We absolutely loved our stay here and would book this home again without hesitation. The house truly makes you feel like you’re living in the forest. It’s peaceful, private, and surrounded by beautiful redwoods, yet only about five minutes from one of the coolest beaches we’ve ever visited. If you’re staying here, be sure to check the low tide schedule. Visiting the beach during low tide was one of the highlights of our trip. Our two kids spent hours exploring caves and caverns that are normally underwater, searching for seashells, and finding sand dollars. It felt like a completely different world. While Trees of Mystery and Redwoods National Park are about an hour away, I honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The drive along the coast is breathtaking and feels like you’re entering another world with every turn. It became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The host was fantastic—very communicative, responsive, and genuinely kind. During checkout, my son got hurt unexpectedly, which delayed us leaving. The host was incredibly understanding and gracious about our late departure, and we really appreciated that kindness during a stressful moment. The home was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. There were plenty of spices, kitchen essentials, and thoughtful amenities throughout the house. The playroom closet had with so many toys, games, and activities for kids. the yard is amazingI cant say enough great things and if I had more space here, I would keep going.

We truly enjoyed your home. We had a family graduation and it was perfect for our family. The beds were great and the big table was great for game playing cards. The outside area was great. Loved having the beach gear to use like towels and chairs.. your kitchen knives are so dull. They should be thrown out. You need to offer a washer and dryer for families that stay for a week. Loved staying in the secluded woods. Lots of parking. Lovely yard

Loved this pet-friendly stay in Trinidad! Very close to town (under 5 minutes) for groceries as well as some great hikes. Spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area so everyone in our family (including two dogs) were comfortable. The huge fenced backyard and patio among the trees is a special highlight! The host was very communicative and check-in was a breeze.
