A comunicação com a pousada não é boa, tive dificuldade na reserva. Tentamos obter lenha para a lareira, mas tinha um horário específico para isso e tbm não tinha disponibilidade no dia. Achei as toalhas de banho bem surradas. A reposição das refeições demoradas, até mesmo pratos e talheres. A equipe de recreação para as crianças é muito boa, solicita e simpática, mas nas piscinas não tinha nenhum guardião, o que eu acho uma temeridade. As instalações são boas e bem cuidadas. As comidas são simples, mas bem feitas e saborosas.
