My kids loved everything you could do there. The water park, tennis, golf, jumping pillow, spa and a grass area to play soccer. They also enjoyed looking for eels in the pond on the way to breakfasts The rock pools were 5minute drive away so much around to keep the kids occupied. Woolworths was literally across the road which was very handy. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Only problem was the poo in the waterpark. It got closed and cleaned up but when we went back my kids saw more poo. I didn’t let them go in again after that. They do offer free swimming nappies, but maybe they need to advertise that more. Or put signs up regarding expectations of children not toilet trained yet. Pretty good stay and plenty to do still in the middle of winter!

The stag and services were really nice. Kids had soo much fun. The parking was the only exception. When we have to park in the overflow car park there were huge puddles that we had to go through which wasn’t ideal for small cars like mine.

One of the main reasons we booked this place was because they had a waterpark. It was closed for renos, but they didnt offer a discount because of it.

Great facilities with the water park and pool. Amazing well kept gardens. Friendly staff. The room we stayed in was a little worn. Screen doors didn't slide, few other small things looked a bit shabby/dated. But very clean room and well serviced. Room was not good for sleeping super bright lights from corridor, no curtains to darken room. Not amazing sound proofing either. The resort facilities were great, good food. Although it would be good to have resort attendants at the pool and waterpark to help keep children following rules. Parents not taking responsibility for their children and allowing unsafe play that impacts other families experiences. My daughter got hit in the face with a ball, and collided with children going the wrong way up the slide. Would stay again though.

The Water Park hours were too short and as mini golf volleyball and trampolines were included in this meant no access after 5...if the water park needed to finish at 5 the others could have been open much longer

Booked for my son to enjoy the waterpark but on arrival told it was closed for maintenance, should be mentioned as it is the main reason people with kids go to stay there. Also very dusty around bed areas.

Check-in was great, i discovered i had lost my licence card but the gentleman at reception was wonderful. Could do with more or allocated parking though. Pool, water park and restaurant were great.

Great property with a mini water park and inflatable trampoline playground, plus mini golf and a great restaurant on sight. Could have spent the entire weekend in the hotel. Awesome stay.

The location of the hotel is great, close to shops and cafes etc. Waterpark is fantastic and always a hit with our kids. However, we have stayed here several times over the past few years and have noticed in our most recent trip that it is very overpriced for what you are actually getting. We stayed in the executive family room which was nice and large with two double sized beds however there were stains on the carpet and curtains and room did not seem clean. The rooms are becoming very tired and are in need of renovation. The aircon in the room you couldn’t adjust and it was set on the sun mode (comfort mode) but it was so hot during the night it was very stuffy. For the amount paid you would expect a decent amount of milk/sugar/tea bags etc but there was barely enough to have for 2 adults for 2 days. Luckily we bought our own. One face washer for a family of 4 was provided. Also bought our own but some families may not. Also the smallest mugs known to man for tea/coffee, looked like they were for children. Decent mugs need to be provided in the rooms! Free car parking is a plus. We normally eat breakfast here but this time our room didn’t include breakfast. Just ridiculously expensive prices for a 3 star hotel for food and drinks

I found a few ants in my room on my bed though the worst of the worst was stepping in my room finding it smelt very very musty. I felt that room making me uncomfortable as I couldn't sleep good and felt like builders dust was getting thrown into mine and my mother's room. All staff were best and tidy, comfortable and professional and friendly though the room I was uncomfortable

Particularly when it wasnt busy (pre school holidays) Buffet breakfast was 5/5 Dinner from Oak and Vine was 4.5/5 The deck around the pool was mouldy, slippery and some of the wood palings were loose, which was uncomfortable. The black out curtains in both rooms had extensive holes in all four of them. There was mould in room where our friends stayed. Our room was perfect except for the holes in the black out curtains. Amenities appear to need repair to restore this place back to its former glory

Lovely clean room with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast and kids amenities were wonderful. We wish we had stayed a little longer. Very enjoyable place to stay.

Matt on Reception was amazing, room service food was faultless, room was tired looking, small details of crushed curtains, small touchups of maintenance needed, but the bed unfortunately was way too hard. Travelling in a car for over 10 hours you want a comfy bed at the end of the day!

The property is clean, a great bar and restaurant on site is a huge plus. On site parking, easy check in and check out process by lovely staff. The rooms could be more sound proofed, we were woken multiple times during the night by people in the hallway.

Very spacious executive room, renovated bathroom with a big shower, comfortable, very large king bed. Excellent service, very good breakfast and well prepared and served food in the restaurant. Overall a very nicely kept resort with a great outside spa!

Noise travels between rooms and hallway noise is easily heard when you're inside the room. An old complex with a lot of wesr and tear. Good location walking distnce to the supermarket and water foreshore.

We had a quick overnight stay, we found the room clean and comfortable. The light fixtures and the door handle to the deck/pool area were broken. The property definately needs some maintenance/upgrades. We enjoyed the location, the pool and hot tub area and the fish in the pond area!

Great location and lovely property! We enjoyed walking around it while there! Check in was great. We got there early and were just asking if we could drop our bags but the room was ready! That was a wonderful start to our stay! Staff very polite and friendly. Room was light and bright. Very clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the cutlery after a local eatery forgot to add some to my order! Would definitely stay here again!

We came down from Cairns to pick up our new caravan and had to keep extending our stay as van wasn't ready. Reception staff were extrememly helpful. We also love the fact you have an area where caravans can be parked while staying at the resort. Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at this wonderful property in a great location. There are so many things for kids to do at the resort and it is in the setting of some of the most beautiful beaches. The area has everything you need without being overly touristy. Our stay was unfortunately cut short by an emergency at home and they were very fair and treated us with compassion.

Had such a great time at this property. Very central to local attractions - only short drive to Aussie World, Sealife Aquarium, Australia Zoo, Amaze World or Ginger Factory. Resort has heaps of family friendly activities. Kids loved going to waterpark and then getting warm in spa. Pina colada at happy hour was a highlight and buffet breakfast is worth the money. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back. Local restaurant “Three” that is around the corner from resort has great dinner and kids menu.

Our family stayed 3 nights after a few days travelling from NSW. This property is perfect for a family holiday. The kids splash area with a fully stocked bar (and amazing happy hour specials every day) Put Put golf, jumping pillow, volley ball and tennis court - SO much fun and designed for families to relax and enjoy. The rooms were so comfortable and serviced everyday. There’s a Woolies supermarket just across the road and the great cafe and restaurants Coloundra has to offer are only a stones throw away. We want to bring our family and friends for a stay next time

Nice setup to relax by the pool bar while keeping an eye on the kids. Decent choice of activities for the children. The breakfast buffet is very good, the dinner was just ok. Our beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. It's only a few minutes' drive from the beach.
