The staff is amazing at checkin and checkout. Basically you get what you pay for. Small and older, but convenient to all aspects of dining, beach and parking. We stayed for one night in a non beach view room and i would not have liked to stay more. Served the purpose of a drop in on our way back to fly out of Boston

Ocean view right from our room and the staff was fantastic. Stayed to run a 5k and they were super sweet asking about the race and if we were a few minutes late at checkout it would be no problem. Definitely will stay there again and recommend it to others.

A little outdated, but fine as a whole. Felt like a college kid again. Could easily have stayed there for a week during the summer enjoying the beach
