Lovely hotel and staff at check in were great

This was not a good experience. We decided to stay at a “nice” hotel rather than the Hyatt Place or Hampton Inn, like we usually do. There was nothing special about this hotel. It was centrally located and clean. But…..the hotel parking was $45, there was no fridge in the room, nothing to set the place apart from the competition. Here’s the kicker though: there was the loudest screaming I’ve ever heard in a hotel in my life from 11pm to 1am. Several people on our floor called the front desk and they sent “security” up to try to quiet it down to no avail. Our sleep and stay was terrible…..but there was no offer to refund part of our rate or make it right in some way. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was a really bad experience. I wish I had my money back.

Dinner and cocktail selection were excellent, as was the service. One staff member had a penguin join us at our table - great fun!

Great hotel concept and execution

I loved this place. Keep the indoor pool, chains, give me an art museum instead! The room was extremely clean and comfortable, too. Staff was attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. Art was GREAT. Loved the location. No notes.
