Une nuit passée la veille d'un départ depuis l'aéroport de Orly situé à 10 minutes. Chambre parfaite avec literie excellente, aménagements de qualité, WC séparés de la salle de bain. Parking et petit déjeuner très complet. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je reviendrai.

À Deux pas de l aéroport d’Orly, desservie par tram avec l arrêt à 50m, personnel à l écoute, toujours prêt à vous aider.L’hôtel est rescent, le parking est un peu petit mais dispose de bornes de recharge.

Très bon hôtel avec un parking avec borne de recharge. Petit-déjeuner buffet très copieux pour un prix correct. L’ensemble du personnel rencontre a été particulièrement gentil est bienveillant. Les chambre sont de bonne taille pour la région parisienne ! Très grande salle de bains bien équipée.

We stayed in apartment 601. While the room is very well appointed and clean, there was a very strong smell of raw sewage coming from the kitchen sink and bathroom. Management wasn’t able to help.

The hotel and rooms are very clean with daily housekeeping. The hotel is close to bus and metro stations which helps in getting around. The people in reception speak English and are very friendly and helpful. My only issue with the hotel is the issue with the TV ( can’t watch TV) without chrome cast. Also, room has no microwave.

Very well presented hotel. I booked a deluxe double room with a jacuzzi bath. The room was very comfortable and spacious. For me It was worth paying the extra money for the pleasure. Staff are wonderful, very welcoming and helpful, it really was a very pleasant stay , thankyou.

A notre arrivée nous nous sommes rendu dans la chambre qui était glacée il faisait hyper froid. J’étais avec ma mère âgée et malade donc très déçu. Ensuite la salle de bain et les WC pareil du carrelage de partout et les deux hyper froid. Je ne conseillerais pas votre hôtel à qui que ce soit. Je ne reviendrais plus jamais. Pour le petit dej pareil j’étais obligé d’aller le chercher moi même sachant que ma mère n’allait vraiment pas bien on m’a dit c’est plus cher si on vous l’apporte en chambre. Aucune humanité. Merci mais ça sera la dernière fois pour nous.

Brand new property, would have preferred a Queen or a King size mattress not two king size single’s pushed together but overall an excellent hotel with a decent breakfast available. The highlight of this hotel was Doriann on the front desk he was simply wonderful in providing great service including speaking to us in English and helping us with our French, thanks Doriann you are a credit to this hotel

Le personnel présent ce jour-là a été très accueillante et attentif à mon confort, que j’ai trouvé excellent en plus de ça m’a surclassé malgré le problème de stationnement. Elle s’est également montrés soucieuse de la sécurité de mon véhicule mais aucun incident n’est survenu, ce qui témoigne du bon niveau de sécurité de la ville.

Le personnel présent ce jour-là a été très accueillante et attentif à mon confort, que j’ai trouvé excellent en plus de ça m’a surclassé malgré le problème de stationnement. Elle s’est également montrés soucieuse de la sécurité de mon véhicule mais aucun incident n’est survenu, ce qui témoigne du bon niveau de sécurité de la ville.

Superbe hôtel, flambant neuf ! Personnel très sympathique et petit déjeuner délicieux ! Autour de l'hôtel c'est un peu "mort" mais c'est à 10mn d'Orly.

À Deux pas de l aéroport d’Orly, desservie par tram avec l arrêt à 50m, personnel à l écoute, toujours prêt à vous aider.L’hôtel est rescent, le parking est un peu petit mais dispose de bornes de recharge.

Great hotel. we enjoyed our time there. We even ordered pizza, one day from room services. It was delicious. The immediate location was just ok but Paris isn’t that far away and there is a train nearby so it was fine.

Gostamos muito, fomos super bem atendidos e a estrutura foi muito boa. Nós usamos o Hotel apenas para dormir mesmo, não utilizamos nada da estrutura. O café da manhã estava muito bom, não tem tanta variedade, mas estava tudo muito bem feito.

Très bel hôtel, très propre. Petit déjeuner très complet..manque seulement un resto sur place, (choix complet malgré tout à proximité) quelques finitions non effectuées et indiqué sur hôtels.com que le parking bien que très pratique est payant.

I’ve arrived at the hotel at 1am but there was no problem with it. Rooms are big enough and clean. Service was ok too. Nice breakfast.

Très bon hôtel avec un parking avec borne de recharge. Petit-déjeuner buffet très copieux pour un prix correct. L’ensemble du personnel rencontre a été particulièrement gentil est bienveillant. Les chambre sont de bonne taille pour la région parisienne ! Très grande salle de bains bien équipée.

Avoid this hotel – security and safety failures, dismissive staff This was a genuinely horrible experience. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful ordeal due to serious safety and security failures, compounded by a dismissive attitude from staff when we raised them. Security lock not functioning: The supplementary door lock — the mechanism separate from the electronic keycard that's supposed to stop the room being opened from outside — simply did not work. When we brought this to a staff member's attention, he tested it, saw for himself that it failed, and then laughed in our face and told us it wasn't something a hotel room door needed. For a hotel of this classification, this is an inexcusable and required safety feature to be missing, let alone to have our concerns mocked. Room change dragged out: The staff member refused to move us and we had to repeatedly return to the front desk to chase this up over an extended period before anything actually happened. Injured by a trip hazard: The replacement room had its own defect, a loose, unfixed door threshold that we tripped over. We have photos proving the state it was left in. Repair handled with total disregard for guests: When staff finally came to fix the threshold, they let themselves into the room with barely any warning while we were still inside, and applied adhesive that was still wet without asking us to leave, without warning us it hadn't cured. Completely ridiculous failing for a "4 star.

tiny room, with little amenities - no coffee in room, no hand soap, shampoo or conditioner. bar / restaurant was closed by the time we checked in around 10pm. do yourself a favor and stay at hilton garden inn if you need a quick stay near orly.
