Motel très bien situé. Choix de chambre avec ou sans cuisinette. La piscine pourrait être mieux entretenue car l’eau était toujours embrouillée.

Staff was very polite, room and grounds were clean, pool was good, easy parking, everything was in walking distance.

Beds were not comfortable. A lot of young people partying at the pool so we couldn’t use it till dark when they were gone. No shower pressure and toilets were hard to flush. Pool was not heated but was clean. Staff was really great though. Will definitely not stay again. Way too many young people partying.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to park and use the pool before check-in time. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Great location for getting to the beach and restaurants.

Happy with this property. Extremely convenient location. One block from the beach, and not far to the boardwalk, very walkable. Room appeared to have been repainted, full fridge with small freezer and microwave. Room was clean upon arrival. Rooms are on the smaller side- even getting the studio room. However, was sufficient for my family of 4 for a few days. Beds were not the most comfortable but slept okay every night. Heated pool was perfect after a day at the beach, nice and warm. Would stay here again!

I stayed over for one night, when we finally got sunshine right in time for my birthday! The room was nice, recently remodeled. The pool was chilly but they were just opening for the season. Alex and the others made me feel comfortable and safe as a single woman traveler. I'll definitely go back!

The rooms were spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were efficient and curtious . Parking great. Easily walkable to beach.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway! CLEAN and convenient. 1 block from the beach and so close to everything. We’d definitely stay again!

Great experience, the only thing I wasn't happy with is the AC unit in our room. It was dirty and moldy. Felt safe with security at night. Very happy and will be back!! Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised. I was only staying on night for a function near by My only complaint was the floors were super dirty. I was unaware until i gor ready for bed. I took my shoes off and walked arou d barefoot to get ready for bed. My feet were black. That is the only issue i had.

They overcharged for the room ,gave me a price of 185 and charged 250. The bedspread had hair and dirty smudges,no cups I n the bathroom, the curtain didnt cover the window

People were nice that worked there.. however day 2 our water stopped working and when it was "fixed" it barely came out of the shower head. Also, floors were SO dirty.

Clean room. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. A lot of questions to sign and answer on check in. Felt like I was buying a car. Would have liked to have had a deadbolt on the door. Would go there again.

The first time I stayed at this motel a few years ago, it was decent and clean, which is why I decided to stay there again. This time, the bathroom was filthy and it didn’t work properly, especially the faucet where the water came out in a trickle. The door to the room was rusty and gross. It is a great location for walking to the beach. The staff is very nice.

Have realistic expectations. This is a two star motel in Hampton. You will not have luxury and renovated rooms. Pros: Staff were very nice and room was clean. I enjoyed the pool and part of it is shady if you want to escape the sun. AC worked well and the fan could be turned up high to drown out the background noise on the street. Cons: If you have a bad back and need a firmer mattress, this is not the place for you. The mattresses were very soft, slopped, and springy. I felt like I was sleeping on an unsupported trampoline. If it wasn’t for the mattresses, I would come back. The TV did not work and the electrical outlet was missing a face plate, which could be a danger for children. However, the staff immediately fixed the issues. There are no towel bars except for one plastic hook in my room. If you use a towel for your body and your hair and have multiple people along with beach towels, you’re going to have towels hanging all over the room and it’s messy and stressful. There wasn’t even a place to hang a hand towel for the sink. That is an easy fix. I hope the hotel remediates. Location: very convenient and walking distance to the beach, playground, and great restaurants. However, if you get a room close to the road on a weekend, be prepared for loud noise up until 2am or later. Please note you could end up on a third floor and there is no elevator.

Check in was fast and easy.Room was clean but a little dark. Asked for towels young man was very pleasant and received towels quickly all the staff was very pleasant. Only problems Wi-Fi did not work and people upstairs were very noisy lots of running even after 10pm. Called office 3 times last time person said she would go up and talk to them but never did probably will not stay there again. First time in 2021 was great. Would go again if I coulda room in same building as office. Other building was too noisy.

The establishment is clean and the customer service was great. My family and I only stayed there for one night before heading back home. Check out was quick. Only giving 4 stars because the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Showers are very small, would be a good idea to keep brroms in the rooms to sweep up the sand when needed.

Only issue was matresses weren’t very comfortable. Ive heard others say it was very comfy so maybe mine are being upgraded soon? Otherwise staff was great, overall happy

The room has seen a bunch of use over the years, and is due for a gut job. It smelled a bit moldy. The location was great and the staff where fantastic.

Cet endroit est chaleureux. La force, le service a la clientèle et le confort de ses clients. La faiblesse est l'endroit nest pas bien insonorisé. J'attendais constamment marcher au dessus de ma tête, le bruit des voisins den hsut et le ventilateur de la salle de bain des voisins en haut. Une chance que je me couchais tard et que le matin je me levais tôt pour aller sur la plage. L'emplacement est prêt de tout. Tres rapproché du casino ou jai assisté a un concert.

1. There was a guy putting a kid on the roof next to pool letting him jump in and then i woke up and drove all the way to get dunkin donuts coffee and came back and put all my stuff on the table right outside leaving the door open and the security took upon himself to decide my coffee was empty? I just got it and he threw that away with $40 other items and all i got 2as an offer to replace a coffee they accused me of being empty and the Teenage girls in the office were unhelpful and i was offered $5 compensate for the gas to go back for another coffee after spending over $350- forcoffee when it cost more in gas to go

The room i rented it was with a kitchenette the problem with that was that it didn't have a hood fan above the stove so whatever you cooked all the fumes stay in the room and all you're clothes smellet with whatever you cooked with, 2nd there was no closet to hang up you're clothes, 3rd the shower they have is so tight that you can't even wash you're behind. When we first arrived into the room there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, the bathroom window didn't have a screen on it, the wall air-conditioner was black filled with mold and dust one off the ceiling lights was burned. We demanded that they change us to another room and the owner said that they would charge us 500.00 US $ more for another room, and if we didn't like it, she said that we could leave the premises and that she would not give us our money back for the weeks booking. Thanks to Alex that works there as a handyman he changed the light fixture on the ceiling, put a screen on the bathroom window and cleaned the room and air conditioner he removed all the mosquitoes from the room, he apologized for the room's condition, thanks to Alex, he made the room more livable..But no fan above the stove top 🙄 and no closet for you're clothes 😳 yabba dabba doo
