It would have been nice if they had a doona on the bed as it was in the middle of winter. U could let the cleaner's have a little more time to clean the main door as u walk in. clean and well-maintained door creates a positive first impression for guests upon arrival. Other than that the stay was OK

Mould in bathroom . Squashed bugs on the pull down blind . Light rail over bed makes sitting up in bed uncomfortable and prone to bumping head on it . Plus not really cheap as far as motels go .

It was cold, dark and the rain had started to fall. We were late arriving but that was no trouble. The staff were friendly and hospitable and suggested the restaurant within the complex for our dinner. Brilliant ! Some delicious options there. The room was basic but was clean had everything we needed. A mattress topper wouldn’t go astray. Tea and coffee and bikkies appreciated ! Above all fantastic service from the team.

the air conditioner was leaking water all over my paperwork. the extraction fan in the toilet did not work! staff were rude .I cancelled my stay and was told I was not entitled for a refund. so I told the manager to charge me an extra day and they promised to pay me back $1,000 in $300 dollars a week. worst place I have ever stayed in ,I do not recommend this place. cengizhan Mustafa. Very friendly Managers who started at Christmas. Surprised at how quiet the room was as the Motel is accessed by a side road next to the highway. Our room was located at the rear of the site and we did not have any traffic noise. There is a beautiful park directly opposite. We will definitely stay there again.
