I was very disappointed with this hotel. Although it is advertised as a 4-star property, it does not even meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. The owners of the hotel group should spend at least a couple of nights here themselves to understand how uncomfortable the rooms are and how poorly the entire property is maintained. The furniture is old, the rooms are outdated, and the hotel feels neglected. Instead of a 4-star hotel, it feels more like staying in a hostel. One of the most surprising things was that the hotel charges €2.50 per night just to use the in-room safe. For a hotel claiming to be 4 stars, this kind of extra charge feels unnecessarily petty and leaves a very poor impression.

Clean and good view from the rooms but very dated and poor quality finish throughout. Needs a major overall. Breakfast was plentiful. More Hostel feel than Hotel.

Hotel is more like a hostel. The bar and restaurant for dinner and after evening was fun and the staff were absolutely outstanding. The beach views are phenomenal and the location is great. But the hotel room itself is awful. The air conditioner/heater didn’t work, the bathroom had absolutely no counter space. The shower was in an old rinky dink bath tub with an old school shower curtain. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower had the tops off and the bottles were empty. The back of the bathroom door was chipped, stained, and dirty. The pillows were lumpy like they were filled with chunks of foam. The room was beyond yucky. I never leave bad reviews, I’m sorry Duna Parque, but trying to save someone else from my awful experience. In dire need of a remodel.
