Hometown Inn & Suites

Property is filthy, stained sheets. Dirty carpets and furniture. The door lock on the inside of my room looked like it had been broken into before. Yucky smell through property.

Not a great choice, the room was stuffy, carpet dark and smelly, refrigerator did not work, took 24 hours for a replacement and our food was no longer edible. No compensation for the food. Linen was not crisp and white but dull.

At first glance everything looked fine from the outside… once I was in the room, it was very out dated. Smelled like old cigarettes. Walls very dirty, sheets and bedding was dirty. Had to request a new set of sheets. Bathroom was poorly updated not very clean at all. And lastly we saw a few roach’s on our last morning while getting ready to leave and right before we left to check out. Glad we kept all our belongings in bags. For the price I should have known it may have issues. Definitely not booking with them again.

Good for the price. The hotel was decent and affordable, but it had very basic amenities. There was no iron, blow dryer, shampoo, or conditioner in the room. There was also no luggage cart, no elevator, and no breakfast. If you just need a simple place to stay and want to save money, it may still work for you.

Run, run, and run. Bed bugs. The room (207) was extremely hot and the owner kept saying that someone would come fix the ac No one showed up and so I sat in the lobby because I became sick from heat. Many family members of the hotel owners arrived and went to the back but no one helped or asked to help. I went back up to the room because the front desk lady gave me a fan to use. I woke up in the middle of the night and a damn bed bug was crawling above my head. I ran out of there with my luggage and downstairs to the front desk. Hotel has no elevator. The front desk man asked, is that a bed bug? Im sorry, I'll give you a refund. Never again.
