Terrible experience for $1,300/night. AC broke multiple times, power outages, yelling at night, rude concierge, poor housekeeping, lies about the shuttle, and hair in food. Concierge refused to cancel reservation we requested 3x. Unprofessional and careless service—not even close to 5 stars. Completely unacceptable.

Great, rooms could be upgraded Food is good but room for improvement The hotel charges way too much for incidentals by blocking it on your card 1 K for 3 days !!!! Not right for young people
