The staff was so great and the property is updated and clean. There is limited parking in the entire town, which is nothing unusual for a city of this size. The breakfast is standard hotel fare and more than adequate. The pool was nice for our 4 year old, but older kids would probably not be impressed. I would definitely recommend as an option to save money and have easy access to downtown Boston.

We like the look, the breakfast and the room was nice, beds and pillows were comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to pay for parking as a guest, adding to the price of the room. It made me feel like it was a scam because it added $30 a night to our stay

Hotel is clean and quiet ! Front desk very friendly and helpful. We spent two nights over there and the room was not serviced. Not sure why, maybe you have to ask for it. On Saturday night , we had problem parking our car because the parking space is limited. Breakfast was great!

The staff was very courteous however there were some operational issues. The pool was closed: the ice maker didn’t work and I got trapped in the stairwell because my electronic key didn’t function. I spent 10 minutes going up and down the stairwell trying to get out!

Very unassuming property. Rooms are fine, clean and convenient, but smell of weed is all over the place. We stayed there to be close to TD garden. Uber back and forth is about 60 bucks. Parking on property is 30. Take it in consideration if you are booking for an event in the Garden. Breakfast is average, waffles, cereal , toasts, eggs , sausage. I would say it is perfect for quick overnight if you are heading to an airport. The area around is bit run down and not something you expect of Boston.

The room smelled horribly of smoke from prior guest, i did advise staff and the saud it had already been reported, just not sure why room would of been rented in that condition, it was bad. However the staff did offer to switch us but we were only there for night and it was already dinner time when we checked in.

Within walking distance of Bus station the "T". You can definitely hear the train's horn, but I was surprised that it didn't bother me while I slept. Having a nice breakfast every morning was a plus. Space around bed is a tad tight. If you want to casually sit and watch TV, you have to sit on the bed.

I thought the bed was hard and not too comfortable, the room was a bit small compared to other hotels. The shower was spacious however there was a weird metal plate as a drain that the water dripped on and made a really loud noise while you were taking a shower. Great budget friendly stay. The train is nusance to sleeping soundly and light over the bed flickered in the night which was also awkward to sleep through once the train whistles woke me. When front desk was questioned, i was told the train stopped after 9pm until morning. That was not the case. Disappionting! The rest of the stay inckuding breakfast was excellent.

NOISY! If you think you’re staying near the airport, you’re not. This hotel is right next to railway tracks that have loud trains honking their very loud horns because of all the roads they cross. There was loud motorbikes, cars and trucks. It was a little like staying in a nice room with single glazing. It was simply awful considering the cost. We were also unlucky that our room was right next to an electrical storage that was clearly being used throughout the night. If you have a choice I would avoid this hotel. The room itself was actually tastefully appointed and very clean but its location and noise problems made it terrible.

All cups and cutlery is disposable, so not super environmentally friendly. No complaints at this hotel.

Manager Joana was very kind and courteous to my wife and I during our two night stay. She let us stay an additional two hours when asked. Definitely recommend this hotel. We will be coming to this hotel again when visiting Boston.

Convenient location, safe and clean. Wonderful staff. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t share any thoughts about it. My only suggestion is if you have any kind of physical limitation, you may want to ask for a room not so far from the elevators . The walked to my room was quite a distance. Not sure if there are elevators on the opposite side. I didn’t see any. Also, the temperature in the building seemed unusually hot and stuffy. Needs better circulation.

Large Property, staff allowed us to checkout earlier as wewere done with our tournament early. Great place to stay. Only thing is please provide more protein based breakfast items. Very carb heavy.

Appears to be newly renovated, our shower was improperly installed and did not drain as it should, just filled up the end opposite the drain. Breakfast area not attended, awful coffee.

Happy with my experience at this hotel. The room was clean; the breakfast options were good for the price, and the location was ideal for hopping on the SL3 bus to downtown Boston. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

The pool was tiny and kept very cold. There were no towels in the pool room and when we told the front desk we were given a few but they didn’t restock the pool room. The breakfast was good and had decent options but the coffee ran out quickly and was only available first thing in the morning.
