They misplaced my reservation so there was some trouble checking in(I booked it late in the day, and the waitress who was also looking after the front desk didn’t know where to find my reservation info). However the hotel manager who showed up later was super friendly and helpful.

Great welcome from the receptionist as we arrived and was incredibly helpful with check in and advising us on getting a bus into Leon. Supermarket just over the plaza is very good too.
