My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay with Nicky. She is the ultimate host. Her breakfast was fabulous and we had the best sleep. Her home and backyard patio were so comfortable.

Very nice house, beautiful deck and grounds, very friendly and gracious hostess. Nicky makes a delicious breakfast every morning and is willing to accommodate if you have other preferences.

Beautiful, quiet, extremely clean home one easy mile from downtown. Cabernet room has sofa, large bathroom and outside patio access - plenty of space. Easy access in and out of room. Purchased bottle of wine and enjoyed sitting in pretty back yard! Property close to wineries.

Spacious room with attached porch and beautifully manicured yard. Very clean B&B, with friendly staff and unbelievable breakfast. Definitely would choose again if going to Niagara on the Lake.

Graystone Bed and Breakfast is a fantastic place to stay. We spent two nights here in October 2023 for our anniversary. Our host made contact on the morning of our stay to check arrival times and everything was ready when we arrived. The room is quiet, warm and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is lovely, she made us feel immediately at home and welcome. The guest area is beautiful and although it was too cold on this trip, there is a lovely veranda to sit outside and enjoy a drink and enjoy the view. Breakfast was different both days and was delicious, everything was freshly cooked to order and vegetarian options were no bother at all. We were even spoilt with home-made cookies on our first evening! The location is very good, a quiet residential street with driveway parking, approx 15 minute walk to the main street in Niagara-on-the-Lake and around 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. If we ever make it back to NOTL we will definitely stay here again!

This was my first time staying in a B&B and I was not disappointed. My girlfriend and I booked the Merlot Suite which was a good sized room with everything we needed. The bed was a comfortable king sized that could be split into two beds. The room also came with a mini fridge and a standard tv with an Amazon Firestick ready to go. The bathroom was wonderful with two sinks and plenty of room for two plus the shower had a shampoo, conditioner and body gel dispensers that smelled amazing. I feel maybe a coffee machine with a few hot beverage options would be a nice addition but was not essential for us personally. Nicky was amazing! A great host. Very matter-of-fact and pleasant to the guests. Her hospitality background really shined on us and the other guests. There were two other couples staying in the other two rooms which I felt made it a comfortable shared space and not overwhelming socially. The food and the presentation were excellent. It was obvious that there was a lot of love and passion that were put into the meals. The B&B is a house in a very nice suburban neighborhood which I discovered is common in the area. It was a short walking distance to the town of Niagara-On-The-Lake and a short drive to the best wineries in the area. This B&B was memorable. Highly recommend to anyone exploring the area for the first time.

Nicky was the best possible host -- inviting, helpful, and she provided the most delicious breakfast. The house is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The garden in the back are absolutely beautiful.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from our host, Nicky. My wife and I were in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the house both inside and out. Breakfast was amazing with all pastries made from scratch and the delicious food was professional plated. While having breakfast, we had great conversation with other guests and Nicky. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean and well kept. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. We got to enjoy the beautiful patio and well kept garden. We have already recommended the b&b to a few of our friends and will definitely return. Nicky, thank for a wonderful stay.

Nicky, the owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her home was beautiful and well loved. We appreciated that it was air conditioned and so clean. Our breakfasts were a masterpiece. Every morning we had a breakfast that was better than some of the best restaurants. The friendly atmosphere and great service will keep us going back.

The place exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures! We stayed in the Merlot room for two nights, and it was charming, spotless, and peaceful. The room has a private bathroom with free toiletries, and the beds are very comfortable. Nicky is absolutely lovely and offers exceptional service. She gave us all the information we needed about the area and made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was delicious and classy — beautifully presented and full of flavor. Nicky is very detail-oriented and clearly takes pride in offering a high-quality experience. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

This was the BEST B&B ever. Nicky, the owner, was extremely pleasant, helpful and all around total host. Her breakfasts were beyond belief. For example, we came from Florida and she made a fruit appetizer for all her guests shaped like palm trees! She baked all the breads and pasties and then served a hot full breakfast. Her home is immaculate, b eautifuly decorated and well placed for the activities of Niagra on the Lake and the local wineries. Graysone has spoiled us forever. Thank you Nicky.

Nicky is the best. Accommodations were extremely clean and well appointed. Hospitality was on point in all aspects. One great problem was that the breakfasts were so well done and plentiful that we had to skip lunch. Highly recommend!!!

This was my first time staying in a B&B and I was not disappointed. My girlfriend and I booked the Merlot Suite which was a good sized room with everything we needed. The bed was a comfortable king sized that could be split into two beds. The room also came with a mini fridge and a standard tv with an Amazon Firestick ready to go. The bathroom was wonderful with two sinks and plenty of room for two plus the shower had a shampoo, conditioner and body gel dispensers that smelled amazing. I feel maybe a coffee machine with a few hot beverage options would be a nice addition but was not essential for us personally. Nicky was amazing! A great host. Very matter-of-fact and pleasant to the guests. Her hospitality background really shined on us and the other guests. There were two other couples staying in the other two rooms which I felt made it a comfortable shared space and not overwhelming socially. The food and the presentation were excellent. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from our host, Nicky. My wife and I were in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the house both inside and out. Breakfast was amazing with all pastries made from scratch and the delicious food was professional plated. While having breakfast, we had great conversation with other guests and Nicky. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean and well kept. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. We got to enjoy the beautiful patio and well kept garden. We have already recommended the b&b to a few of our friends and will definitely return. Nicky, thank for a wonderful stay.

Nicky, the owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her home was beautiful and well loved. We appreciated that it was air conditioned and so clean. Our breakfasts were a masterpiece. Every morning we had a breakfast that was better than some of the best restaurants. The friendly atmosphere and great service will keep us going back.

Graystone Bed and Breakfast is a fantastic place to stay. We spent two nights here in October 2023 for our anniversary. Our host made contact on the morning of our stay to check arrival times and everything was ready when we arrived. The room is quiet, warm and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is lovely, she made us feel immediately at home and welcome. The guest area is beautiful and although it was too cold on this trip, there is a lovely veranda to sit outside and enjoy a drink and enjoy the view. Breakfast was different both days and was delicious, everything was freshly cooked to order and vegetarian options were no bother at all. We were even spoilt with home-made cookies on our first evening! Our host was fantastic! She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was delicious! I felt like I was in a top rated restaurant. My partner and I were there for the Niagara Ultra. We were within walking distance to the race, as well as the main strip for everything we needed. Nikki also ensured we had coffee and something to eat prior to our race even though it was early in the morning. Room was clean and quiet. Wonderful experience.

This was the BEST B&B ever. Nicky, the owner, was extremely pleasant, helpful and all around total host. Her breakfasts were beyond belief. For example, we came from Florida and she made a fruit appetizer for all her guests shaped like palm trees! She baked all the breads and pasties and then served a hot full breakfast. Her home is immaculate, b eautifuly decorated and well placed for the activities of Niagra on the Lake and the local wineries. Graysone has spoiled us forever. Thank you Nicky.

What an incredible find! Booked the Cabernet suite here for a Jackson Triggs concert and weekend getaway and was absolutely floored by how well taken care of we were. Some people have a true passion for what they do, and owner Nikki is just that. Her concern for allergies, details, ensuring our weekend was perfect, was far beyond expectations. From fresh backed cookies to die for, to cinnamon rolls from scratch with gluten sensitive flour as part of our full breakfasts, Nikki is an absolute gem. Her knowledge of the area and genuine caring spirit made us smile. We enjoyed a peaceful, private stay with a fantastic in room jacuzzi and everything we needed in close range, including the concert and 3 wineries within reasonable walking distance. Would absolutely recommend!

Nicky is the best. Accommodations were extremely clean and well appointed. Hospitality was on point in all aspects. One great problem was that the breakfasts were so well done and plentiful that we had to skip lunch. Highly recommend!!!

This B&B is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 15 minutes' walking distance from downtown Niagara on the Lake. The owner is very friendly. The room was as advertized and the whole property is well-kept. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the incredibly generous and made-from-scratch breakfast. I would definitely consider returning for a future trip to Niagara-on-the-lake.

Everything was perfect. Nikki was very welcoming and personable. Her breakfasts were works of art. If ever we were to go back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

The Graystone was the perfect place to be able to explore Niagara on the Lake for the first time. The house is beautifully decorated and the room was super comfortable and of a good size. Nicky's breakfast is amazing and she is so friendly and concerns herself with her guests at all times. Its a perfect distance from Old Town in NOTL - close enough to frequent town but far enough away for quiet. The neighborhood location is also really beautiful. It was also a good base for spending time touring Niagara Falls.

Nicky is a wonderful host, and we had a most enjoyable stay. She prepared delicious breakfasts each morning and went out of her way to ensure all guests were comfortable. Her goal that guests "arrive as strangers but leave as friends" definitely held true!

As soon as you walk in the doors you feel welcome. Everything was clean and in order. The staff treats you like royalty and a friend all at once. The host goes above and beyond, the breakfast is fantastic and plentiful. Graystone B&B is located a short 15 minute walk from downtown Niagara on the Lake. We would recommend this B&B to anyone.
