Amazjng place. Good for families and people traveling with their dogs. The stuff us very friendly and helpful.

A great spot for ski or hiking lovers, with a very convenient location. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator, so the stairs could be a challenge for some. The room view wasn’t anything special—ours looked out onto the fire station—but the service more than made up for it, as it was truly excellent.

I just love staying here. It's such a great place. I have a favorite room which is gorgeous, comfortable, and has a lovely view over the little stream. The food is great and it is so convenient to be able to pop downstairs for breakfast, dinner, and beer. The staff are all super friendly and helpful too.

Sutton is charming little town and this was the perfect place to stay. My room was absolutely lovely - beautifully designed, convenient, really nice ensuite, pretty view, and a huge and amazingly comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and it is really convenient to be able to get a meal and a drink downstairs. They even had live jazz, but because it closes early (9pm) it was also very quiet during the night. Loved my stay here and highly recommend it!

We stayed here after a ski trip to Jay Peak. It was only 35 minutes away. The property was charming. Quite the find! The room had character and super clean. The staff was friendly and fluent in English. Parking was easy as there was a separate parking lot. The town is cute and very walkable, with a grocery store 1/2 mile away. I would definitely return again in the future. While we loved the property and would return, there are 3 items to be aware of: 1. We stayed in room #4, which had the king bed on the 2nd floor and the bath on the first floor, which meant a careful trip down the stairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I had brought a nightlight so this helped. 2. Since there isn't any carpeting or heavy drapes (a plus for allergies), there isn't much sound absorption. Our neighbor was in and out of their room at 6am and it was super loud, to the point that I thought that they had come into our room. 3. Not hotel related, but if you are coming from Jay Peak, be aware that the closest border crossing is only open 8am-4pm.

What an absolute gem of a place. From the immaculate, beautiful/cozy room, the insanely delicious breakfasts, to the wonderfully warm staff. I dare say, this is tip top favorite for us and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you so for a fabulous stay. We will be back!!

Les plus: -la chambre est bien insonorisée -le décor est agréable -l’eau est chaude -les produits de bain sentent divinement bon! -l’emplacement est idéal -le resto de l’Auberge sert un délicieux menu et les tables sont à bonne distance Les moins: -Expédia nous a vendu 2 nuitées "déjeuner inclus" mais nous avons dû débourser pour déjeuner car le week-end il n’était pas inclus. Pire: on se fait dire que « les personnes qui ont loué après vous y ont droit mais pas vous, vous avez acheté juste avant qu’on change ça! » Pourtant rien n’était écrit sur Expédia. -le week-end le déjeuner ouvre à 9:00 et le service est plutôt lent: attention si vous avez rendez-vous en matinée! -le menu "déjeuner inclus" contient 3 options seulement: pour avoir accès aux autres choix vous devez débourser. -pour monter aux chambre, nous devons emprunter un escalier derrière les cuisines et l’odeur résiduelle y est atroce, surtout en soirée. -le lavabo est très très haut dans la salle de bain, vraiment désagréable. -la qualité de l’air est mauvaise -la fenêtre face à la mezzanine éblouit dès le lever du jour. -il n’y a aucun miroir ni rangement à la mezzanine et une seule lampe, soit celle du chevet. -la télé est payante, il n’y a aucun poste à regarder. Donc, en gros, nous avons bien dormi en bas mais pas tant en haut, tous ont apprécié la douche, le décor, la bouffe et surtout la situation géographique, mais les aventures payantes $$$ ont gâchées l’enthousiasme du départ en vacances!

The cleaning was good, but there was a smell of sweat in the room, it didn't smell good, the bathroom was very small and at least of the room they gave us, they didn't have any photos on the website, the bed was very hard.

Chaque année, les enfants adorent retrouver cette chambre à deux étages leur donnant une certaine intimité et autonomie. L’endroit est génial et le personnel accueillant et bienveillant.

This is an ideally located Brewerie/pub with a few perfectly sound proof rooms above! it gives on a little river which is lovely...we took the car to go hiking nearby at two different locations, to go kayaking, we even played tennis in the village, a short walk away! the brewerie itself is a fine eatery (a pub style menu) and Sutton offers many alternatives which are very fine, all walking distance...it was a 3 days vacation which felt like a month! We are already thinking about when we can go back! p.s. the king size bed on the mezzanine was a treat!!!

Excellent stay - the only minor point is that the concrete floor is very cold and the thermostat maxes out at 18C so it's chilly at night

Good service at the property and tasty food/breakfast and beer. But quirky room setup, felt quite cramped with not much storage. Shower didn't work well.

Check in ist kompliziert da man im der Kälte bei sehr schlechter Beleuchtung ein Zahlenschloss für einen Schlüsselkasten öffnen muss obwohl Personal im Pub verfügbar waren.

Le restaurant Sutton Brouerie était fermé pendant mon séjour mais le personnel était disponible pour les locataires de l'auberge, et des déjeuners étaient quand même servis.

La chambre était très bien, propre, moderne et tranquille, pas de bruit de la brasserie plus bas. Pas de personnel disponible lors du départ le matin et personnel difficile à atteindre. Très bien situé à Sutton.

Délais de service pour le souper, 30 minutes pour recevoir les menus seulement. Mauvais renseignements de la serveuse à causé des déceptions…. Et frais $ non souhaités Pour le restant tout était super 👍

Kind, helpful, and accommodating staff. Unit looked exactly like the pictures. Big walk in shower and comfy king bed. Plenty of space for two. Breakfast included was a nice perk. Great location.

Great place to stay and visit...the village was lovely....the only down side was that we arrived on a Sunday night and it was Karaoke night (also no parking at the property but now we know why lol.....lots of fun but we had to wake up very early for work the next day so we did have a little trouble sleeping with the noise.) Nothing major though...would return!

Really liked the style of this place (well done modern industrial). The food and beers at the brewery were great, nice location also. The room was very clean and spacious.

Loved the auberge room and the beer in the Brasserie! However, I did not enjoy the food. Strange combos on the menu and not tasty. There also need some more healthy options on the menu.
