we spent all day and night outside. Villa is set back a bit, so a 5 minute walk to nearest supermarket or bars. Quesada is a 15 minute stroll and has plenty of bsrs and restaurants. If you're only there to relax and eat/drink out then a car is not required.Chris was an excellent host and was in regular contact before and during our stay, to answer any queries. We booked taxi through the host. It was cheaper than any online quote plus guaranteed that driver would be waiting at airport. Would definitely book through CH again.

Gorgeous, comfortable property. Very spacious inside and out. Lovely pool and outside eating area with BBQ and table tennis table. Plenty of sunny and shaded areas throughout the day. Great location and much closer to the main strip than it seems. Check in and out was very straightforward with clear communication before, during and after our stay. Also following on from a previous review there were new sunbeds there!

Perfect spot for us. Plenty to do and places to dine in the local areas. Easy travel to traditional Spanish markets in around 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes to the nearest beach again by car and only 30 minutes from hotspots like La Zenia and Cabo Roig. Love this part of Spain, the villa is in a quiet location which was only a 10 minute stroll across the festure gardens to the town center with shops and bars. There we're 6 of us and the villa had everything we needed

We had to ask the host to bring cutlery and plates. This was too few (5 forks, 3 teaspoons, plastic glasses from various pubs, etc.) and bore the mark of being collected together over many years. The coffee table in the living room was missing the glass top. The outdoor area was not like the pictures in the presentation. Worn out sunbeds and parasol. No outdoor plants as in the picture. Boring! The pump in the pool stopped working. Was fixed after a few days. We experienced the place as boasted compared to the presentation.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa but pictures on vrbo need updating as things have changed & villa needs a little tlc & updating. Sun loungers we did not use due to condition (dirty & marked) could do with replacing.
