B&B Le Stanze del Duomo

Can’t beat the location! But lots of stairs snd older building so be prepared if you have luggage. Room was spacious and right out side of the door is beautiful views of the church and city center.

Ottima posizione. Personale sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Stanze spaziose e comode. Il parcheggio convenzionato è comodo e vicino alla struttura. Le zone della struttura sono ben tenute meno quelle comuni del palazzo (ascensore/scale).

Had a great time here, less then a block to el Duomo Close to much of Florence downtown No laundry services on site which is not what it said on Expedia Very friendly staff Overall would recommend!!

Loved the large bathroom in the suite. Room was clean. They changed linens daily. Downside is the tiny elevator if you have large suitcases.

Très bien situé, à deux pas du Dôme et près de tous les lieux importants. Accueil très bien avec des conseils de restauration très appréciables et pertinents. Petit déjeuner excellent. Le parking proposé se charge d’enregistrer le véhicule pour la zone ztl. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Great location right next to the Duomo, we had a spacious family room. It's located in an older building with a small lift but worked well for us. Breakfast was in a restaurant close by which was very nice.

This was more of an apartment arrangement versus an actual hotel. You had to get into the building with a code we didn’t have (thankfully someone let us in) and access the registration desk on the mezzanine level. The room they reserved for us was on the fourth floor without elevator access. Thankfully there was another room available on the mezzanine level. It was very spacious and clean. The location is great for walking around the Duomo.

Hotel has a great location but not easy to find, elevator to small and too noisy at night.

Loved the property. It was right in the centre of everything, we had a huge room but to access it we did have to go down a lot of stairs, luckily we had backpacks. But I. Saying that the room or I should say rooms were great and unique

Hébergement situé plein cœur du quartier historique et proche des monuments et des commerces. Chambre familiale, tres spatieuse et calme côté. L'hôtel a un partenariat avec un garage situé à 300m et moyennant un cout de 35€ par jour pour un SUV. Sachant qu'à Florence il est interdit de circuler et que votre vehicule sera declaré a la police locale pour eviter les amendes.

The location was excellent , the room was spacious and very clean , bed was comfy and big , Our room was dingy and rather sparse so there was nowhere to put anything but the staff are lovely we had 2 issues which were immediately resolved , The pictures in the advert do not resemble the property itself which was old and the foyer was dirty and unwelcoming which could easily be improved ,

Struttura nel cuore del centro di Firenze. Stanza pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Vicinissima a tutti i centri di interesse della città. Ottimo rapporto qualora prezzo. La colazione è servita presso un locale poco distante. Si presenta molto curato e pulito Colazione internazionale no particolarmente ricca ma tutto buonissimo Inoltre, partendo noi all'alba ci hanno fatto avere una box in camera per poter usufruire della colazione. Gesto aprezzatisdimo Siamo stati benissimo. Personale professionale e cortese. Firenze in una parola meravigliosa

Location was great. Rooms do not look like on the pictures, maybe they were like this many years ago. Place needs a update and refresh,There was some mold in the bathroom

Room was good the staff was amazing but the hotel and elevator smells really bad

The location of the hotel was incredible, you could see the Duomo from the street and it was a 10 minute walk to all the major sites. The property itself was nice although the bathroom was a little more run down/moldy. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed when we arrived and mostly just performed check in and check out.

This property was expensive for what you get. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The entrance had a foul smell and was run down. The noise from outside was difficult and the only window opened on a smelly courtyard- so we couldn’t escape the smell no matter what. I would not recommend this hotel and since we had no choice because it was refundable, we stayed.

If you book the family room, confirm you are in the one that is in the pictures online. We were in a dungeon- you literally open the door to two flights of stairs into a dark hole. No art on the walls and window looks out to a dark alley. It was quiet and staff was nice but it was not as advertised. Not appropriate for young children as the steps were steep and immediate after opening the door. Location was good and some lights and art would go a long way.

Great location with a balcony. You can look left on the balcony and see the bapistry at the Duomo. Look right and the Medici palace is on the corner. Locaton was perfect. Room was simple with huge doors that opened to the balcony. I’d stay here again

Bed was very uncomfortable (very hard and you could hear and feel the springs with every move) - other than that it was very nice.

The building is very old, but the unit itself was updated. Location can't be beat. Literally steps to the Duomo. The pull out bed was uncomfortable and noisy. It even had a small dried blood stain in a corner, which was gross. Overall, it was ok.

The room was mostly clean and the staff were nice. It is a good location for walking. But it is extremely noisy outside, located above a bar. Hard to sleep with the constant noise from the garbage area just outside. Sounds of bottles being deposited all night long and very early in the morning. Across the street from a school or something like that, with hoards of teenagers making a lot of noise early in the morning.

We booked the Premium Apartment 3 bedroom for 2 adults, 2 20 yr olds and a 14 yr old. We only stayed one night but certainly stay here in the future. The rooms were spacious, the location was perfect and the staff was wonderful!

Nice location near the duomo, shopping, and museums. Train station is a 10 minute walk. Wifi was absolutely horrible...wouldnt stay connected for longer than 5 mins. The room we had was clean and spacious. It was a little difficult to find our room but i felt safe as there 4 different doors you had to get through. The TV had only 1 station to watch.

The gal at check in and out was excellent. The room was nice and tidy. A bit small and could use a table to sit at.

I had a great stay here — the location is perfect, within walking distance to most major sights, shops, and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise for a city hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Interesting hotel set in an old building but rooms very modern. Rooms clean. Staff friendly and helpful. My main concern was that Internet was not working on our side of the 2nd floor.

Property is within walking distance of all major attractions, right next to Duomo. One word of caution, there is no service available from midnight to 8:00 am even for emergencies. So for instance one gets locked out during these hours, there is no assistance available.

LOVED IT!! We stayed in Santa Croce room. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with suggestions where to visit, dine and arranging transportation to the airport. Our room was clean, bright and had lots of space making it very comfortable. It was also on the back of the building so it was quiet, no street noise. It was walking distance to most of the sights and shopping. We would highly recommend this stay and would absolutely stay there next time.

Location was perfect, near everything. No 24 hr front desk. Our room for 4 was very spacious. The property was getting renovations done and was noisy in the morning. Another problem is that the glass front door slams at all time and at night is annoying and loud. Difficult to sleep if you are in the first rooms. The staff is super friendly.

Upon arrival we were greeted by two very pleasant associates. We checked in. As soon as we got there, we tried to turn the air conditioning to be cooler. It was not working. One of the young ladies came to our room and tried adjusting it. We spent a very uncomfortable night the first night. I returned to the office on the morning of June 11 and complained that the room was not cooling. The second room that my son-in-law, grandchildren, and daughter were in was absolutely fine. I was told on June 11 that the housekeeping staff had reported water on the floor and our unit was not working correctly. She at that time said she would contact the manager. At that time we were given a fan and some sort of cooling unit that was dirty. At 11:30 PM the second night we were trying to cool down the room with the fans and clean the cooling unit that was provided. The next morning we met with the manager and she was Very unpleasant. She tried to tell us that the rooms were absolutely fine and that the air conditioning is an older unit, and we are just not used to having the room as cool as we would like. I knew that she was being dishonest, because the workers the day before told us that the unit was not working and that they had called someone and they had not showed up. The second room that my son-in-law, daughter, and grandchildren were in, was absolutely fine and cooled perfectly. I feel that she rude and inconsiderate, We were moved to another room. Emailed hotel to no avail.

The location of this property is simply amazing with the Duomo being just around the corner and since is located on the city center every other remarkable activity or place to visit is in walkable distance. The lady at the reception was really helpful and even offered to give us a map of the city with various locations , restaurants, and things to do around the city.

Our visit was great! Unfortunately a fuse tripped on our floor and the emergency number they gave us/the number on the website did not work. We had no power all night, which means no air conditioning either so it was an uncomfortable night with the heat. As long as you don’t have any emergencies after 9pm it’s a great place. Everything else was great!

We arrived and checked in immediately. We messed up our reservation on our part with the length we eere staying at this location. They fixed us right up. The extra day we needed to stay here was reasonable and we were handled very professionally. They gave us extra help towards arranging a taxi for our departure and have agreed to try and help with our Rome reservation.

Struttura al centro di Firenze. Facile da raggiungere molto vicina alla stazione. Il personale ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile, io e i miei amici abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i suggerimenti sui vari ristornati e posti da vedere. Le camere non sono eccessivamente grandi ma sono dotate di tutti i comfort. Impeccabile la pulizia. Un grandissimo grazie al personale della reception che ci ha permesso di posare lì i bagagli mentre eravamo ancora in giro. Gentilissime!!

Hotel muito bom! Localização excelente. Mas o barulho da região é péssimo. Começa às 23h, 6h/7h da manhã, muito barulho nas ruas ao redor, de caminhoes de lixo e limpezas da cidade.

The location was excellent. We walked to everything we wanted to see and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

The entrance was a bit diaspponting, dirty stairs but then everything was excellent. A bit noisy because the hotel is in Main Street, very near The Duomo. Everything is nearby even the railway station!

Location was fantastic and great shower pressure. Room was a good size for Italy.

Location good for site seeing,very close to the cathedral, but the downside is its noisy late into the early hours especially when the refuse lorries empty the bins at 2am. Also great if you like chuch bells at 7am.

Check in is a little bit confusing, just need clear indication at the entrance of building that you need to take the elevator to A level to check in, other than that, ladies at reception are polite, helpful and friendly! Building is clean and safe, room is roomy and clean and location couldn’t be better! Right in the center of town, walkable everywhere and stores and restaurants even laundromats at a short walking distance. Breakfast service is provided at a restaurant short walk from the hotel, simple but good options provided to fill your stomach and prepare for a day of sightseeing. I Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel housekeepers were AMAZING. The room was cleaned extremely well and quickly. Hotel room was extremely hot, compared to the other hotels we stayed in during our Italy trip it was awful. Room locks via key from INSIDE as well as outside, creating a big safety hazard. Breakfast not included, despite booking website advertisement. Cost 8 euro per person for their breakfast not even located in the same building. Easier to get breakfast in a local cafe for half the price.

Great location, yet very small room. Very loud, we had to purchase ear plugs to sleep. Had to walk to another venue for breakfast which stopped at 10:30am, we thought we had booked a bed and breakfast. Housekeeping didn’t clean cups or glasses. Mini fridge was loud and leaked during our stay. It was unfortunately our last accommodation after a month of travelling in Europe and was the least comfortable. We were disappointed.

Place was clean and nice overall. Walking distance to all major attractions, 2min walk to the main cathedral, 10min walk to the main train station. The breakfast option that the hotel offers was the best from our stay in Italy

Perfekt läge! Riktigt bra service och charmigt hotell. Frukosten är tyvärr lite tråkig. Finns inte så mycket att välja på och det som finns är sådär. Det enda negativa med hotellet är ljudnivån från gatan, då det låter mycket under hela natten.

It was a good stay after all, but some advices: the photos are not accurate to the rooms, our bathroom was very old and the shower small. Also, the breakfast is not in the building which means that you have to walk to the place where they serve. The location is what compensates this other issues.

Très chouette séjour à deux pas du Duomo. Petit déjeuner complet organisé dans un restaurant à quelques minutes à pied. Un peu de bruit la nuit des camions de nettoyage et bouteilles mais on ne peut pas avoir le centre et le calme, il faut choisir. Nous avons adoré et le conseillons volontiers
