Perfect location right next to the Reutlingen train station, and a short walk into town. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. For me, the co-working area in the lounge downstairs was really great as I was working remotely during my stay.

Etwas verarscht fühlt man sich mit dem Parkplatz. Man bezahlt für den Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, doch es ist nicht garantiert, dass am Ende auch ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Sobald man kurz weg fährt kann es passieren, dass es keinen freien Platz mehr gibt. Bitte verkauft auch nur so viele Parkplätze wie es auch tatsächlich Platz hat! Die Zimmer müffeln etwas und es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber ausreichend für 1-2 Nächte. Liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Frühstück ist gut aber nichts aussergewöhnliches, Brot, Wurst, Käse, Müsli, Kaffee, bisschen Gemüse.

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage am Bahnhof. Parkplätze stehen mit 12 € am Hotel zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Safe, Wasserkocher etc. Das Hotel war trotz Lage am Bahnhof sehr ruhig und gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber zu wenig Platz für alle Gäste. Auch der Lobby- und sonstiger Hotelbereich sind modern eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum in dem man spielen kann. Dieser hat Automaten mit allem was man möchte und Gläser etc. stehen daneben zu Verfügung. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super. Einziger Punktabzug ist der Check in, dieser ist ausbaufähig und müsste besser koordiniert und dokumentiert werden.

We loved the room. It was clean and large and had lots of storage space. The soap smelled nicer than other hotels use. The lounge and breakfast area were nice. We enjoyed the restaurant just down the road. And it was SO close to the train station's which was very handy. The breakfast was alright. Would have liked some hot food choices but what was offered was good. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating to english speakers. Negative was that the walls or something made creaking/bump noises during the day and night? Didn’t see much of the town because the restaurant and train were so close. Overall pleasant stay!

Schönes, neues Hotel in guter Lage. Gute Zimmergröße und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bequeme Matratze, aber leider “steifes” Kissen (Gelkissen oder sowas). Bei einer der zwei Decken doch einige Haare noch dran, daher ein Punkt Abzug bei der Sauberkeit. Haben es erst spät abends bemerkt, sonst hätten wir nachgefragt ob man die Decke neu beziehen kann. Ansonsten sauber.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen, Umgebung und Verbindung top, das einzige was uns am meisten gestört hat, Fenster kann man nicht öffnen für Frischluft und auch die Heizung ist entweder 24 Grad oder komplett aus. Ein Stern weniger, sonst wären es 5 Sterne

Ich war wirklich von dem wirklich funktionell eingerichteten Zimmer sehr positiv überrascht. Bett war ausgezeichnet, 1 Flasche Wasser war kostenlos. Der riesige Fernseher top. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff are friendly, however the rooms have no closet and fridge which for long stay is not the best. As a seasoned travelled I would not stay in this hotel longer than 2 nights. However, I am disabled and use a wheelchair and the facilities for disabled are good.

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage am Bahnhof. Parkplätze stehen mit 12 € am Hotel zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Safe, Wasserkocher etc. Das Hotel war trotz Lage am Bahnhof sehr ruhig und gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber zu wenig Platz für alle Gäste. Auch der Lobby- und sonstiger Hotelbereich sind modern eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum in dem man spielen kann. Dieser hat Automaten mit allem was man möchte und Gläser etc. stehen daneben zu Verfügung. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super. Zunächst einmal möchte ich klarstellen, dass ich das Hotel für eine echte Bereichung für Reutlingen empfinde und ich in Zukunft auch wieder dort übernachten würde. Es gibt in Reutlingen generell nicht so viele Hotels und von denen, die es gibt, es das Riku mit Abstand das Beste - trotz der Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs und dem entsprechenden Publikum. Trotzdem könnte das Hotel noch besser werden. 1. Parkplätze: es ist in Ordnung, 12 EUR/Tag für den Parkplatz zu berechnen, aber dann sollte auch sichergestellt sein, dass der Parkplatz zuverlässig genutzt werden kann. 2. Internet: ist langsam und wegen Geoblocking (mein Handy und Laptop meinten, ich würde mich in den Niederlanden befinden), konnten Mediatheken von deutschen Sendern nicht genutzt werden. 3. Frühstück: die Qualität der Produkte war gut (der Kaffee sogar sehr gut!), aber insgesamt war die Auswahl überschaubar und die Theke nicht besonders üppig bestückt. Es gab kein Rührei, keine Würstchen bzw. keinen Speck, keine süßen Teilchen oder Bircher Müsli bzw. Tomate mit Mozzarella. Besonders schade fand ich, dass es in einem Hotel im "Ländle" kein Laugengebäck gab - das gehört doch einfach zu! 4. Team: die Mitarbeitenden sind nicht unhöflich, wirken aber auch nicht besonders motiviert bzw. sind den Gästen gegenüber nicht besonders zugewandt. So wurden wir beispielsweise beim Check-Out nicht mal gefragt, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat.

We loved the room. It was clean and large and had lots of storage space. The soap smelled nicer than other hotels use. The lounge and breakfast area were nice. We enjoyed the restaurant just down the road. And it was SO close to the train station's which was very handy. The breakfast was alright. Would have liked some hot food choices but what was offered was good. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating to english speakers. Negative was that the walls or something made creaking/bump noises during the day and night? Didn’t see much of the town because the restaurant and train were so close. Overall pleasant stay!
