Affordable Suites Statesville

I have stayed at this location in past(3 times) and was always impressed. However this stay was not impressive ad previous stays. The room was smaller and was just one large room. No couch, bathroom missing toilet roll holder,White over 'spray specks on floor along the wall. A/C not providing accurate temperature. Staff very friendly and professional over the phone. I hope I don't get room 229 if I decide to stay again.

Very impressed. It was a one bedroom condo essentially. Big bad big room big bathroom kitchen with a full living room. Super clean.

Kitchen was prepared has Keurig

They were great and we will be back.

To be totally fair we got bumped to the sister hotel due to over booking. Still a “Affordable Suite” but 15 minutes further away from the event. Room was filthy and it smelled bad. They had the exhaust fan on but it didn’t help. The dresser drawer was broken off and laying in the closet. After I used the bathroom towel I realized it was dirty - not stained - DIRTY with curly hairs attached to it and on the floor. The lampshade in the bedroom was coated with dust. I took it outside and beat it off. No hairdryer and the bed was squeekie and mushy. I could go on and on. I would not have stayed but there was an event in town and no where else to go and it was 9 pm
